Fluorescence anisotropy decay study of self-association of bacterial luciferase intermediates

The fluorescence dynamics parameters of the fluorescent transient flavin-luciferase species from the typesVibrio fischeri andPhotobacterium leiognathi are presented. The fluorescence anisotropy decay is a single exponential function for both types. The correlation time is 70 ns for theP. leiognathi fluorescent transient intermediate (2°C, aqueous buffer, pH 7.0), consistent with the rotational correlation time of the luciferase macromolecule (77 kD) to which the flavin fluorophore is rigidly attached. In contrast, for theV. fischeri species the observed correlation time for the anisotropy decay function is 133 ns. This suggests that protein self-association occurs in theV. fischeri case and this is confirmed by filtration, where the fluorescent transient fromV. fischeri does not pass through a 100,000 molecular weight cutoff membrane, whereas theP. leiognathi species does. The filtration method also demonstrates self-association in the luciferase peroxyflavin and photoflavin fromV. fischeri. A monomer-dimer equilibrium also explains the previously reported high correlation times for theV. harveyi luciferase-flavin species. It is proposed that the self-association competes with the lumazine protein interaction in the bioluminescence reaction.     

时分复用倍乘光脉冲重复率的新型光纤耦合器环状连接法分析

提出并详细分析了一种基于时分复用技术倍乘光脉冲重复率的方法：在２×２光纤耦合器的一个输入口与一个输出口间，接入时延为脉冲列半周期奇数倍的一段光纤使之形成环状连接循环耦合，而在另一输出口获得光脉冲。详细分析了该系统中光纤耦合器耦合比、插入损耗、时延光纤长度的要求，偏差的影响及其调节法，给出了理论公式、结果的计算机模拟与实验介绍；与经典的马赫陈德尔干涉仪接法及近年提出的Ｓａｇｎａｃ环接法进行了比较。该方法特别适用于对窄脉冲列进行串接复用实现重复率的多次倍乘，从而得到数千兆赫至上百千兆赫的高重复率光脉冲     

总延误问题顺时安排法的性能比

给定一组工件的加工时间与工期，要求确定这些工件在一台机器上的加．工排列，使相应的总延误达到最小，这就是总延误问题．该问题在近年已被证明是NP困难的．由Wilkermn和Irwin（1971），林勋（1983）等所研究的顺时安排法能得到相邻交换意义下的局部解．在本文中，我们进一步证明该算法能得到前移邻域意义下的局部解，并确定了该算法的性能比．

闪烁体荧光传输特性对ETOF探测器性能的影响

为了对BESⅢ端盖飞行时间探测器(ETOF)的测试结果给出合理的解释, 采用Monte Carlo模拟软件包Geant4, 对该探测器测量高能带电粒子的性能进行模拟研究. 详细探讨了当粒子击中ETOF模块不同位置时, 其闪烁体荧光传输特性与探测器模块输出信号之间的关联, 以及PMT输出信号甄别阈值的选取对闪烁探测器本征时间分辨的影响, 并寻找可能的改善时间分辨的方法. 为进一步提高ETOF的性能提供参考.     

Pattern时延差编码四信道水声通信技术研究

本文所研究的是基于Pattern时延差编码（PDS）体制下的水声通信技术.PDS水声编码体制利用Pattern码片出现在码元窗的时延差值进行时延编码,通过码元分割,有效的降低了水声信道的多途干扰;通过频率分割划分四个通信信道,增加通信速率至1000bit/s.在接收端利用带通滤波器来实现通信信道分割,每个信道再应用拷贝相关器实现码元分割并估计出时延差值,完成译码.仿真实验表明,该系统适合于大量不同水声信道高可靠性工作,为水声通信网络化打下坚实基础.     

Chain length effect on dynamical structure of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone)-polar solvent mixtures in dilute solution of dioxane studied by microwave dielectric relaxation measurement

Dielectric relaxation study of the binary mixtures of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) (Mw=24000, 40000 and 360000 g mol⁻¹) with ethyl alcohol (EA) and poly(ethylene glycol)s (PEGs) (Mw=200 and 400 g mol⁻¹) in dilute solutions of dioxane were carried out at 10.1 GHz and 35°C. The relaxation time of PVP-EA mixtures was interpreted by the consideration of a wait-and-switch model in the local structure of self-associated ethyl alcohol molecules and also the PVP chain length as a geometric constraint for the reorientational motion of ethyl alcohol molecules. The formation of complexes and effect of PVP chain length on the molecular dynamics, chain flexibility and stretching of PEG molecules in PVP-PEG mixtures were explored from the comparative values of dielectric relaxation time. Further, relaxation time values in dioxane and benzene solvent confirm the viscosity independent molecular dynamics in PVP-EA mixtures but the values vary significantly with the non-polar solvent environment.     

20GHz注入锁模光纤激光器实验

稳定、波长可调谐的窄脉冲光源是未来光时分复用/波分复用光纤通信系统的重要组成部分。报道了一个20GHz的注入锁模光纤激光器的实验。利用一个10GHz的导体体激光器作为光源，最终得到了波长可调谐的重复频率为20GHz、脉冲宽度为12.4ps的光脉冲，波长的调谐范围为16nm。     

教学研究:介绍量子力学几个基本概念——兼答《关于量子几何相位的评注》中的几个主要问题

介绍了量子绝热定理的物理含义及成立的条件，认为有关主要献（Aharonov-Anandan,Bohm，孙昌璞等）的表述是正确的，而《关于量子几何相位的评注》^[1]（以下简称《评注》）相应的表述不完全正确。在此基础上，认为这些献和教材（R.Shankar)得出的涉及Berry绝热相位的一些论述（不含Berry绝热相因子的瞬时能量本征态不满足含时Schroedinger方程等）也是正确的，而《评注》的论述与此相反。《评注》认为只有γn(C)才是Berry相位。本作则倾向于把γn（t）叫做Berry绝热相位，而把γn（C）=γn（T）-γn（0）叫做几何相位（geometric phase)^[2]。
