高新技术转化融资途径选择的契约分析

本文运用不完全契约理论,深层次地剖析高新技术融资难问题,认为高新技术缔约的信息不完全、信息不对称,加之缔约人的有限理性,使得高新技术转化过程中产生了三个层面上的契约不完全。通过分析市场、中介和内部这三种融资途径的私人收益和甄别能力,综合比较它们对高新技术转化的支持能力。在此基础上,进一步探讨科研院所衍生企业、担保机构担保贷款和产学研联盟这几种高新技术转化途径的融资激励。最后对高新技术转化的融资途径选择提出了几点建议。     

Structure of Deterministic Mueller Matrices and Their Reconstruction in the Method of Three Input Polarizations

The method of reconstruction of complete deterministic Mueller matrices for the structures of incomplete matrices, which are measured in the method of three input polarizations, has been developed. The method is based on reconstruction of the corresponding Jones matrices for the given structures of incomplete Mueller matrices.     

Miscellaneous classification results for 2-designs

An orderly algorithm combined with clique searching is used to show that there are—up to isomorphism, in all cases—325,062 resolvable 2-(16,4,2) designs with 339,592 resolutions, 19,072,802 2-(13,6,5) designs, and 15,111,019 2-(14,7,6) designs. Properties of the classified designs are further discussed.     

On the Characterisation of AG(n,q) by its Parameters asa Nearly Triply Regular Design

We show that a non-symmetric nearly triply regular designD with and in which every line has at least q points is AG(n,q) for prime power q > 2 and positiveinteger n 3.     

An asymptotic expansion for the incomplete beta function

A new asymptotic expansion is derived for the incomplete beta function , which is suitable for large , small and . This expansion is of the form

where is the incomplete Gamma function ratio and . This form has some advantages over previous asymptotic expansions in this region in which depends on as well as on and .

     

Group testing procedures with incomplete identification and unreliable testing results

We consider multistage group testing with incomplete identification and unreliability features. The objective is to find a cost‐efficient group testing policy to select a prespecified number of non‐defective items from some population in the presence of false‐positive and false‐negative test results, subject to reliability and other constraints. To confirm the status of tested groups, various sequential retesting procedures are suggested. We also extend the model to include the possibility of inconclusive test results. We derive all relevant cost functionals in analytically closed form. Numerical examples are also given. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A New Class of Optimal 3-splitting Authentication Codes

The necessary condition for the existence of a (ν, 3× 3,1)-splitting BIBD is ν ≡ 1 (mod 54). In this paper, we show that the necessary condition is also sufficient with one possible exception of ν = 55. 3-player repeated games with lack of information on one side

We study the existence of uniform equilibria for three-player repeated games with lack of information on one side and perfect observation. If there are only two states of nature, a completely revealing or a joint plan equilibrium always exists. This is not the case for larger spaces of states. Final version June 2001     

Mapping properties of the heat operator on edge manifolds

We consider the heat operator acting on differential forms on spaces with complete and incomplete edge metrics. In the latter case we study the heat operator of the Hodge Laplacian with algebraic boundary conditions at the edge singularity. We establish the mapping properties of the heat operator, recovering and extending the classical results from smooth manifolds and conical spaces. The estimates, together with strong continuity of the heat operator, yield short‐time existence of solutions to certain semilinear parabolic equations. Our discussion reviews and generalizes earlier work by Jeffres and Loya.
