Here, we explored the possible interaction between duloxetine and SEP-363856 (SEP-856) in depression-related reactions. The results showed that oral administration of duloxetine showed powerful antidepressant-like effects in both the forced swimming test (FST) and the suspension tail test (TST). SEP-856 orally administered alone also exerted an antidepressant-like effect in FST and TST, especially at doses of 0.3, 1, and 10 mg/kg. In addition, duloxetine (15 mg/kg) and SEP-856 (15 mg/kg) both showed antidepressant-like effects in the sucrose preference test (SPT). Most importantly, in the above experiments, compared with duloxetine alone, the simultaneous use of duloxetine and SEP-856 caused a more significant antidepressant-like effect. It is worth noting that doses of drug combination in FST and TST did not change the motor activities of mice in the open-field test (OFT). Thus, duloxetine and SEP-856 seem to play a synergistic role in regulating depression-related behaviors and might be beneficial for refractory depression. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to identify polyphenolic compounds contained in ethanol and water extracts of black alder (Alnus glutinosa L.) acorns and evaluate their anti-cancer and antimicrobial effects. The significant anti-cancer potential on the human skin epidermoid carcinoma cell line A431 and the human epithelial cell line A549 derived from lung carcinoma tissue was observed. Aqueous and ethanolic extracts of alder acorns inhibited the growth of mainly Gram-positive microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Streptococcus mutans) and yeast-like fungi (Candida albicans, Candida glabrata), as well as Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Citrobacter freundii, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) strains. The identification of polyphenols was carried out using an ACQUITY UPLC-PDA-MS system. The extracts were composed of 29 compounds belonging to phenolic acids, flavonols, ellagitannins and ellagic acid derivatives. Ellagitannins were identified as the predominant phenolics in ethanol and aqueous extract (2171.90 and 1593.13 mg/100 g DM, respectively) The results may explain the use of A. glutinosa extracts in folk medicine. 相似文献

Motivated by recent theoretical and experimental advances in quantum simulations using alkaline earth(AE)atoms,we put forward a proposal to detect the Kondo physics in a cold atomic system.It has been demonstrated that the intrinsic spin-exchange interaction in AE atoms can be significantly enhanced near a confinement-induced resonance(CIR),which facilitates the simulation of Kondo physics.Since the Kondo effect appears only for antiferromagnetic coupling,we find that the conductivity of such system exhibits an asymmetry across a resonance of spin-exchange interaction.The asymmetric conductivity can serve as the smoking gun evidence for Kondo physics in the cold atom context.When an extra magnetic field ramps up,the spin-exchange process near Fermi surface is suppressed by Zee-man energy and the conductivity becomes more and more symmetric.Our results can be verified in the current experimental setup. 相似文献

Two-dimensional van der Waals magnetic materials are intriguing for applications in the future spintronics devices, so it is crucial to explore strategy to control the magnetic properties. Here, we carried out first-principles calculations and Monte Carlo simulations to investigate the effect of biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic properties of the bilayer CrI3. We found that the magnetic anisotropy, intralayer and interlayer exchange interactions, and Curie temperature can be tuned by biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure. Large compressive biaxial strain may induce a ferromagneticto-antiferromagnetic transition of both CrI3 layers. The hydrostatic pressure could enhance the intralayer exchange interaction significantly and hence largely boost the Curie temperature. The effect of the biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure revealed in the bilayer CrI3 may be generalized to other two-dimensional magnetic materials. 相似文献

A new Markov process describing crystal growth in three dimensions is introduced. States of the process are configurations of the crystal surface, which has a terrace-edge-kink structure. The states are continuous along edges but discrete across edges, in accordance with the very different rates for the two types of captures of particles. Stationary distributions, describing steady crystal growth, are found in general. To our knowledge, these are the first examples of stationary distributions for layered crystal growth in three dimensions. The steady growth rate and other quantities are obtained explicitly for two interacting edges. For many interacting edges, growth behavior is determined (a) in various asymptotic regimes including thermodynamic limits, (b) via simulations, and (c) using series (cluster) expansions in the slope of the surface, the first three coefficients being computed. The theoretical growth rates show a marked dependence on surface dimensions. This may contribute to the size dependence and dispersion in the observed growth rate of small crystals. 相似文献

Spiders in electro-dynamic loudspeakers are most commonly concentrically corrugated fabric disks, and their viscoelastic behaviors affect the loudspeaker reproductions. A noncontact dynamic measuring technology is presented by a subwoofer closed box to excite the tested spiders pneumatically with a Laser Doppler Vibrometer (LDV) to measure the velocity of the moving spiders. Correlation techniques were employed to get an accurate and reliable acoustical transfer function between the measured velocity and sound pressure. The Young’s moduli of the tested spider composite materials were derived from the measured vibration modes. The creep effect and the level dependent behaviors of tested spiders were investigated. The results indicate that, the Young’s moduli of the tested spiders are frequency dependent. The mechanical stiffness increases with a small slope in low frequency range while a large slope in high frequency range. The loss factor exhibits the maximum around the resonance frequency, and after that it decreases with increasing frequency. The effective stiffness has a monotonic decrease with input voltage levels and the harder the spider, the less stiffness changes with input levels. 相似文献

Two-dimensional layered materials are considered ideal platforms to study novel small-scale optoelectronic devices due to their unique electronic structures and fantastic physical properties. However, it is urgent to further improve the light–matter interaction in these materials because their light absorption efficiency is limited by the atomically thin thickness. One of the promising approaches is to engineer the plasmonic environment around 2D materials for modulating light–matter interaction in 2D materials. This method greatly benefits from the advances in the development of nanofabrication and out-plane van der Waals interaction of 2D materials. In this paper, we review a series of recent works on 2D materials integrated with plasmonic environments, including the plasmonic-enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield, strong coupling between plasmons and excitons, nonlinear optics in plasmonic nanocavities, manipulation of chiral optical signals in hybrid nanostructures, and the improvement of the performance of optoelectronic devices based on composite systems. 相似文献

AbstractThe interaction between anionic dyes [Reactive Orange 122 (R.O 122), Reactive Blue 19 (R.B 19), Reactive Violet 5 (R.V 5) and Acid Green 20 (A.G 20)] with cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammoniun bromide (CTAB) has been investigated by spectrophotometry and conductance technique. The used dyes are characterized by tautomeric behavior which affects the mechanism of the interaction. Various parameters such as dye structure, surfactant composition, solvent composition, temperature and pH of the medium were studied. The spectral data were applied for calculating the binding constant between dye and surfactant (Kb), fraction of micellization (?mic), and standard free energy change of binding (ΔG°b) in 0,10,20 and 30 v/v % acetonitile (AN). Conductance technique was constructed to estimate the ion pairing constant (Ka) at different temperatures and v/v % AN. Thermodynamic parameters (ΔG°, ΔH° and ΔS°) for ion pair formation were evaluated. The role of hydrophobic and electrostatic effect on dye-surfactant interaction was discussed. 相似文献
