芹菜、草莓基质对甲胺磷等4种有机磷农药测定的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究芹菜、草莓基质对甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、毒死蜱4种有机磷农药检测的影响。利用样品基质溶液配制标准样品,对比草莓、芹菜样品、丙酮溶液中4种农药的保留时间、峰形、峰面积。结果发现DB–5MS色谱柱上,丙酮溶液、芹菜基质、草莓基质中甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果色谱峰出峰时间不完全重合,保留时间最大漂移0.1 min。丙酮溶剂、芹菜基质较草莓基质中的甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果更容易出现峰拖尾现象,且芹菜基质溶液中相同浓度的甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷峰面积分别约是草莓基质溶液中的75%,90%。毒死蜱的保留时间、峰形、响应面积在草莓基质、芹菜基质、丙酮溶液中基本一样。  相似文献

Model order reduction of the two‐dimensional Burgers equation is investigated. The mathematical formulation of POD/discrete empirical interpolation method (DEIM)‐reduced order model (ROM) is derived based on the Galerkin projection and DEIM from the existing high fidelity‐implicit finite‐difference full model. For validation, we numerically compared the POD ROM, POD/DEIM, and the full model in two cases of Re = 100 and Re = 1000, respectively. We found that the POD/DEIM ROM leads to a speed‐up of CPU time by a factor of O(10). The computational stability of POD/DEIM ROM is maintained by means of a careful selection of POD modes and the DEIM interpolation points. The solution of POD/DEIM in the case of Re = 1000 has an accuracy with error O(10?3) versus O(10?4) in the case of Re = 100 when compared with the high fidelity model. For this turbulent flow, a closure model consisting of a Tikhonov regularization is carried out in order to recover the missing information and is developed to account for the small‐scale dissipation effect of the truncated POD modes. It is shown that the computational results of this calibrated ROM exhibit considerable agreement with the high fidelity model, which implies the efficiency of the closure model used. The orientational order parameters fot two liquid crystal materials, 4-cyanophenyl 4-butylbenzoate and 4-cyanophenyl 4-pentylbenzoate, have been derived by measuring the change in the refractive index as function of temperature. The order parameters are compared with MaierSaupe theory, and the sharpness of the transitions has been shown using the Haller's plot.  相似文献

Interfacial properties play an important role in determining characteristics and performance of composite materials, especially in membrane gas separation applications. Formation of any undesirable defect at polymer-particle interface can directly influence on membrane permeability and selectivity in addition to unwanted effects on the other mechanical/physical properties. For achieving a quick insight about the role and nature of interfacial morphologies in mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) and their effects on gas transport properties, a new technique mainly in terms of mathematical modeling was developed. Based on the proposed approach, although ideal models often failed in predicting MMMs performance, these models can provide guidelines for discernment of the types of formed interfacial morphology, like current methods in characterization.  相似文献

Defect turbulence described by the one-dimensional complex Ginzburg–Landau equation is investigated and analyzed via a birth–death process of the local structures composed of defects, holes, and modulated amplitude waves (MAWs). All the number statistics of each local structure, in its stationary state, are subjected to Poisson statistics. In addition, the probability density functions of interarrival times of defects, lifetimes of holes, and MAWs show the existence of long-memory and some characteristic time scales caused by zigzag motions of oscillating traveling holes. The corresponding stochastic process for these observations is fully described by a non-Markovian master equation.  相似文献

In this paper, Bernstein operational matrix of fractional derivative of order α in the Caputo sense is derived. We also apply this matrix to the collocation method for solving multi-order fractional differential equations. In this paper, periodized Shannon wavelets are applied as basis functions in solution of the high-order ordinary differential equations and eigenvalue problem. The first periodized Shannon wavelets are defined. The second the connection coefficients of periodized Shannon wavelets are related by a simple variable transformation to the Cattani connection coefficients. Finally, collocation method is used for solving the high-order ordinary differential equations and eigenvalue problem. Some equations are solved in order to find out advantage of such choice of the basis functions.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with stability analysis of asymptotic profiles for (possibly sign-changing) solutions vanishing in finite time of the Cauchy–Dirichlet problems for fast diffusion equations in annuli. It is proved that the unique positive radial profile is not asymptotically stable, and moreover, it is unstable for the two-dimensional annulus. Furthermore, the method of stability analysis presented here will be also applied to exhibit symmetry breaking of least energy solutions.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of using solution matrices in calibration standards different from those employed for the extraction steps in the determination of Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni and Zn were tested. Cu and Zn are little affected by matrix effects but, if the extractant is ammonium acetate, the use of other matrices may result in too high Cd, Cr and Ni values.  相似文献
