A free boundary problem in an absorbing porous material with saturation dependent permeability

We prove a well posedness result for a free boundary problem describing the filtration of an incompressible viscous fluid in a porous medium containing water absorbing granules.?The location of the wetting front (the free boundary) is described by a Stefan like problem for a parabolic equation which is coupled with an hyperbolic equation describing the absorption kinetic of the granules. Let R be a (not necessarily Noetherian) commutative ring and let M be a (not necessarily finitely generated) R-module. We characterize the modules with only finitely many weakly associated primes as those modules M admitting a chain 0 = M ₀ M ₁ ... M _n = M of submodules together with prime ideals p₁, p₂,...,p _n such that the set of weakly associated primes of M _i /M _i-1 is equal to {p _i } for all 1 i n. A non-conforming finite element method with anisotropic mesh grading for the Stokes problem in domains with edges

The solution of the Stokes problem in three-dimensional domainswith edges has anisotropic singular behaviour which is treatednumerically by using anisotropic finite element meshes. Thevelocity is approximated by Crouzeix–Raviart (nonconformingP₁ ) elements and the pressure by piecewise constants. Thismethod is stable for general meshes (without minimal or maximalangle condition). Denoting by N_e the number of elements in themesh, the interpolation and consistency errors are of the optimalorder h N_e^–1/3 which is proved for tensor product meshes.As a by-product, we analyse also nonconforming prismatic elementswith P₁ [oplus ] span {x₃²} as the local space for the velocitywhere x₃ is the direction of the edge.     

A posteriori L2 error estimation on anisotropic tetrahedral finite element meshes

A new a posteriori L₂ norm error estimator is proposed for thePoisson equation. The error estimator can be applied to anisotropictetrahedral or triangular finite element meshes. The estimatoris rigorously analysed for Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions. The lower error bound relies on specifically designed anisotropicbubble functions and the corresponding inverse inequalities.The upper error bound utilizes non-standard anisotropic interpolationestimates. Its proof requires H² regularity of the Poisson problem,and its quality depends on how good the anisotropic mesh resolvesthe anisotropy of the problem. This is measured by a so-called‘matching function’. A numerical example supports the anisotropic error analysis.

Average widths of anisotropic Besov-Wiener classes

This paper concerns the problem of average σ-K width and average σ-L width of some anisotropic Besov-Wiener classes Srp q θb(Rd) and Srp q θB(Rd) in Lq(Rd) (1≤q≤p＜∞). The weak asymptotic behavior is established for the corresponding quantities.     

各向异性超导体电阻转变的修正Kosterlitz-Thouless相变模型

从二维系统的Kosterlitz-Thouless (KT) 相变理论出发，在关联长度中引入热激活能和平均钉扎高度，提出了修正的KT相变模型.该模型与库伦气体标度理论和Halperin-Nelson关系具有一致性.应用修正的KT相变模型研究磁场下Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O_x(Tl-2212)薄膜电阻转变的标度行为，发现由电阻转变计算得到的平均钉扎高度与温度具有线性依赖关系，实验结果支持修正的KT相变模型. 关键词： 标度行为 各向异性超导体 电阻转变     

He-NO碰撞体系微分截面的理论计算

首先用Huxley势函数形式拟合了在RCCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ+bf理论水平下计算的He-NO相互作用能数据，获得了He原子与NO分子相互作用的各向异性势，然后采用密耦近似方法计算了He-NO碰撞体系的总微分截面、弹性微分截面和非弹性微分截面，并总结了微分散射截面的变化规律. 结果表明，拟合势不但表达形式简洁，而且较好地描述了He-NO系统相互作用的各向异性特征；利用碰撞体系分子间势的量子化学从头计算结果,可解决势能参数难以确定的问题，对进一步研究原子与分子碰撞机理有一定参考价值. 关键词： 各向异性势 势能参数 密耦近似 微分截面     

单轴各向异性左手介质表面的Goos-H?nchen位移

分析了单轴各向异性左手介质表面的Goos-H?nchen位移，分别给出了光轴与两种介质的界面垂直和平行情形下的Goos-H?nchen位移解析表达式，并分析了Goos-H?nchen位移产生的条件以及位移的正负情况.还采用菲涅尔近似的方法给出了临界角附近的Goos-H?nchen位移表达式，结果表明临界角附近的Goos-H?nchen位移是入射光的束腰半径和入射角的函数，并且给出了临界角入射时Goos-H?nchen位移的较为简洁的近似表达式，这样就在整个角度的取值范围内都给出了Goos-H?nchen位移的表达式. 关键词： Goos-H?nchen位移 左手介质 单轴各向异性 临界角     

3D FDTD Implementation for Scattering of Electric Anisotropic Dispersive Medium Using Recursive Convolution Method

The finite-difference time-domain method based on recursive convoltion method (RC-FDTD) for the electric anisotropic dispersive medium is discussed in detail. To exemplify the availability of the three-dimensional RC-FDTD algorithm, the backscattering Radar-Cross-Section(RCS) of a non-magnetized plasma sphere is computed, and the numerical results are the same as the one of the Shift Operater-FDTD method, and show that the RC-FDTD method is correct and efficient. In addition, the co-polarized and cross-polarized backscattering time-domain of a magnetized plasma sphere are obtained by the RC-FDTD algorithm. The results show that when the external magnetic field is implemented, the cross-polarized component appear, evidently.
