Analytical Solution and Production of Coherent State of the Generalized Dissipative Two-Mode Optical System

We obtain the analytical solution to the master equation in the photon number representation by using algebraic dynamical method in the nonautonomous case. Based on the solution we find that a two-mode coherent sate can be produced within dissipative background, and the averaged photon number for each mode is related to the damping constant, external field amplitude and coupling constant between two modes.

A Compact Vircator with Feedback Annulus Operated in Quasi—Single TM01 Mode Within the C Band

An axially extracted virtual cathode oscillator(vircator)with a feedback annulus is proposed and configured through particle-in-cell simulation.This compact device needs no guiding magnetic field.Its experimentally radiated microwave is measured to be of quasi-single TM01 mode with a frequency range of 4.41-4.69GHz and a power level of above 300MW,when the diode voltage ranges between 400-480kV and the beam current 20-25kA;this confirms the simulation results.

毫米波宽带谐波振荡器的理论分析与实验研究

本文提出了一种分析立体型毫米波谐波宽带振荡器阻抗特性的混合场分析方法,首次计算了外电路阻抗(从有源器件向外看去的阻抗)随结构参数变化的曲线,并由此得出一些毫米波谐波振荡器设计准则。在理论分析的基础上我们研制了W波段宽带谐波振荡器,在75—100GHz的频率范围内获得了2—22.5mW的功率输出。     

Phase Propagations in a Coupled Oscillator-Excitor System of FitzHugh-Nagumo Models

A one-dimensional array of 2N ＋ 1 automata with FitzHugh-Nagumo dynamics, in which one is set to be oscillatory and the others are excitable, is investigated with hi-directional interactions. We find that 1 ： 1 rhythm propagation in the array depends on the appropriate couple strength and the excitability of the system. On the two sides of the 1 ： 1 rhythm area in parameter space, two different kinds of dynamical behaviour of the pacemaker, i.e. phase-locking phenomena and canard-like phenomena, are shown. The latter is found in company with chaotic pattern and period doubling bifurcation. When the coupling strength is larger than a critical value, the whole system ends to a steady state.

同轴虚阴极振荡器实验研究

 介绍了中国工程物理研究院应用电子学研究所关于同轴虚阴极振荡器实验的最新进展。实验结果表明，带阳极反射板结构的同轴虚阴极振荡器比不带阳极反射板结构的同轴虚阴极振荡器输出微波功率更高，频谱更纯。在二极管电压350 kV，电流23 kA条件下，输出微波峰值功率500 MW，能量转换效率约6.2%，工作频率为3.3 GHz。对实验结果进行了理论分析。     

一种紧凑型宽带高功率微波源设计与测试研究

设计了一款体积紧凑、工作在特高频波段的宽带高功率微波源,系统利用24 V蓄电池供电,Marx发生器作为驱动源,采用四分之一波长开关振荡器调制产生宽带电磁脉冲,激励高功率微带平板天线辐射,测试结果显示系统工作中心频率为425 MHz,远场辐射场强-距离积峰峰值为91.5 kV@1 m,该微波源体积尺寸为871 mm×370 mm×330 mm,含电池质量小于43 kg,拓展了宽带高功率微波技术在无人机、机器人等平台的应用前景。
