考虑电子-声子耦合强度因维度而异,导出了描述三维、二维和一维混晶中电子-声子相互作用的哈密顿量。考虑构成三元混晶的两种二元晶体的晶格失配会使混晶体积随元素组分比改变,在推导三维、二维和一维三元混晶中极化子自陷能量和重整化有效质量时计入了离子相对位移与二元晶体原胞体积的关系。结果表明:磷化物三元混晶中极化子自陷能量和重整化有效质量随元素组分的变化关系呈明显的非线性特征,对晶格适配明显、电子-声子耦合较强的材料,体积效应不可忽略。维度越低,非线性特征和体积效应越明显。 相似文献

多能耦合系统是未来分布式能源供给方式的重要发展方向。为了实现电热耦合能源供给系统的合理规划、促进能源供给与消费的经济与环保的协调发展,提出一种面向电热耦合能源系统的综合能源系统双阶段规划优化方法。模型的第一阶段是在投资和环境最优的目标下实现电热耦合综合能源系统的合理规划,第二阶段是在考虑设备运行特性的基础上对规划的结果进行运行优化,以获得能源系统的最优运行方案,并从多个指标验证规划方案的合理性。利用NSGA-II算法求得模型进的帕累托解集,使用多准则妥协优化法从帕累托解集中决策出最优配置方案。仿真结果表明,提出的双阶段多目标综合能源规划方法能够实现能源供给系统的经济与环保双优。 相似文献

Nuclear matter equations of state based on Skyrme, Myers-Swiatecki and Tondeur interactions are written as polynomials of
the cubic root of density, with coefficients that are functions of the relative neutron excess δ. In the extrapolation toward
states far away from the standard one, it is shown that the asymmetry dependence of the critical point ( ,) depends on the model used. However, when the equations of state are fitted to the same standard state, the value of is almost the same in Skyrme and in Myers-Swiatecki interactions, while is much lower in Tondeur interaction. Furthermore,

We demonstrate a scalable architecture for coherent combining of pulsed fiber lasers.A new method for generating synchronous pulsed fiber lasers by direct phase modulation is proposed and investigated.It is shown that phase modulated mutually coupled laser array can be a steady synchronous pulsed fiber laser source.The synchronous pulsed fiber lasers are coherently combined with an invariable phase difference of π in adjacent lasers.Neither active phase control nor polarization control is taken in our experiment. 相似文献

The dynamic control of the dielectric response in magnetoelectric (ME) nanocomposites (NCs) renders an entire additional degree of freedom to the functionality of miniaturized magnetoelectronics and spintronics devices. In composite materials, the ME effect is realized by using the concept of product properties. Through the investigation of the microwave properties of a series of BaTiO3/Ni NCs fabricated by compaction of nanopowders, we present experimental evidence that the compaction (uniaxial) pressure in the range of 33–230 MPa significantly affects the ME features. We report here data for only one composition (17.1 vol.% of Ni in the BaTiO3/Ni NC sample). Our findings revealed that the ME coupling coefficient exhibits a large enhancement for specific values of the Ni volume fraction and compaction pressure. Overall, these observations are considered to be evidence of stress-induced microstructural changes under pressure that strongly affect the elastic interaction between the magnetostrictive and piezoelectric phases in these NCs. These results have a potential technological impact for designing precise tunable ME NCs for microwave devices such as tunable phase shifters, resonators, and delay lines. 相似文献

Recently,we have derived a two–nucleon potential and consistent nuclear electromagnetic currents in chiral effective field theory with pions and nucleons as explicit degrees of freedom.The calculation of the currents has been carried out to include N 3 LO corrections,consisting of two–pion exchange and contact contributions.The latter involve unknown low-energy constants (LECs),some of which have been fixed by fitting the np Sand P-wave phase shifts up to 100 MeV lab energies.The remaining LECs entering the current operator are determined so as to reproduce the experimental deuteron and trinucleon magnetic moments,as well as the np cross section.This electromagnetic current operator is utilized to study the nd and n 3 He radiative captures at thermal neutron energies.Here we discuss our results stressing on the important role played by the LECs in reproducing the experimental data. 相似文献

本文对比了再压缩超临界CO2 (S-CO2)循环、蒸汽朗肯循环、He布雷顿循环分别应用于铅基堆的最优热学性能,明确了S-CO2循环与铅基堆结合较传统循环的热力学优势。为进一步提高再压缩S-CO2循环的效率,以跨临界CO2 (T-CO2)循环为底循环构建了再压缩S-CO2/T-CO2复合循环,探讨了不同顶循环透平入口温度、压力和压缩机入口温度条件下系统性能的变化规律,对比了S-CO2/T-CO2复合循环和S-CO2循环的热学性能。结果表明:铅基堆再压缩S-CO2循环发电系统较传统循环形式具有更高的热效率;构建的S-CO2/T-CO2复合循环能够有效提高S-CO2循环的效率,在所研究参数范围内,S-CO2/T-CO2复合循环的热效率和效率比S-CO2循环分别最大可提高约4.8%和8.3%;再压缩S-CO2循环和S-CO2/T-CO2复合循环热学性能随顶循环关键参数变化规律具有一致性。 相似文献
