改进的端铣刀铣削力/力矩模型及仿真研究

将一种简易的端铣刀铣削力模型改进为动态铣削力模型,并给出了铣削力矩模型.通过仿真研究了铣削参数对铣削力和力矩的影响规律.

图G是一个简单,图G的补图记为G,如果G的谱完全由整数组成,就称G是整谱图,鸡尾酒会图CP (n)=K_(2n)-nK_2(K_(2n)是完全图)和完全二部图K_(a,a)都是整谱图.u_1表示图类αK_(α,α)UβCP(b)的一个主特征值,本文确图了当u_1=2b 1时,图类αK_(α,α)UβCP(b)中的所有的整谱图.     

Photo-thermal Shot Noise in End Mirrors of LIGO due to Correlation of Power Fluctuation

The effect of input power fluctuation on photo-thermal shot noise in the end mirrors of a laser interferometer gravitational-wave observatory （LIGO） is analysed according to the statistical optics, which is a supplement of Braginsky＇s research. The laser light folding in LIGO increases a correlation of input power fluctuation in the photo-thermal shot noise. This part of noise has spectral density proportional to -2 in low frequency bands, and -4 in high frequency bands. It is not a white noise and may affect the processing about data of interferometers. To obtain an advanced LIGO, photo-thermal shot noise in end mirrors due to correlation of input power fluctuation is up to Braginsky＇s photo-thermal noise in the frequency range 1-100 Hz.

脉冲电晕等离子体反应器能量注入效率

脉冲电晕等离子体处理烟道废气（PPCP法）属于干法脱硫；流程简单；能同时脱硫脱硝；产物是肥料，可实现资源的循环利用；无二次污染；工程造价和运行成本低等优点。但由于脉冲电晕等离子体反应器在短脉冲电压的作用下阻抗变化的复杂性，使得脉冲能量难以有效注入反应器，导致能量注入效率低和脉冲电源关键器件的寿命缩短，因此，研究能量注入效率非常重要。     

电解等离子体法制备Al2O3陶瓷层及其特性研究

利用电弧喷铝并重熔后进行电解等离子体处理(EPP)的方法在Q235钢基体上制备出呈冶金结 合的Al₂O₃陶瓷层.利用XRD，SEM和EDS等手段对陶瓷层的成分和显 微组织进行了分析， 测定了陶瓷层的耐蚀性能和耐磨性能.实验结果表明，陶瓷层主要由α-Al₂O3，γ-Al₂O₃，θ-Al₂O₃以及一 些非晶相组成，组织致密，耐蚀性能和耐磨性能良好. 关键词： 电解等离子体处理 陶瓷层 复合技术 生长机理     

Time-Domain Smoothing Processing for Equivalence-Principle Test Using Free-Fall Method

We investigate the effect of the time-domain smoothing processing for the equivalence-principle test using the free falling method, compared to the low-pass-filter method. Theoretical calculation shows that the time-domain smoothing processing can suppress the high-frequency noises and does not cause pseudo-acceleration. The physical reason is that the time-domain smooth-processing method is an unweighted filtering and is unrelated to the polynomial fitting. The uncertain acceleration difference due to high-frequency mechanical vibrations in the equivalence-principle test for extended rotating bodies can be suppressed from 2μGal to 0.05μGal after the time-domain smoothing processing.
