多产品销售薪酬机制的最优提成率研究

多产品销售的提成率由于其直接影响销售人员的精力投入和分配，一直是销售人员薪酬合同设计的焦点。以往最优提成率研究没有区分环境因素和销售努力对销售量的影响。本文运用代理理论设计了一种基于销售人员对产品销售的贡献的多产品销售合同模型，论证了该合同具有激励销售人员努力销售和使其如实上报定额的特性，并对多产品销售相对独立的情况下销售提成率设置进行了分析，推出了各产品提成率与销售反应参数之间的关系特点，提出了一些指导性结论。     

Ekeland's variational principle, minimax theorems and existence of nonconvex equilibria in complete metric spaces

In this paper, we introduce the concept of τ-function which generalizes the concept of w-distance studied in the literature. We establish a generalized Ekeland's variational principle in the setting of lower semicontinuous from above and τ-functions. As applications of our Ekeland's variational principle, we derive generalized Caristi's (common) fixed point theorems, a generalized Takahashi's nonconvex minimization theorem, a nonconvex minimax theorem, a nonconvex equilibrium theorem and a generalized flower petal theorem for lower semicontinuous from above functions or lower semicontinuous functions in the complete metric spaces. We also prove that these theorems also imply our Ekeland's variational principle.     

Multivariate Stieltjes type theorems and location of common zeros of multivariate orthogonal polynomials

Invariant factors of bivariate orthogonal polynomials inherit most of the properties of univariate orthogonal polynomials and play an important role in the research of Stieltjes type theorems and location of common zeros of bivariate orthogonal polynomials. The aim of this paper is to extend our study of invariant factors from two variables to several variables. We obtain a multivariate Stieltjes type theorem, and the relationships among invariant factors, multivariate orthogonal polynomials and the corresponding Jacobi matrix. We also study the location of common zeros of multivariate orthogonal polynomials and provide some examples of tri-variate.     

Communication, complexity, and evolutionary stability

In games with costless preplay communication, some strategies are more complex than others in the sense that they induce a finer partition of the set of states of the world. This paper shows that if the concept of evolutionary stability, which is argued to be a natural solution concept for communication games, is modified to take lexicographic complexity preferences into account, then for a class of games of common interest only communication strategies that induce payoff-dominant Nash outcomes of the underlying game are stable. Evaluation of the capacitive force between an atomic force microscopy tip and a metallic surface

We propose a very simple method to determine the electrical tip-surface force in Atomic Force Microscopes used to study the electrical properties of metallic or insulating materials; the analysis of the measurements as well as determination of the appropriate experimental procedures requiring an analytical model of the tip-surface capacitance. The comparison of force expressions obtained by this method with those obtained by exact derivation in the case of the sphere-infinite plane system shows very good agreement. This method is then applied to determine the tip-surface force, the real shape of the tip being introduced in the derivation. The obtained expression is compared to experimental and numerical data. We emphasize that this method is very general and can be applied to any axially symmetric capacitor. Received: 17 June 1997 / Received: 16 September 1997 / Accepted: 7 November 1997     

基于代现成本的债务融资结构研究——以我国电力上市公司为例

自上世纪七十年代起，代理理论的研究逐渐成为资本结构理论研究中的热点。本选题选取电力上市公司为样本，对上市公司债权结构进行实证分析，并基于代理成本理论进行研究和探讨，以期找出最优代理成本。研究结果表明：我国电力行业总体水平目前保持在一个较为良好的状态，但债务结构极不合理。对债务融资结构的调整可有效降低代理成本。并据此提出政策建议。     

Joint local quasinilpotence and common invariant subspaces

In this article we obtain some positive results about the existence of a common nontrivial invariant subspace forN-tuples of not necessarily commuting operators on Banach spaces with a Schauder basis. The concept of joint quasinilpotence plays a basic role. Our results complement recent work by Kosiek [6] and Ptak [8].

Upperbound procedures for the identification of similar three-dimensional chemical structures

Summary This paper describes techniques for calculating the degree of similarity between an input query molecule and each of the molecules in a database of 3-D chemical structures. The inter-molecular similarity measure used is the number of atoms in the 3-D common substructure (CS) between the two molecules which are being compared. The identification of 3-D CSs is very demanding of computational resources, even when an efficient clique detection algorithm is used for this purpose. Two types of upperbound calculation are described which allow reductions in the number of exact CS searches which need to be carried out to identify those molecules from a database which are similar to a 3-D target molecule.     

Kinetic effect in the size-control of CdS nanoparticles

A new method of size control for CdS nanoparticles, called common cation coprecipitation, is reported. In the course of coprecipitation, both CdS and CdSt_2(cadmium stearate) formations are diffusion-controlled and their rates are quite different. The size of CdS nanoparticles depends on the ratio of initial concentrations of S~(2-) to St~- (stearate ion). Characterized by UV-Vis absorption, XRD, TEM, fluorescence and XPS, the results obtained show that the coprecipitate is a composite, i. e. CdS particle inserts in the CdSt_2 molecular layers to form a sandwich-like structure. The method reported for size control of CdS nanoparticles might be called kinetic self-assembling.
