Self-assembly of Carboxyl Functionalized Polystyrene Nanospheres into Close-packed Monolayers via Chemical Adsorption

The polyacrylic acid functionalized polystyrene nanospheres were synthesized and self-assembled into irregular, densely packed monolayers in non-aqueous media. The polymer nanoparticles were chemically adhered to substrates. The morphologies of the resulting films were investigated. The impact of the volume fraction of alcohol in the mixed solvents on the particle adsorption and fabrication of nanosphere assembled films was examined.

Synthesis and Photocytotoxicity of Mono-functionalised Porphyrin with Valine Moiety

A mono-funtionalised tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) bearing valine moiety at the phenyl ring was synthesized for photocytotoxicity examination in four steps, starting from regiospecific mono-nitration of TPP at the phenyl ring. The in vitro photocytotoxicitic effect against SPC-Al adenocarcinona cell line was tested.     

Spin-Polarized Tunnelling Magnetoresistance Effects in La0.833K0.167MnO3／SrTiO3 Polycrystalline Perovskite Manganites

A sample of La0.833K0.167MnO3-SrTiO3 (LKMO/STO) is fabricated by the sol-gel method. The microstructure,magnetic and transportation properties have been studied. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the structure of LKMO/STO is a homogeneous solid solution phase. The resistivity of LKMO/STO shows the insulator behaviour, which is different from La0.833K0.167MnO3 (LKMO) whose resistivity shows metal-insulator transition with decreasing temperature. The low-field (moH = 0.02 T) magnetoresistance decreases from 11% to 0.2% with the increasing temperature from 4 K‘to 220K for the LKMO/STO sample. The magnitude of magnetoresistance in a strong field (μoH = 5.5 T) almost increases linearly with decreasing temperature and reaches the maximum of 65% at the low temperature of 4.2K, which is much higher than that oE LKMO (40%). The enhanced low-field magnetoresistance effects are quantitatively explained by the spin-polarized tunnelling at grain boundaries.     

Structure and Photoluminescence of Nano-ZnO Films Grown on a Si （100） Substrate by Oxygen- and Argon-Plasma-Assisted Thermal Evaporation of Metallic Zn

Nano-ZnO thin films were prepared by oxygen- and argon-plasma-assisted thermal evaporation of metallic Zn at low temperature, followed by low-temperature annealing at 300℃ to 500℃ in oxygen ambient. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the nano-ZnO films have a polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure. Raman scattering spectra demonstrate the existence of interface layers between Zn and ZnO. Upon annealing at 400℃ for i h, the interface mode disappears, and photoluminescence spectra show a very strong ultraviolet emission peak around 381 nm. The temperature-dependent PL spectra indicate that the UV band is due to free-exciton emission.     

“声表面波信道化滤波器组件”通过鉴定

由中国科学院声学研究所承担的院“八五”军工项目“声表面波信道化滤波器组件”于1996年12月在北京通过了中国科学院组织的鉴定．在现代战争中，电子对抗是一个重要的方面军．电子侦察信道化接收机是所有电子对抗系统的关键．声表面波信道化滤波器组件是由多个声表面波滤波器加上匹配网络组合起来的，有一个输人端和多个输出端．输出信号按频率分路，是信道化接收机中实现信道化功能的关键部件．声学所承担院句＼五”军工项目．研制成频率范围分别为200－350MHZ和350一5O0MHZ两种15信道的声表面波滤波器组件．配套使用时复盖带宽达到300MHZ．在研制过程中，技术上有以下突破：（）采用YllZ”LITaO；基片     

基半群为O—J—严格单半群的零直并的代数

设Ａ是代数闭域Ｋ上的一个具乘基Ｂ的有限维含幺结合代数，称半群Ｂ∪（０）为Ａ的基半群。本文给出了０－Ｊ－严格单半群的定义，对于基半群为Ｏ－Ｊ－严格单半群的零直并的代数，完全研究了它的代数表示型。     

HoYb:YVO4的上转换发光研究

研究了960nm激光激发下HoYb双掺钒酸钇晶体HoYb:YVO4的直接上转换增敏发光,发现了Ho3+离子的上转换发光现象,HoYb:YVO4晶体的上转换发光是5F5→5I8最强,而5S2→5I8相对小了一个数量级,这是由于YVO4晶体既有很强的振子强度又有很大的多声子无辐射弛豫造成的. 关键词： 上转换发光 直接增敏(敏化) 钒酸钇YVO4晶体 Ho3+离子     

射流式单重态氧发生器研究

单重态氧O2 (a1Δg)是迄今唯一能用纯化学反应高效产生的具有长寿命的亚稳激发态分子 .为了考察提出的用两个O2 (1Δ)能量汇集反应生成氧第二单重激发态O2 (b1Σ+ g)以实现近可见短波长化学激光方案的现实性 ,设计和实验了一个氯流量为 3～ 10mmol/s的射流式单重态氧发生器 (JSOG) .考察了三种具有不同孔径和孔数目的喷头、氯气流量和脱水冷阱温度等对JSOG出口的O2 (1Δ)浓度、O2 (1Δ)分压、氯利用率及水蒸气含量的影响 .发现用聚氯乙烯管作冷阱时 ,最佳冷阱介质温度为 - 140～ - 15 0℃ ,对此提出了O2 (1Δ)表面脱活与脱水互相竞争的解释 .在最佳条件下 ,可将O2 (1Δ)气中水分压降低至 4Pa ,这一结果是首次报导     

Gd_xY_（1－x）P_5O_（14）：Ce，Tb的发光和能量传递Ⅱ．Ce→

研究了Ｇｄ＿ｘＹ＿（１－ｘ）Ｐ＿５Ｏ＿（１４）：Ｃｅ＿（０．０１），Ｔｂ＿（０．０２）体系中Ｇｄ的子晶格在Ｃｅ→Ｇｄ→Ｔｂ能量传递中的中介作用规律及ＧｄＰ＿５Ｏ＿（１４），ＧｄＰ＿５Ｏ＿（１４）：Ｃｅ，ＧｄＰ＿５Ｏ＿（１４）：Ｔｂ和Ｇｄ＿ｘＹ＿（１－ｘ）Ｐ＿５Ｏ＿（１４）：Ｃｅ，Ｔｂ的荧光光谱、激发光谱。结果表明，当ｘ＞０．７时，结构从单斜Ⅱ（Ｃ２／ｃ）的层状结构变为单斜Ｉ（Ｐ２＿１／ｃ）的带状结构，Ｃｅ￣（３＋）的发射光谱和Ｇｄ￣（３＋）的吸收光谱交迭增加等是Ｃｅ￣（３＋）→Ｇｄ￣（３＋）→Ｔｂ￣（３＋）能量传递几率增加的主要原因。
