Design of broadband achromatic metasurface device based on phase-change material Ge2Sb2Te5

Based on the phase-change material Ge₂Sb₂Te₅ (GST), achromatic metasurface optical device in the longer-infrared wavelength is designed. With the combination of the linear phase gradient GST nanopillar and the adjustment of the crystalline fraction m value of GST, the polarization insensitive achromic metalenses and beam deflector metasurface within the longer-infrared wavelength 9.5 μm to 13 μm are realized. The design results show that the achromatic metalenses can be focused on the same focal plane within the working waveband. The simulation calculation results show that the full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the focusing spot reaches the diffraction limit at each wavelength. In addition, the same method is also used to design a broadband achromatic beam deflector metasurface with the same deflection angle of 19°. The method proposed in this article not only provides new ideas for the design of achromatic metasurfaces, but also provides new possibilities for the integration of optical imaging, optical coding and other related optical systems.     

A finite model property for RMImin

It is proved that the variety of relevant disjunction lattices has the finite embeddability property. It follows that Avron's relevance logic RMI _min has a strong form of the finite model property, so it has a solvable deducibility problem. This strengthens Avron's result that RMI _min is decidable. 一阶形式系统K~*及其完备性

模糊命题演算的形式系统L＊已经在模糊逻辑与模糊推理的结合研究中得到了成功的应用.本文考虑与系统L＊相应的一阶逻辑理论,建立了一阶形式系统K＊,并证明了这个系统的完备性.     

[Na(18-C-6)]2[Cu(i-mnt)2]的合成与结构分析

研究了18-冠-6与Na2[Cu(i-mnt)2][i-mnt=异丁二腈烯二硫醇阴离子,S2CC(CN)2-2]的反应,得到的配合物[Na(18-C-6)]2[Cu(i-mnt)2](1)通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射进行了结构分析.配合物为单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c.晶体学结构数据a=1.2819(11),b=1.1793(10),c=1.4928(13)nm,β=99.121(16)°,V=2.228(3)nm3,Z=2,Dcaled.=1.369g/cm3,F(000)=958,R1=0.0521,wR2=0.1003.1中的[Cu(i-mnt)2]基团通过配体i-mnt的氮原子与两个[Na(18-C-6)]基团中的钠原子成键,形成稳定的中性配合物.

三核铜（I）配合物的合成与荧光光谱

室温下，通过双核配合物[Cu(dppm)(NO3)]2(dppm=双二苯基膦甲烷)与四苯基硼钠在甲醇和二氯甲烷混合溶剂中反应制备了三核铜(I)配合物[Cu3(dppm)3(NO3)(OH)](NO3)，经过红外光谱、热重分析、核磁和ES-MS等现代分析手段表征了配合物的物理化学性质，并进一步研究了配合物在室温下的荧光光谱特征。     

抽指加权宽带扇形叉指声表面波滤波器的等效电路分析

扇形换能器可以看成若干个沿孔径方向划分的均匀孔径换能器电端并联而成，根据梅森(Mason)等效电路模型以及由其延伸的混合场等效电路模型，推导出整个扇形换能器的导纳矩阵和频率响应，其中采用复阻抗模型考虑了叉指电极与自由表面的阻抗不连续的因素。本方法能够模拟指间反射、三次行程、指条寄生阻抗以及外围电路等对器件性能的影响；理论模拟与实验结果吻合。     

利用声波控制超短脉冲的色散

 声光互作用器件声光可编程色散滤波器（AOPDF）是一种实时的色散补偿器件，它可用于飞秒啁啾脉冲放大系统。通过耦合模理论推导，得到了输出脉冲的群延迟与调制声波的频率、啁啾、带宽等参数的关系，并且对用2.5cm长的LiNbO₃作为声光晶体的AOPDF补偿飞秒光脉冲的色散进行了数值模拟，得到了对中心波长为800 mm的钛宝石飞秒激光色散补偿特性及所需声波的频率和啁啾参数。
