The synthesis and structural properties of Mg1−xMn2+xO4, for 0≤x≤1 are described. Complete miscibility in the solid state exists for this system. For the material with the correct stoichiometry, i.e. MgMn2O4, the effect of temperature on the cation distribution was investigated= above 600°C the inversion degree (m) starts increasing. The electrical conductivity shows a small dependence on P(O2) which is consistent with the small oxygen non-stoichiometry determined by means of thermogravimetry. The main contribution to the transport properties arises from the inversion equilibrium. Two distinct conductivity regimes, below and above the inversion threshold, can be assumed to explain the electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power results.  相似文献

NiTiO3 shows an order-disorder transition from an ordered ilmenite structure to a corundum structure at high temperatures. The transition is followed by a strong increase of the specific electrical conductivity. The conductivity was investigated as a function of temperature and oxygen activity. An order parameter according to common phase transition theories can be used to describe the behaviour of the conductivity in the transition region and vice versa. A model for the defect structure of NiTiO3 is presented.  相似文献

The aim of this study was the preparation of natural zeolitic materials doped with iodine and its ions. Natural zeolite from an East Slovakian deposit was used. The content of iodine in the zeolitic products depended on the experimental conditions used for the preparation. Raman microscopy has been applied to the study of 15th century wall paintings in a chapel of St. Orso Priory palace (Aosta, Italy) in view of their restoration. The use of a transportable instrument has made it possible to work non-destructively in situ without sampling. The main inorganic pigments used by the unknown artist, namely mercury sulphide, azurite, white lead, red and yellow ochre, carbon black and lead tin yellow type I have been identified, and the presence of organic substances and of some decay products (calcium sulphate and oxalate) has been observed.  相似文献

采用插层聚合法制备了导电聚苯胺/钙基膨润土、聚苯胺/有机化膨润土复合材料.以电导率为考核指标,通过正交设计优化了苯胺的加入量、反应温度和反应时间等参数.结果表明,苯胺的加入量影响较显著,反应温度对聚苯胺/有机化膨润土复合材料影响较聚苯胺/钙基膨润土体系明显,反应时间的延长,有利于聚苯胺/有机化膨润土复合材料电导率的提高.聚苯胺/钙基膨润土复合材料制备的最佳工艺条件为:苯胺加入量为70%,反应温度为0℃,反应时间为6 h;聚苯胺/有机化膨润土复合材料制备的最佳工艺条件为:苯胺加入量为70%,反应温度为室温,反应时间为8 h.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和四探针技术表征了材料的组成、结构和性能.结果表明:膨润土经有机化后,晶面间距增大较多;苯胺单体与钙基膨润土插层聚合后,膨润土晶面间距增大不多;苯胺单体与有机化膨润土复合后,破坏了膨润土的晶格结构,形成了混杂复合体系,电导率达10-3S.cm-1.  相似文献

Six new polyether azomethines were synthesized by melt and solution polycondensation of six different diamines with 4,4′-[1,4-phenylene bis(oxy)] bisbenzaldehyde. The polymers synthesized by solution method are yellow to white in color and had inherent viscosities up to 0.59 dL/g in concentrated H2SO4. The polymers obtained by melt condensation show higher viscosity. Except polymer IV , others are insoluble in common organic solvents. The polymers were characterized by IR, x-ray, elemental analysis, and DSC study. The thermal stability of the polymers was evaluated by TGA and IGA study. Polymers I-III are highly thermally and thermooxidatively stable and exhibit no appreciable decomposition up to 420°C both in air and nitrogen atmosphere. It was shown that the curing of the polyazo-methines takes place by opening up of the ? CH?N? linkages at higher temperature. The electrical conductivities of the virgin and iodine doped polymers were as high as 10?11?10?16 and 10?6?10?8S cm?1, respectively, at 30°C. Electronic spectra of the undoped polymers ( I-III ) indicated a large bathochromic shift of the ? – ?* absorptions band (376 nm) due to ? C?N? bonds of the model compound. This can be attributed to extensive delocalization of the electrons along the polymer chain. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Summary The successful application of the formerly presented concept of diffusion-averaged molecular weight, Md, to vacuum residues of crude oils, or their fractions, is described. The samples for establishing the calibration curve, logDvs. logM, were crude oil fractions with polydispersities smaller than 1.1. In a surprisingly good approximation the calibration curve is independent of the origin of these fractions if 500<M<10000. The validity of our calibration curve was demonstrated with more than 10 crude oil residues and with some of their hydrogenation residues [2].  相似文献

Transformation of impedance spectra into relaxation time spectra (RTS) is used for determining contributions of individual processes of the oxygen electroreduction reaction (OER) to the polarization resistance of the electrochemical cell. The transformation technique involves the solution of the convolution equation found with the aid of a modified Van Cittert iteration algorithm checked on model impedance spectra. The technique, when used to analyze impedance spectra of electrochemical cells air|Pt|YSZ|YSZ + Pt|air, shows that the conversion of a globular structure of the YSZ + Pt cermet layer to a columnar one is accompanied by a change of peak amplitudes in RTS. The revealed RTS dynamics when heated to 750°C is compared with peculiarities of individual processes in OER.  相似文献

Substitution of Pb for Bi in the recently characterized mixed-valence lead-platinum oxide PbPt2O4 was attempted and a Pb1−xBixPt2O4 solid solution was obtained for 0≤x≤0.3. Powder X-ray diffraction study showed that all substituted compounds crystallize with similar triclinic unit cell and PbPt2O4 lattice parameters. The structural model of Pb0.7Bi0.3Pt2O4 was refined from powder X-ray diffraction data using the Rietveld method and the results indicate the same crystal structure than PbPt2O4 with one mixed Pb/Bi atomic site. Neutron diffraction realized on the two limit compositions of the solid solution (x=0 and 0.3) allowed to confirm the PbPt2O4 and Pb0.7Bi0.3Pt2O4 stoichiometries. Mean oxidation degree of Pt atoms in the [PtO4] infinite chains decreases from +3 for PbPt2O4 to +2.7 for Pb0.7Bi0.3Pt2O4. Conductivity measurements show a metallic behavior for all the compositions except the limit composition x=0.3 for which a semiconducting behavior appears.  相似文献

Methyl Methacrylate(MMA) has been filled in the apertures of aligned carbon nanotubes(ACNTs). Then PMMA/ACNTs composites have been synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The SEM results show that carbon nanotubes are well dispersed and directionally arranged in the composites. The electrical conductivities of the parallel direction (parallel with ACNTs) and perpendicular direction (perpendicular with ACNTs) of composites were respectively tested to be 15 S·cm-1 and 4 S·cm-1, so the composites were conductivity anisotropic. Compared with PMMA, the thermal stable temperature of composites in air was improved by 100 ℃,and the thermal conductivity of composites was 13.64 times of PMMA.  相似文献
