序半群Quantale完备化的进一步结果

本文给出了序半群上幂集Quantale的最大拓扑闭包的具体形式,即序半群的最小Quantale完备化.在此基础上,证明了Quantale范畴Quant是序半群范畴OSGrp*的满的反射子范畴.最后,给出了序半群Quantale完备化的一个应用.     

Mathematical aspects of the Maxwell problem

We study the large-time behaviour of global smooth solutions to the Cauchy problem for hyperbolic regularization of conservation laws. An attracting manifold of special smooth global solutions is determined by the Chapman projection onto the phase space of consolidated variables. For small initial data we construct the Chapman projection and describe its properties in the case of the Cauchy problem for moment approximations of kinetic equations. The existence conditions for the Chapman projection are expressed in terms of the solvability of the Riccati matrix equations with parameter.     

On Finite Saturated Chains of Overrings

If a domain R, with quotient field K, has a finite saturated chain of overrings from R to K, then the integral closure of R is a Prüfer domain. An integrally closed domain R with quotient field K has a finite saturated chain of overrings from R to K with length m ≥ 1 iff R is a Prüfer domain and |Spec(R)| =m + 1. In particular, we prove that a domain R has a finite saturated chain of overrings from R to K with length dim(R) iff R is a valuation domain and that an integrally closed domain R has a finite saturated chain of overrings from R to K with length dim (R) +1 iff R is a Prüfer domain with exactly two maximal ideals such that at most one of them fails to contain every non-maximal prime. The relationship with maximal non-valuation subrings is also established.     

On the Factorial Closure of Certain Monomial Modules

Abstract

Let R = K[y ₁,…,y _t ] be an affine domain over a field K and I be a nonzero proper ideal of R. In Sec. 1 of this note, we characterize when (K + I, R) is a Mori pair. In Sec. 2 of this note, we prove the following theorem: Let A ? B be domains such that C/Q is Mori for each subring C of B containing A and for any prime ideal Q of C. Then dim A ? 1 ≤ dim B ≤ dim A + 1 and if dim A > 1 or dim B > 1 then dim A = dim B.     

Asymptotic Sequences over a Module

Let (R, 𝔪) be a Noetherian local ring and M be a submodule of the free module F = R ^r with height(I _r (M)) > 0. Asymptotic sequences over M will be defined analogous to Rees’ definition of asymptotic sequences over an ideal. It is then shown that all maximal asymptotic sequences over M have the same length. This length gives a bound on the analytic spread of M. Namely, if s is the length of a maximal asymptotic sequence over M then l(M) ≤dim R + rank M ? 1 ? s. Equality holds if R is quasi-unmixed.     

Quantaloid-enriched 范畴上的闭包算子与闭包系统

In this paper, we introduce the fundamental notions of closure operator and closure system in the framework of quantaloid-enriched category. We mainly discuss the relationship between closure operators and adjunctions and establish the one-to-one correspondence between closure operators and closure systems on quantaloid-enriched categories.     

On the first Chvátal closure of the set covering polyhedron related to circulant matrices

We study the set covering polyhedron related to circulant matrices. In particular, our goal is to characterize the first Chvátal closure of the usual fractional relaxation. We present a family of valid inequalities that generalizes the family of minor inequalities previously reported in the literature. This family includes new facet-defining inequalities for the set covering polyhedron.     

Integral Closures of Cohen-Macaulay Monomial Ideals

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paper is to present a family of Cohen-Macaulay monomial ideals such that their integral closures have embedded components and hence are not Cohen-Macaulay.
