Perturbed recurrence relations II the general case

In this paper, we give some new explicit relations between two families of polynomials defined by recurrence relations of all order. These relations allow us to analyze, even in the Sobolev case, how some properties of a family of orthogonal polynomials are affected when the coefficients of the recurrence relation and the order are perturbed. In a paper we have already given a method which allows us to study the polynomials defined by a three-term recurrence relation. Also here some generalizations are given.     

A new formula for the saddle-to-scission time

We propose a new formula for the saddle-to-scission time that is more general that the one based on Kramers' approach. Its validity and applicability is then studied in detail. Such a formula is useful for the evaluation of the fission time of very heavy nuclei.     

基于Copula的金融资产相关结构建模

分析了几种相关结构函数(Copula)表示的相关结构模型,给出了用相关结构函数对金融资产间的相关结构进行建模的方法.结果表明混合Gumbel(M-Gumbel)相关结构函数能较全面地描述上海深圳两证券指数的相关结构,模拟计算VaR的结果支持了实证分析的结论.     

基于离差最大化原理的灰色综合评判方法及其应用

在灰色综合隶属度评价方法基础上,按照离差最大化原理,提出了一种品种区域试验的新的确定权重的方法.应用这种方法,对2002-2003年度国家黄淮南片小麦冬水组区域试验进行了分析.结果表明,这种分析方法克服了通常专家调查法和层次分析法主观随意性强的缺点,因而其分析结果更加客观、可靠.大面积生产实践也表明该方法具有一定可行性和有效性.     

A Distributional Approach to Multiple Stochastic Integrals and Transformations of the Poisson Measure

We study a class of ‘nonpoissonian’ transformations of the configuration space and the corresponding transformations of the Poisson measure. For some class of Poisson measures we find conditions which are sufficient for the transformed measure (which in general is nonpoissonian) to be absolutely continuous with respect to the initial Poisson measure and get the expression for the corresponding Radon–Nikodym derivative. To solve this problem we use a distributional approach to Poisson multiple stochastic integrals.     

Generalized Physical and SRB Measures for Hyperbolic Diffeomorphisms

In this paper we introduce the notion of generalized physical and SRB measures. These measures naturally generalize classical physical and SRB measures to measures which are supported on invariant sets that are not necessarily attractors. We then perform a detailed case study of these measures for hyperbolic Hènon maps. For this class of systems we are able to develop a complete theory about the existence, uniqueness, finiteness, and properties of these natural measures. Moreover, we derive a classification for the existence of a measure of full dimension. We also consider general hyperbolic surface diffeomorphisms and discuss possible extensions of, as well as the differences to, the results for Hènon maps. Finally, we study the regular dependence of the dimension of the generalized physical/SRB measure on the diffeomorphism. For the proofs we apply various techniques from smooth ergodic theory including the thermodynamic formalism. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification. 基于偏差的不确定型多属性决策的综合集成方法

对不确定型条件下的多属性决策问题,规范化后的区间数能消除属性值之间量纲的差异,建立了相离度偏差、中间值偏差和理想方案偏差计算公式,构建了以总偏差平方和为目标函数的综合集成优化模型,求解出各属性的客观权重,提出了一种客观属性权重的可能度法,为不确定型多属性决策提供了一种简单实用的可靠方法.最后通过一个算例说明了该方法的实用性和有效性.     

A Model for Spacetime: The Role of Interpretation in Some Grothendieck Topoi

We analyse the proposition that the spacetime structure is modified at short distances or at high energies due to weakening of classical logic. The logic assigned to the regions of spacetime is intuitionistic logic of some topoi. Several cases of special topoi are considered. The quantum mechanical effects can be generated by such semi-classical spacetimes. The issues of: background independence and general relativity covariance, field theoretic renormalization of divergent expressions, the existence and definition of path integral measures, are briefly discussed in the proposal. The connection with some problems in foundations of mathematics and differential topology are also discussed.     

时滞差分系统基于两种度量的稳定性分析

本文建立了一些关于时滞差分系统（h0,h）稳定性（一致稳定性，渐近稳定性，一致渐近稳定性）的判定准则。在所得到的定理中，去除了△V为常负的限制，特别地，△V甚至可以恒为正，从而大大改进了已有结果，并更加便于应用。     

桑蚕种样本良卵数偏差控制方法研究

桑蚕种良卵率是蚕种质量检验的重要指标,控制样本间良卵数偏差是保证良卵率准确性的关键.运用概率理论,针对目前生产上绝大多数批次的良卵率p 99%情况,在置信概率为95%下,样本卵粒数在1601~1700、1701~1800、1801~1900、1901~2000区间内时,给出了样本良卵数的容许偏差分别为16、17、17、18粒;当良卵率p在99%~90%其他区间时,也分别给出了不同克卵粒数情况下样本良卵数的容许偏差.同时在置信概率为90%下,给出了不同克卵粒数情况下样本良卵数的容许偏差.结合实际调查结果,对理论方法进行了比较,确认了理论方法的准确性,为蚕业生产提供了一套控制良卵数偏差的可行性方案.
