In this paper, we study a class of singular Riemannian manifolds. The singular set itself is a smooth manifold with a cone-like neighborhood. By imposing a reasonable convergence condition on the metric, we can determine the local geometrical structure near the singular set. In general, the curvature near the singular set is unbounded. We prove that a bounded curvature assumption would have a strong implication on the geometrical and topological structures near the singular set. We also establish the Gauss–Bonnet–Chern formula, which can be applied to the study of singular Eistein 4-manifolds. 相似文献

Using covering graph techniques, a structural result about connected cubic simple graphs admitting an edge-transitive solvable group of automorphisms is proved. This implies, among other, that every such graph can be obtained from either the 3-dipole Dip3 or the complete graph K
4, by a sequence of elementary-abelian covers. Another consequence of the main structural result is that the action of an arc-transitive solvable group on a connected cubic simple graph is at most 3-arc-transitive. For any triple (Mn,g,) consisting of a Riemannian manifold and a metric connection with skew-symmetric torsion we introduce an elliptic, second-order operator Ω acting on spinor fields. In case of a naturally reductive space and its canonical connection, our construction yields the Casimir operator of the isometry group. Several non-homogeneous geometries (Sasakian, nearly Kähler, cocalibrated G2-structures) admit unique connections with skew-symmetric torsion. To heteroepitaxally grow the crystalline cubic-GaN (c-GaN) film on the substrates with large lattice mismatch is basically important for fabricating the blue or ultra-violet laser diodes based on cubic group III nitride materials. We have obtained the crystalline c-GaN film and the heteroepitaxial interface between c-Gan and GaAs(001) substrate by the ECR Plasma-Assisted Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (PA-MOCVD) under low-pressure and low-temperature (600°C) on a homemade ECR-plasma Semiconductor Processing Device (ESPD). In order to decrease the growth temperature, the ECR plasma source was adopted as the activated nitrogen source, therefore the working pressure of MOCVD was decreased down to the region less than 1 Pa. To eliminate the damages from energetic ions of current plasma source, a Multi-cusp cavity-coupling ECR Plasma source (MEP) was selected to use in our experiment. To decrease the strain and dislocations induced from the large lattice mismatch between c-GaN and GaAs substrate, the plasma pretreatment procedure i.e., the initial growth technique was investigated. The experiment arrangements, the characteristics of plasma and the growth procedure, the characteristics of c-GaN film and interface between c-GaN and GaAs(001), and the roles of ECR plasma are described in this contribution. 相似文献

Monoolein (MO) cubic phase, which can release its payload in answering to reducing condition, was prepared by including a disulfide proteinoid composed of Asp, DL-leucine (Leu), and dithiodipropionic acid (DTPA) in its water channel. On the TEM micrograph, the cubic phase could accommodate the proteinoid with no change in its bilayer structure. The phase transition temperature of the cubic phase was about 58.7°C, and it was little affected by the proteinoid. The release degree of allura red loaded in the cubic phase was higher at a higher dithiothreitol (DTT) concentration. 非(类)金属掺杂金属形成金属间隙或金属间化合物是一种设计高效、高选择性催化剂的重要手段.我们以萘基锂为强还原剂,NiCl2与AlCl3为原料,在室温下化学合成了Ni-intAlx纳米催化剂,并采用pXRD、N2物理吸附、XPS、TEM、H2-TPR、H2-TPD等手段对催化剂进行表征.以萘选择加氢为探针反应,结果显示Ni-intAlx催化剂对萘选择加氢制四氢萘具有高活性及单一选择性.其中Ni-intAl1催化剂具有比Ni样品更纯的FCC晶型,比Ni-intAl1/3更适宜的铝掺杂量,及比Ni-intAl3更适宜的活性组分含量.镍铝之间的电子效应在一定程度上可调变中间产物四氢萘的吸附性能,避免过度加氢,在优化条件下萘转化率和四氢萘选择性分别达97%和98%,铝可用作第二金属掺杂以提高金属位点的活性和对中间产物的选择性. 相似文献
