Measurement of the cross-sections of the 79Br(n, 2n)78Br, 81Br(n, p)81mSe, 81Br(n, α)78As, and 79Br(n, α)76As reactions was performed at specific neutron energies, precisely, 13.5±0.2, 14.1±0.2, 14.4±0.2, and 14.8±0.2 MeV, relative to the standard 93Nb(n, 2n)92mNb and 27Al(n, α)24Na reference reactions using offline γ-ray spectrometry and neutron activation. Monoenergetic neutrons were generated at the China Academy of Engineering Physics via a 3H(d, n)4He reaction using the K-400 Neutron Generator equipped with a solid 3H-Ti based target. The activity of the reaction produce was obtained using a high-purity germanium detector. The cross-sections of the (n, 2n), (n, p), and (n, α) reactions on the bromine isotopes were measured in the 13–15 MeV neutron energy range. The covariance analysis approach was employed for a thorough inspection of any uncertainties within the measured cross-section data. A discussion and comparison of the observed outcome were carried out with previously published data, especially with the results of the JENDL-4.0, JEFF-3.3, TENDL-2019, and ENDF/B-VIII.0 data libraries, along with the theoretical excitation function curve derived by employing the TALYS-1.95 program. Improved cross-section restrictions for the investigated processes in the 13–15 MeV neutron energy range will be obtained using the current findings, which will help to raise the caliber of associated databases. Furthermore, the parameters of relevant nuclear reaction models can be verified using this data.  相似文献

For a prime p, we consider some natural classes of matrices over a finite field Fp of p elements, such as matrices of given rank or with characteristic polynomial having irreducible divisors of prescribed degrees. We demonstrate two different techniques which allow us to show that the number of such matrices in each of these classes and also with components in a given subinterval [-H, H] [-(p - 1)/2, (p - 1)/2] is asymptotically close to the expected value.  相似文献

The adsorption state of anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid (AQ-2-COOH) deposited from acetone solutions (0.01-1.00 mg/ml) on native oxide surfaces of Al films was characterized by inelastic electron tunneling spectroscopy, infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The oxide was prepared on evaporated Al films at room temperature in an oxygen-dc glow discharge. The morphology of the deposited AQ-2-COOH on the oxide surfaces was observed and analyzed by atomic force microscopy. These surface analyses showed that AQ-2-COOH is adsorbed predominantly as a uniform nanometer-scale film of carboxylate anions on the oxide surfaces deposited from solutions with concentrations lower than or equal to 0.02 mg/ml. It was found that AQ-2-COOH is adsorbed as both a uniform film of anions and as micron-sized particles of neutral molecules with heights of a few tens of nanometers when AQ-2-COOH is deposited from solutions with concentrations higher than 0.02 mg/ml. A comparison of the results obtained by these surface analytical techniques clearly shows the features and advantages of these analytical techniques.  相似文献

A molecular model of the complex between Fas and its ligand was generated to better understand the location and putative effects of site-specific mutations, analyze interactions at the Fas–FasL interface, and identify contact residues. The modeling study was conservative in the sense that regions in Fas and its ligand which could not be predicted with confidence were omitted from the model to ensure accuracy of the analysis. Using the model, it was possible to map four of five N-linked glycosylation sites in Fas and FasL and to study 10 of 11 residues previously identified by mutagenesis as important for binding. Interactions involving six of these residues could be analyzed in detail and their importance for binding was rationalized based on the model. The predicted structure of the Fas–FasL interface was consistent with the experimentally established importance of these residues for binding. In addition, five previously not targeted residues were identified and predicted to contribute to binding via electrostatic interactions. Despite its limitations, the study provided a much improved basis to understand the role of Fas and FasL residues for binding compared to previous residue mapping studies using only a molecular model of Fas.  相似文献

This paper presents numerical investigations on the loading and unloading of a three-dimensional body in frictional contact with a rigid foundation. The evolution of the sliding process during loading/unloading cycles is analyzed. The important case of anisotropy is examined along with the effect of the sliding rule. The solution algorithm is based on a variational inequality which combine the contact problem and the frictional problem. The numerical results of the punch problem show the hysteretic and irreversible behavior occurring when friction is anisotropic.  相似文献

A planar optical waveguide was formed in RbTiOP04 crystal by 6.0-MeV oxygen ion implantation with the dose of 2 × 10^15 ions/cm2 at room temperature. Annealing at 200℃ for 30min in air is performed to improve the thermal stability of the waveguide. The dark modes of the waveguide are measured at wavelengths 633 and 1539 nm, respectively. The refractive index profiles in the guiding layer are reconstructed by using the reflectivity calculation method. TRIM'98 code was carried out to simulate the damage profiles caused by the implantation process to obtain a better understanding of the waveguide formation.  相似文献
