Supercompactness and measurable limits of strong cardinals II: Applications to level by level equivalence

We construct models for the level by level equivalence between strong compactness and supercompactness in which for κ the least supercompact cardinal and δ ≤ κ any cardinal which is either a strong cardinal or a measurable limit of strong cardinals, 2^δ > δ ⁺ and δ is < 2^δ supercompact. In these models, the structure of the class of supercompact cardinals can be arbitrary, and the size of the power set of κ can essentially be made as large as desired. This extends and generalizes [5, Theorem 2] and [4, Theorem 4]. We also sketch how our techniques can be used to establish a weak indestructibility result. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A generalized linear differential equation in a Banach space is studied. The construction of a phase space and solutions with the help of the spectral theory of linear operators, ergodic theorems, and degenerate semigroups of linear operators is carried out.

On matrices with operator entries

In this paper we consider certain matrix equations in the field of Mikusiński operators, and construct a method for obtaining an approximate solution which allows working with numerical constants instead of operators. The theory of diagonally dominant matrices is applied for the analysis, existence and character of the obtained solutions. We introduce a method for determining approximate solutions of a discrete analogue for operational differential equations and give conditions for their existence. The error of the approximation is estimated.     

On the Weak Invariance Principle for Stationary Sequences under Projective Criteria

In this paper, we study the central limit theorem and its weak invariance principle for sums of a stationary sequence of random variables, via a martingale decomposition. Our conditions involve the conditional expectation of sums of random variables with respect to the distant past. The results contribute to the clarification of the central limit question for stationary sequences. 本文研究了两类重要微分不等式有界解的性质。引入了赋范线性空间(f,‖‖M),利用比较定理和黎卡提方程解的性质,给出了有界解的上界估计式,推广和改进了文[1,2]中的有关结果.     

固定设计下一类半参数回归模型的渐近性质

对固定设计下的一类半参数回归模型yi=xiβ+g(xi)+ei,i=1,2,…,n,综合最小二乘和非参数权函数估计方法,定义了,βg的估计量β∧n,gn∧及误差方差σ2的估计量σ2n∧.在适当条件下,证明它们具有强相合性和p(2)阶平均相合性.模拟的结果表明所得结果具有优良的性质.
