本文介绍用气相色谱法测定工业直链烷基磺酸盐在浓磷酸介质中脱磺酸基后,用石油醚萃取释出的不同碳数烷基的含量,然后,根据烷基的数均分子量,分别加—SO_3Na基的值,从而计算出工业直链烷基磺酸盐的数均分子量。该法快速、简易和准确。     

On extrapolation of Jagerman and Stetter rules

In this paper quadrature rules introduced by Jagerman [1] and Stetter [2] are considered and asymptotic expansions for the error given. This allows to make use of the Romberg extrapolation process. Such rules can be viewed as generalizations of the well-known mid-point rule. Thus, numerical examples comparing these rules are finally presented.     

An Approach to the Subproblem of the Cutting Angle Method of Global Optimization

The solution of the Subproblem of the Cutting Angle Method of Global Optimization for problems of minimizing increasing positively homogeneous of degree one functions is proved to be NP-Complete. For the proof of this fact we formulate another problem which we call “Dominating Subset with Minimal Weight”. This problem is also NP-Complete. An O(n²)-time algorithm is presented for approximate solution of Dominant Subset with Minimal Weight Problem. This problem can be expressed as a kind of Assignment Problem in which it is allowed to assign multiple tasks to a single processor. Experimental analysis of the algorithm is performed using the program implemented in ANSI-C. A construction of real weight functions for certain orthogonal polynomials in two variables

H.L. Krall and I.M. Sheffer considered the problem of classifying certain second-order partial differential equations having an algebraically complete, weak orthogonal bivariate polynomial system of solutions. Two of the equations that they considered are

On the class of flat stable theories

A new notion of independence relation is given and associated to it, the class of flat theories, a subclass of strong stable theories including the superstable ones is introduced. More precisely, after introducing this independence relation, flat theories are defined as an appropriate version of superstability. It is shown that in a flat theory every type has finite weight and therefore flat theories are strong. Furthermore, it is shown that under reasonable conditions any type is non-orthogonal to a regular one. Concerning groups in flat theories, it is shown that type-definable groups behave like superstable ones, since they satisfy the same chain condition on definable subgroups and also admit a normal series of definable subgroup with semi-regular quotients.     

Weighted Hamming metric structures

It is known that the binary generalized Goppa codes are perfect codes for the weighted Hamming metrics. In this paper, we present the existence of a weighted Hamming metric that admits a binary Hamming code (resp. an extended binary Hamming code) to be perfect code. For a special weighted Hamming metric, we also give some structures of a 2-perfect code, show how to construct a 2-perfect linear code and obtain the weight distribution of a 2-perfect code from the partial information of the code.
