Let F be a field of characteristic different from 2 and let ø be an anisotropic 8-dimensional quadratic form over F with trivial deter-minant. We study the remaining open cases in the problem of describing the quadratic forms ψ such that ø becomes isotropic over the function field (ψ).     

Existence of a positive solution for a right focal discrete boundary value problem

An application is made to the second-order right focal discrete boundary value problem of a recent extension of the Leggett–Williams fixed point theorem, which requires neither of the functional boundaries to be invariant. A non-trivial example is also provided.     

The left and right inverse eigenvalue problems of generalized reflexive and anti-reflexive matrices

Let n×n complex matrices R and S be nontrivial generalized reflection matrices, i.e., R^∗=R=R⁻¹≠±I_n, S^∗=S=S⁻¹≠±I_n. A complex matrix A with order n is said to be a generalized reflexive (or anti-reflexive ) matrix, if RAS=A (or RAS=−A). In this paper, the solvability conditions of the left and right inverse eigenvalue problems for generalized reflexive and anti-reflexive matrices are derived, and the general solutions are also given. In addition, the associated approximation solutions in the solution sets of the above problems are provided. The results in present paper extend some recent conclusions.     

右$c$-群逆及其应用

研究了由右$c$-正则元确定的一类新的群逆,将之称为右$c$-群逆.证明了每个右$c$-群可逆元都是群可逆的,并通过反例说明了群可逆元未必是右$c$-群可逆的.给出了右$c$-群可逆元是群可逆元的条件,并对右$c$-群可逆元的强clean分解进行了研究.作为应用,从右$c$-群逆的角度对abelian环和直接有限环给出了一些新刻画.     

On a Right Inverse of a Polynomial of the Laplace in the Weighted Hilbert Space $L^2 (\mathbb{R}^n,e^{−|x|^2} )$

Let $P(∆)$ be a polynomial of the Laplace operator $$∆ = \sum\limits^n_{j=1}\frac{∂^2}{∂x^2_j} \ \ on \ \ \mathbb{R}^n.$$ We prove the existence of a bounded right inverse of the differential operator $P(∆)$ in the weighted Hilbert space with the Gaussian measure, i.e., $L^2(\mathbb{R}^n ,e^{−|x|^2}).$     

Principal Quasi-Baerness of Rings of Skew Generalized Power Series

Let R be a ring and （S, 〈） be a strictly totally ordered monoid satisfying that 0 〈 s for all s C S. It is shown that if A is a weakly rigid homomorphism, then the skew generalized power series ring [[RS,-〈, λ]] is right p.q.-Baer if and only if R is right p.q.-Baer and any S-indexed subset of S,（R） has a generalized join in S,（R）. Several known results follow as consequences of our results.     

响应变量删失情况下线性模型的FIC模型选择和模型平均

本文给出了响应变量随机右删失情况下线性模型的FIC (focused information criterion) 模型选择方法和光滑FIC 模型平均估计方法, 证明了兴趣参数的FIC 模型选择估计和光滑FIC 模型平均估计的渐近正态性, 通过随机模拟研究了估计的有限样本性质, 模拟结果显示, 从均方误差和一定置信水平置信区间的经验覆盖概率看, 兴趣参数的光滑FIC 模型平均估计均优于FIC, AIC (Akaikeinformation criterion) 和BIC (Bayesian information citerion) 等模型选择估计; 而FIC 模型选择估计与AIC 和BIC 等模型选择估计相比, 也表现出了一定的优越性. 通过分析原发性胆汁性肝硬化数据集, 说明了本文方法在实际问题中的应用.
