局部对称Lorentz空间中的类空超曲面

研究了局部对称Lorentz空间中具有常平均曲率或常数量曲率的类空超曲面.利用丘成桐的广义极大值原理和自伴随算子得到了两个重要的内蕴刚性定理,其分别推广了欧阳崇祯和刘新民的主要结果.     

Certain algebraic surfaces with Eisenbud‐Harris general fibration of genus 4

We classify the algebraic surfaces with Eisenbud‐Harris general fibration of genus 4 over a rational curve or an elliptic curve whose slope attains the lower bound. The classification of our surfaces is strongly related to the result of the classification for certain relative quadric hypersurfaces in 3‐dimensional projective space bundles over a rational curve and an elliptic curve. We further prove some results about the canonical maps, the quadric hulls of the canonical images and the deformation for these surfaces.

A Regularity Result for CR Mappings Between Infinite Type Hypersurfaces

The Schwarz reflection principle in one complex variable can be stated as follows. Let M and M′ be two real analytic curves in ? and f a holomorphic function defined on one side of M, extending continuously through M, and mapping M into M′. Then f has a holomorphic extension across M. In this paper, we extend this classical theorem to higher complex dimensions for a class of hypersurfaces of infinite type.     

On the number of infinite geodesics and ground states in disordered systems

We study first-passage percolation models and their higher dimensional analogs—models of surfaces with random weights. We prove that under very general conditions the number of lines or, in the second case, hypersurfaces which locally minimize the sum of the random weights is with probability one equal to 0 or with probability one equal to +. As corollaries we show that in any dimensiond2 the number of ground states of an Ising ferromagnet with random coupling constants equals (with probability one) 2 or +. Proofs employ simple large-deviation estimates and ergodic arguments.     

Focal Loci of Algebraic Hypersurfaces: A General Theory

The focal locus is traditionally defined for a differentiable submanifold of R ⁿ. However, since it depends essentially only on the notion of orthogonality, a focal locus can be also associated to an algebraic subvariety of the space , once we have chosen an orthogonal structure on this space. In this paper, we establish somebasic results in the theory of focal loci of algebraichypersurfaces in . Our main results concern the irreducibility of the ramification divisor of the end-point map and the dimension of the singular locus of this divisor, the birationality of the focal map and the degree of the focal locus of an algebraic hypersurface.     

Kähler manifolds of quasi-constant holomorphic sectional curvatures

The Kähler manifolds of quasi-constant holomorphic sectional curvatures are introduced as Kähler manifolds with complex distribution of codimension two, whose holomorphic sectional curvature only depends on the corresponding point and the geometric angle, associated with the section. A curvature identity characterizing such manifolds is found. The biconformal group of transformations whose elements transform Kähler metrics into Kähler ones is introduced and biconformal tensor invariants are obtained. This makes it possible to classify the manifolds under consideration locally. The class of locally biconformal flat Kähler metrics is shown to be exactly the class of Kähler metrics whose potential function is only a function of the distance from the origin in ? ⁿ . Finally we show that any rotational even dimensional hypersurface carries locally a natural Kähler structure which is of quasi-constant holomorphic sectional curvatures.     

基于伪类光超曲面奇点分类的教学研究

在微分几何的教学中,曲线,曲面理论是最主要的基础理论知识.欧氏空间中密切曲线在微分几何学中具有重要的研究价值.主要运用具有类光向量的费雷内标架讨论在四维Minkowski空间中与欧氏空间不同的一类特殊密切曲线(伪类光曲线)的一些几何性质,同时通过横截性原理给出了由伪类光曲线生成的伪类光超曲面的局部几何性质与奇点分类.

We characterize some homogeneous Hopf real hypersurfaces in a nonflat complex space form by studying trajectories for Sasakian magnetic fields whose extrinsic shapes are tangentially of order 2.
