Based on the irradiance moment definition and the analytical expression of waveform propagation for hypergeometricGaussian type-Ⅱ beams passing through an ABCD system, the kurtosis parameter is derived analytically and illustrated numerically. The kurtosis parameters of the Gaussian beam, modified Bessel modulated Gaussian beam with quadrature radial and elegant Laguerre–Gaussian beams are obtained by treating them as special cases of the present treatment. The obtained results show that the kurtosis parameter depends on the change of the beam order m and the hollowness parameter p, such as its decrease with increasing m and increase with increasing p. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a parameter allocation scheme in a parallel array bistable stochastic resonance-based communication system(P-BSR-CS) to improve the performance of weak binary pulse amplitude modulated(BPAM) signal transmissions. The optimal parameter allocation policy of the P-BSR-CS is provided to minimize the bit error rate(BER)and maximize the channel capacity(CC) under the adiabatic approximation condition. On this basis, we further derive the best parameter selection theorem in realistic communication scenarios via variable transformation. Specifically, the P-BSR structure design not only brings the robustness of parameter selection optimization, where the optimal parameter pair is not fixed but variable in quite a wide range, but also produces outstanding system performance. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that in the P-BSR-CS the proposed parameter allocation scheme yields considerable performance improvement, particularly in very low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) environments. 相似文献

We investigate niobium thin film superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs) with different Steward- McCumber parameters βc operated in both current- and voltage-bias modes. We experimentally prove that there is no difference between the two bias modes with respect to the SQUID intrinsic noise and the noise contribution from the preamplifier. Furthermore, the relationships of the SQUID dynamic parameters, (Rd)current bias ≈ (Rd)voltage bias and (σV/σФ)current bias ≈ [σi/σФ)Rd]voltage bias, are always satisfied. For a strongly damped SQUID withβc ≈ 0.25, addi- tional positive feedback (APF) and noise cancellation (NC) were employed to enhance σV/σФ, the former showing a degradation in the linear flux range but otherwise the same with NC. For a weakly damped SQUID with βc ≈ 3, it is di- rectly connected to the preamplifier without APF or NC, and a low SQUID system noise of about 4μФ0/x/Hz is measured, which is close to its intrinsic noise. 相似文献

Basic dynamical properties of the new attractor are demonstrated in terms of phase portraits, equilibria and stability, Lyapunov exponents, a dissipative system, Poincaré mapping, bifurcation diagram, especially Hopf bifurcation. Next, based on well-known Lyapunov stability theorem, backstepping design is proposed for synchronization of the new chaotic system. Focusing properties of the radially polarized axisymmetric Bessel-modulated Gaussian beam with quadratic radial dependence (QBG beam) and annular aperture are investigated theoretically by vector diffraction theory. Simulation results show that the intensity distribution in the focal region of the radially polarized axisymmetric QBG beam can be adjusted considerably by small beam parameter (μ) and annular aperture (δ). When μ increases, the focal spot may change to focal hole and changes focal pattern remarkably. On introducing annular aperture, focus can split or extends along the optical axis for different μ. In this paper, we have shown the generation of the focal spot, dark focal spot, focal split and increase in focal depth in the axial direction of the incident beam propagating through the aligned optical system. 相似文献

In this paper, we derive the time dependent solution of the effective master equation for the reduced density matrix operator of a two level atom driven by a coherent laser field and damped by a finite bandwidth squeezed vacuum. The results show that the initial state setting, detuning parameter and Rabi frequency play important roles in the evolution of the system dynamics and geometric phase. 设计了一种工作在光波段的新型四重对称的双层手征结构,通过数值模拟得到透射系数和反射系数,反演计算了结构的圆二色性、旋光角、手征参数和折射率。结果表明该结构在谐振波长附近具有很强的旋光性,并且在椭偏度为零时,即透射光变成完全线偏振光时,旋光角达到了55°;在一定波段内可以实现左旋圆偏振光(LCP)和右旋圆偏振光(RCP)的负折射率,且不需要介电常数和磁导率同时为负,更重要的是,实现负折射率的左旋圆偏振光(LCP)具有较宽的频带,不局限于谐振波长附近,在椭偏度为零时,折射率也为负。考虑到具体的实验制作,对加衬底的手征结构进行了数值模拟,结果表明谐振波长向长波长方向产生了偏移,完全线性偏振光的旋光角仍然有40°。 相似文献
