<Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis><Superscript>1</Superscript>-convergence of complex double fourier series

It is proved that the complex double Fourier series of an integrable functionf(x, y) with coefficients c_jk satisfying certain conditions, will converge in L¹-norm. The conditions used here are the combinations of Tauberian condition of Hardy-Karamata kind and its limiting case. This paper extends the result of Bray [1] to complex double Fourier series. On the James constant and B-convexity of Cesàro and Cesàro-Orlicz sequence spaces

The classical James constant and the nth James constants, which are measure of B-convexity for the Cesàro sequence spaces cesp and the Cesàro-Orlicz sequence spaces cesM, are calculated. These investigations show that cesp,cesM are not uniformly non-square and even they are not B-convex. Therefore the classical Cesàro sequence spaces cesp are natural examples of reflexive spaces which are not B-convex. Moreover, the James constant for the two-dimensional Cesàro space is calculated.

On lacunary statistical convergence of order α

In this article, we introduce the concept of lacunary statistical convergence of order α of real number sequences and give some inclusion relations between the sets of lacunary statistical convergence of order α and strong N_θ^α(p)-summability. Furthermore, some relations between the spaces N_θ^αS_θ^α are examined.     

Na_2CO_3溶液处理对Ni-Mo/HZSM-5分子筛硫醚化催化性能的影响

采用Na2CO3溶液对ZSM-5分子筛进行碱处理,考察了处理温度和处理时间对ZSM-5分子筛结构特征和物化性能的影响。利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、XRF、SEM及NH3-TPD表征对处理前后样品进行分析。以正丁硫醇和异戊二烯组成的模型化合物为原料,对碱处理后含微-介孔HZSM-5分子筛制得的Ni-Mo/HZSM-5催化剂进行硫醚化活性评价。结果表明,Na2CO3溶液处理没有破坏原分子筛晶体形貌,保持微孔结构的同时,适当的提高处理温度和延长处理时间有利于ZSM-5分子筛比表面积、外比表面积、介孔孔容和平均孔径的增大,并调节了酸性质。但过长的处理时间并不利于介孔的生成和酸性的调变。经90℃的Na2CO3溶液处理5 h得到催化剂表现较高硫醚化活性,正丁硫醇和异戊二烯转化率分别可达92.36%和97.33%。由此,Na2CO3溶液处理可提高催化剂硫醚化活性,且改性过程温和可控。     

Ro‐vibrational studies of diatomic molecules in a shifted Deng–Fan oscillator potential

Bound‐state spectra of shifted Deng‐Fan oscillator potential are studied by means of a generalized pseudospectral method. Very accurate results are obtained for both low as well as high states by a nonuniform optimal discretization of the radial Schrödinger equation. Excellent agreement with literature data is observed in both s‐wave and rotational states. Detailed variation of energies with respect to potential parameters is discussed. Application is made to the ro‐vibrational levels of representative diatomic molecules (H₂, LiH, HCl, CO). Nine states having are calculated with good accuracy along with 15 other higher states for each of these molecules. Variation of energies with respect to state indices n, show behavior similar to that in the Morse potential. Many new states are reported here for the first time. In short, a simple, accurate, and efficient method is presented for this and other similar potentials in molecular physics. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

On matrix mappings into some strong Cesàro sequence spaces

We determine the classes (X, Y_T) of matrix transformations from X into Y_T where X is one of the classical sequence spaces c₀, c, ?_∞ and ?₁ of all null, convergent and bounded complex sequences and all absolutely convergent complex series, T is a triangle, Y_T is the matrix domain of T in Y and Y is any of the sets of all sequences that are summable, summable to zero or bounded by the strong Cesàro method of order 1, with index 1 ? p < ∞. Furthermore, we determine the representations of the general bounded linear operators from c into Y. We also establish estimates for the norms of the operators in each case.     

On the Cesàro convergence of sequences of fuzzy numbers

In this paper we have determined necessary and sufficient Tauberian conditions under which convergence follows from (C,1)-convergence of sequences of fuzzy numbers.     

Convergence of the Cesàro mean for rational orthonormal bases

This paper deals with the convergence of the Cesaro mean for the rational orthonormal bases. Provided the set of zeroes of rational orthonormal bases is formed by a periodic repetition of the same finite sequence, the explicit expression of so-called block-Fejer kernel is available, and some properties of the block-Fejer kernel are discussed. Based on the convergence of the block-Cesaro mean, the convergence of Cesaro mean is also provided.
