集值下鞅的Doob分解的注记

基于(X,‖.‖)为可分的Banach空间,X*为其对偶空间,X*可分,讨论集值增过程与实值增过程之间的关系,研究超空间上代数运算的若干性质,利用支撑函数,得出集值下鞅可Doob分解的二个充要条件,改进和推广了已往的结果。     

Basic characters of the unitriangular group (for arbitrary primes)

Let denote the (upper) unitriangular group of degree over the finite field with elements. In this paper we consider the basic (complex) characters of and we prove that every irreducible (complex) character of is a constituent of a unique basic character. This result extends a previous result which was proved by the author under the assumption , where is the characteristic of the field .

A stable submillimeter laser local oscillator for heterodyne radiometry and spectroscopy

A submillimeter laser with off-axis pump beam injection is described. This design concept achieves complete isolation of the pump laser with respect to the pump radiation reflected from the smm resonator. Active line independent stabilization of the pump laser is obtained by the use of an external tunable etalon as a frequency reference. The smm output power is constant to within 4% over periods of hours. Mean frequency drifts of less than 2 parts in 10⁸ per minute were measured by mixing with very high harmonics of an X-band synthesizer in a planar Schottky diode.Supported in part by NSF     

Positron lifetime measurements inn- andp-type silicon

Positron lifetime measurements were carried out in four different samples of silicon, namelyn-type (P-doped) 75 Ωcm,n-type (Sb-doped) 0.018 Ωcm,p-type (B-doped) 60 Ωcm andp-type (B-doped) 0.02 Ωcm. The measurements were made at room temperature and at 77K. A positron lifetime of τ₁=(230±2) psec was found for all samples, independant of dopant or temperature. 一类非结合泛代数的次直积分解

本文引入一类非结合泛代数，即零积结合近环，研究其次直积分解，得到两个结构定理。设Ｎ是零积结合分配生成近环，本文证明了：（ｉ）如果Ｎ是次直不可约的且无非零的二次幂零元，则Ｎ是整的；（ｉｉ）Ｎ是零积结合分配生成整近环的次直积当且仅当Ｎ不含非零的二次幂零元。这些结果在这一类泛代数中加强了著名的Ｂｉｒｋｈｏｆｆ定理。     

红宝石能谱的理论研究

 本文用限制Hartree-Fock自洽场方法对红宝石进行了计算，得到了单电子分子轨道，在此基础上利用不可约张量方法求解红宝石价电子体系多体Schrodinger方程，得到了与实验相符的红宝石d－d跃迁能谱，标准误差为九百波数。进一步计算了在不同压力下红宝石d－d跃迁能谱。结果表明，能谱中R₁线（⁴A₁→²E）随压力增大产生红移，与实验定性一致。     

Intervals in Lattices of κ-Meet-Closed Subsets

We study abstract properties of intervals in the complete lattice of all κ-meet-closed subsets (κ-subsemilattices) of a κ-(meet-)semilattice S, where κ is an arbitrary cardinal number. Any interval of that kind is an extremally detachable closure system (that is, for each closed set A and each point x outside A, deleting x from the closure of A∪{x} leaves a closed set). Such closure systems have many pleasant geometric and lattice-theoretical properties; for example, they are always weakly atomic, lower locally Boolean and lower semimodular, and each member has a decomposition into completely join-irreducible elements. For intervals of κ-subsemilattices, we describe the covering relation, the coatoms, the ∨-irreducible and the ∨-prime elements in terms of the underlying κ-semilattices. Although such intervals may fail to be lower continuous, they are strongly coatomic if and only if every element has an irredundant (and even a least) join-decomposition.
