冷中子三轴谱仪( CTAS ) 的屏蔽体对于保障工作人员安全、降低散射大厅本底及提高信噪比具有重要的意义。采用蒙特卡罗程序MCNP5 对谱仪各部分屏蔽体进行了计算,并结合Mcstas 程序确定了CTAS 入口处的中子源,大大提高了计算效率。经过模拟计算和优化表明:单色器后端使用厚350mm、密度4.6 g/cm3 的重混凝土,衔接屏蔽体使用厚300 mm、密度3.6 g/cm3的重混凝土,生物屏蔽采用厚150 mm、密度3.6 g/cm3 的重混凝土可保证屏蔽体外表面的剂量率满足散射大厅的剂量要求。The shielding of Cold neutron Triple-Axis Spectrometer( CTAS ) is important for radiation safety of workers, and reduce the background of scattering hall as well as enhancing the ratio of signal-to-noise. In this study,Monte-Carlo simulation was performed to conduct the calculation on the shielding of CTAS. To increase the calculation efficiency, neutron source was obtained by using Mcstas code. The results indicate that, in the case of heavy concrete ( density 4.6 g/cm3 ) with thickness of 350 mm for the shielding behind the monochromater, and heavy concrete ( density 3.6 g/cm3 ) with thickness of 300 mm for the other monochromater shielding, as well as the heavy concrete ( density 3.6 g/cm3 ) with thickness of 150 mm for biological shielding, the dose rate outside shielding may meet the requirement of national standard of China. 相似文献

A study is conducted using a two-dimensional simulation program (Lared-s) with the goal of developing a technique to evaluate the effect of Rayleigh-Taylor growth in a neutron fusion reaction region. Two peaks of fusion reaction rate are simulated by using a two-dimensional simulation program (Lared-s) and confirmed by the experimental results. A neutron temporal diagnostic (NTD) system is developed with a high temporal resolution of - 30 ps at the Shen Guang-Ⅲ (SG-Ⅲ) prototype laser facility in China, to measure the fusion reaction rate history. With the shape of neutron reaction rate curve and the spherical harmonic function in this paper, the degree of Rayleigh-Taylor growth and the main source of the neutron yield in our experiment can be estimated qualitatively. This technique, including the diagnostic system and the simulation program, may provide important information for obtaining a higher neutron yield in implosion experiments of inertial confinement fusion. 相似文献

A compact neutron spectrometer based on the liquid scintillator is presented for neutron energy spectrum measurements at the HL-2A Tokamak. The spectrometer was well characterized and a fast digital pulse shape discrimination software was developed using the charge comparison method. A digitizer data acquisition system with a maximum frequency of 1 MHz can work under an environment with a high count rate at HL-2A Tokamak. Specific radiation and magnetic shielding for the spectrometer were designed for the neutron spectrum measurement at the HL-2A Tokamak. For pulse height spectrum analysis, dedicated numerical simulation utilizing NUBEAM combined with GENESIS was performed to obtain the neutron energy spectrum. Subsequently, the transportation process from the plasma to the detector was evaluated with Monte Carlo calculations. The distorted neutron energy spectrum was folded with the response matrix of the liquid scintillation spectrometer, and good consistency was found between the simulated and measured pulse height spectra. This neutron spectrometer based on a digital acquisition system could be well adopted for the investigation of the auxiliary heating behavior and the fast-ion related phenomenon on different tokamak devices. 相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了一种新型的白光LED用Ca3Si2O4N2∶Eu2+,Ce3+,K+荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪对样品的物相结构进行了分析,结果表明:Ce3+和K+离子的掺杂没有改变Ca3Si2O4N2∶Eu2+荧光粉的主晶相。利用荧光光谱仪对样品的发光性能进行了测试,发现样品在355 nm激发下得到的发射光谱为峰值位于505 nm的单峰,是Eu2+离子5d-4f电子跃迁引起的。Ca3Si2O4N2∶Eu2+荧光粉通过Ce3+和K+离子的掺杂,发光明显增强。当Ce3+的摩尔分数为1%时,荧光粉的发光强度达到最大值,是单掺Eu2+离子荧光粉发光强度的168%。通过光谱重叠的方法计算Ce3+→Eu2+能量传递临界的距离为2.535 nm。 相似文献

By jointly solving two-centre material equations with a nonzero external electric field and coupled-wave equations, we have numerically studied the dependence of the non-volatile holographic recording in LiNbO3:Ce:Cu crystals on the external electric field. The dominative photovoltaic effect of the non-volatile holographic recording in doubly doped LiNbO3 crystals is directly verified. And an external electric field that is applied in the positive direction along the c-axis (or a large one in the negative direction of the c-axis) in the recording phase and another one that is applied in the negative direction of the c-axis in the fixing phase are both proved to benefit strong photorefractive performances. 用第一性原理的总能计算研究了Cu(100))面的表面结构、弛豫以及氧原子的(2×22)吸附状 态.计算给出了Cu(100) (2×22)R45°-O吸附表面的结构参数,并得到了上述结构下氧吸附 的Cu(100)表面氧原子和各层Cu原子的电子态密度.计算得到的吸附表面功函数为4.58 eV ,与清洁Cu(100)表面功函数(~4.53 eV)几乎相同.吸附氧原子与最外层铜原子之间的垂直 距离约为0.02 nm,其能带结构体现出一定的金属性,同时由于Cu-O的杂化作用在费米能以 下约6.4 eV附近出现了局域的表面态.可以认为,在Cu(100) (2×22)R45°的氧吸附表面结 构下,吸附氧原子和衬底之间的结合主要来源于表面最外层铜原子与氧原子的相互作用.
