Quantum dynamics of charge transfer on the one-dimensional lattice:Wave packet spreading and recurrence 下载免费PDF全文
The wave function temporal evolution on the one-dimensional(1D) lattice is considered in the tight-binding approximation. The lattice consists of N equal sites and one impurity site(donor). The donor differs from other lattice sites by the on-site electron energy E and the intersite coupling C. The moving wave packet is formed from the wave function initially localized on the donor. The exact solution for the wave packet velocity and the shape is derived at different values E and C. The velocity has the maximal possible group velocity v = 2. The wave packet width grows with time ~ t1/3and its amplitude decreases ~ t-1/3. The wave packet reflects multiply from the lattice ends. Analytical expressions for the wave packet front propagation and recurrence are in good agreement with numeric simulations. 相似文献

A modified distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA) method is used to calculate the triple differential cross sections (TDCSs) in a coplanar asymmetric geometry for the electron impact single ionization of a He (1s2) atom at intermediate and lower energies. The post-collision interaction and the polarization effect in (e, 2e) collisions of helium are considered in the calculations. Within a unified theoretical framework, we extract the omnidirectional effective acoustic parameters for the metafluid consisting of isotropic fluid cylinders embedded in an isotropic fluid background. Besides the analytical formulas for the effective parameters reported previously, i.e., the bulk modulus and the mass density perpendicular to the cylinders, we also derive a simple expression for the effective mass density parallel to the cylinders. As expected, these two effective mass densities are not identical and constitute an anisotropic density tensor. In this work we investigated the geometric phases of a qubit-oscillator system beyond the conventional rotating- wave approximation. We find that in the limiting of weak coupling the results coincide with that obtained under rotating-wave approximation while there exists an increasing difference with the increase of coupling constant. It was shown that the geometric phase is symmetric with respect to the sign of the detuning of the quantized field from the one-photon resonance under the conventional rotating-wave approximation while a red-blue detuning asymmetry occurs beyond the conventional rotating-wave approximation. 相似文献

The effect on intensity correlation time T by input signal is studied for gain-noise model of a single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise and colored quantum noise with colored cross-correlation with a bias signal modulation in this paper. By using the linear approximation method, we detect that there exists maximum (i.e., resonance) in the curve of the intensity correlation time T upon bias current io when the noise correlation coefficient λ is positive; and there exists minimum (i.e., suppression) in the T-io curve when λ is negative. And whenλ is zero, T increases monotonously with increasing io. Furthermore, the curve of T upon the signal frequency Ω is also studied.
