贷款分配方法的数学模型及其解法

为了解决三角债问题，银行给出一笔贷款，应该如何分配这笔贷款，使清理的债务达到最大。本文建立这个问题的数学模型，并且给出一个解法。

A relaxed primal-dual path-following algorithm for linear programming

In this paper, we provide an easily satisfied relaxation condition for the primaldual interior path-following algorithm to solve linear programming problems. It is shown that the relaxed algorithm preserves the property of polynomial-time convergence. The computational results obtained by implementing two versions of the relaxed algorithm with slight modifications clearly demonstrate the potential in reducing computational efforts.Partially supported by the North Carolina Supercomputing Center, the 1993 Cray Research Award, and a National Science Council Research Grant of the Republic of China.     

On the entropic perturbation and exponential penalty methods for linear programming

This note points out that the recently proposed exponential penalty approach to linear programming is identical to the well-known entropic perturbation approach. The primal and dual trajectories provided by these two approaches are shown to be equivalent.The work of the first author was supported partially by the North Carolina Supercomputing Center and 1995 Cray Research Grant.     

Normal dilatation of triangular matrices

LetR be a (real or complex) triangular matrix of ordern, say, an upper triangular matrix. Is it true that there exists a normaln×n matrixA whose upper triangle coincides with the upper triangle ofR? The answer to this question is “yes” and is obvious in the following cases: (1)R is real; (2)R is a complex matrix with a real or a pure imaginary main diagonal, and moreover, all the diagonal entries ofR belong to a straight line. The answer is also in the affirmative (although it is not so obvious) for any matrixR of order 2. However, even forn=3 this problem remains unsolved. In this paper it is shown that the answer is in the affirmative also for 3×3 matrices.

边界吸收效应对非定常剪切弥散的影响

采用延迟扩散方程［７，９］描述了具有边界吸收条件下，非定常剪切流动中的剪切弥散特性．给出了记忆函数、中心位移函数的控制方程．特例分析结果表明：所采用的模型方程是合理的；边界吸收效应使得纵向浓度分布具有后倾的趋势．这主要是由于边界吸收使得低速强剪切区浓度减少，剪切弥散贡献减少，从而污染物对流速度高于断面的平均速度．

Fermilab top mass and modified Fritzsch mass matrices

Fritzsch like mass matrices with non-zero 22-elements both in U sector and D sector have been investigated in the context of latest data regardingm _t ^phys , |V _ub|, |V _cb|, |V _td| and |V _ts|. Unlike several other phenomenological models, the present model not only accommodates the value ofm _t ^phys in the range 150–240 GeV, encompassing the CDF and D0 values, but is also able to reproduce |V _cb| ≊0.040 and |V _ub/V_cb| = 0.08±0.02 and |V _td| is predicted to lie in the range 0.005–0.014. Further, the angles of the unitarity triangle, related to the CP-violating asymmetries, are calculated to be in the ranges −1.0⩽sin2α⩽−0.1, 0.6 ⩽sin2α⩽1.0 and 0.48⩽sin2β⩽0.56, which are in agreement with other recent calculations.     

The Study of Minimax Inequalities, Abstract Economics and Applications to Variational Inequalities and Nash Equilibria

In this survey, a new minimax inequality and one equivalent geometricform are proved. Next, a theorem concerning the existence of maximalelements for an LC-majorized correspondence is obtained.By the maximal element theorem, existence theorems of equilibrium point fora noncompact one-person game and for a noncompact qualitative game withLC-majorized correspondences are given. Using the lastresult and employing 'approximation approach', we prove theexistence of equilibria for abstract economies in which the constraintcorrespondence is lower (upper) semicontinuous instead of having lower(upper) open sections or open graphs in infinite-dimensional topologicalspaces. Then, as the applications, the existence theorems of solutions forthe quasi-variational inequalities and generalized quasi-variationalinequalities for noncompact cases are also proven. Finally, with theapplications of quasi-variational inequalities, the existence theorems ofNash equilibrium of constrained games with noncompact are given. Our resultsinclude many results in the literature as special cases.
