本文研究了正三棱柱有界网格的Buffon投针问题.利用限弦函数和限弦投影函数两个工具,获得了正三棱柱运动测度的具体表达式及一个新的几何概率结果.     

Random Block Copolymers via Segment Interchange Olefin Metathesis

Polycarbonate/polyethylene random block copolymers (RBCs) have been produced using olefin metathesis catalysis in a process termed segment interchange metathesis. An olefin metathesis catalyst tolerant of polar functionality was added to reagent polycarbonate and polyethylene polymers which contained internal unsaturated carbon–carbon bonds. Subsequent metathesis occurred, segmenting the reagent polymers, resulting in RBCs. The block copolymers self-assembled into microphase structures which persisted into the melt state as determined by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).

     

某型机进近段高精度相对姿态实时测量技术

某型机在飞行训练过程中，进近段的二维相对姿态数据对于该型机安全着陆有着至关重要的作用。基于无线网络电台的双向数据传输系统能够实时获取进近段飞机相对理想着陆点的水平、垂直相对位置数据。通过上行链路上传着陆点的姿态数据，下行链路实时下传动动差分后的差分数据,最后在中心控制站进行二次数据处理。该技术获得的进近段二维相对姿态精度达到厘米级，满足飞行训练的需求。同时结合飞机显控数据以及视景图，以多角化动态关联的方式将实时获取的姿态数据等呈现给指挥员，更好地辅助指挥员进行着陆指挥工作。     

Characterizations of modalities and lex modalities

A reflective subuniverse in homotopy type theory is an internal version of the notion of a localization in topology or in the theory of ∞-categories. Working in homotopy type theory, we give new characterizations of the following conditions on a reflective subuniverse L: (1) the associated subuniverse $L^{\prime }$ of L-separated types is a modality; (2) L is a modality; (3) L is a lex modality; and (4) L is a cotopological modality. In each case, we give several necessary and sufficient conditions. Our characterizations involve various families of maps associated to L, such as the L-étale maps, the L-equivalences, the L-local maps, the L-connected maps, the unit maps ${\eta }_X$, and their left and/or right orthogonal complements. More generally, our main theorem gives an overview of how all of these classes related to each other. We also give examples that show that all of the inclusions we describe between these classes of maps can be strict.     

基于SRLG约束和资源共享的交迭段保护机制研究

通过对共享风险链路组约束机制和交迭段保护机制的分析,将两者相结合并根据工作和保护路径分别采用动态链路权重调整,提出了一种基于共享风险链路组不相关的交迭段共享保护算法.交迭段共享保护算法在共享风险链路组不相关的约束条件下,为整个工作路由提供了多个交迭的保护段,并给出了一种能够合理有效选择这些交迭保护段的方法.对交迭段共享保护算法的分析和仿真结果表明,与以往保护算法相比,交迭段共享保护算法不但大大提高了网络连接的可靠性,而且还通过不同交迭保护段间资源的合理共享,有效地提高了网络资源的利用率.     

基于双目立体视觉实现物体三维测量的研究

以双目立体视觉理论为基础,提取立体图像的Harris角点作为特征点,经过基于小波变换的子线段匹配方法,采用由粗到细的匹配策略匹配端点,盒滤波技术加速法,解决了匹配准确度和匹配速度之间的平衡问题.采用该方法对水泥冷却机内熟料进行测量,实验表明该方法能够较精确的对物体实现三维测量.     

ProSeg: a database of local structures of protein segments

Integration of knowledge on the sequence-structure correlation of proteins provides a basis for the structural design of artificial novel proteins. As one of strategies, it is effective to consider a short segment, whose size is in between an amino acid and a domain, as a correlation unit for exploring the structure-to-sequence relationship. Here we report the development of a database called ProSeg, which consists of two sub-databases, Segment DB and Cluster DB. Segment DB contains tens of thousands of segments that were prepared by dividing the primary sequences of 370 proteins using a sliding L-residue window (L = 5, 9, 11, 15). These segments were classified into several thousands of clusters according to their three-dimensional structural resemblance. Cluster DB contains much cluster-related information, which includes image, rank, frequency, secondary structure assignment, sequence profile, etc. Users can search for a suitable cluster by inputting an appropriate parameter (i.e., PDB ID, dihedral angles, or DSSP symbols), which identifies the backbone structure of a query segment. Analogous to a language, ProSeg could be regarded as a ‘structure-sequence dictionary’ that contains over 10,000 ‘protein words’. ProSeg is freely accessible through the Internet ().     

钢筋混凝土箱梁非线性及剪滞效应的试验研究

制作了钢筋混凝土简支箱梁模型,试验包括模型梁开裂范围内的加载及开裂后的加载。在开裂范围内,对该试验梁分别进行了顶板满布均布荷载、均布荷载作用于肋板上方、集中力作用于跨中以及对称集中力作用下的加载;对开裂后的试验梁,进行了对称集中力作用下的加载。用应变采集仪与电脑连接,并用半桥测量,温度自补偿方法测取应变值,采用百分表测试梁体挠度,采用读数显微镜观测裂缝。测量得到应力、应变的分布规律,验证了钢筋混凝土箱梁中存在剪滞效应。试验结果与考虑混凝土非线性的有限段法的计算结果吻合较好,验证了有限段法在混凝土箱梁剪滞效应分析中的适用性。     

cis-Nitenpyram Analogues Bearing Acyloxy Segments Anchored on the Tetrahydropyrimidine Ring: Synthesis,Insecticidal Activities and Molecular Docking Studies

A series of novel cis-nitenpyram analogues bearing acyloxy segments anchored on the tetrahydropyrimidine ring was designed and synthesized. Preliminary bioassays indicate that all the nitenpyram analogues 3a―3n exhibit good insecticidal activities against Nilaparvata lugens and Aphis medicaginis at 100 mg/L, while analogue 3k affords the best activity in vitro and the lethal concentration 50(LC₅₀) values(0.187, 0.214 mg/L) are close to that of nitenpyram. The structure activity relationships(SARs) suggest that their insecticidal potency is influenced by the species of acyloxy segments. The docking results reveal that analogue 3k forms stronger hydrogen-bonding with the nAChR, which explain the structure activity relationships(SARs) observed in vitro and imply that the strategies of our designed nitenpyram analogues are feasible.
