This study deals with two innovative brewing processes, high gravity batch and complete continuous beer fermentation systems. The results show a significant influence of the variables such as concentration and temperature on the yield factor of the substrate into ethanol and consequently on the productivity of the high gravity batch process. The technological feasibility of continuous production of beer based on yeast immobilization on cheap alternative carriers was also demonstrated. The influence of process parameters on fermentation performance and quality of the obtained beers was studied by sensorial analysis. No significant difference in the degree of acceptance between the obtained products and some traditional market brands was found. The effects of pressure on the fluorescence emission and Raman spectra of 1,4-bis[(4-methyloxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl]- 2,5-bisheptyloxyphenylene (OXD-2) and on the fluorescence emission spectra of 1,4-bis[(4-methylphenyl)- 1,3,4-oxadiazolyl]phenylene (OXD-1) are investigated using a diamond anvil cell. With the increase of pressure, the intensity of the fluorescence emission increases and reaches maxima at 13GPa for OXD-1 and at 9.6GPa for OXD-2. The effect of pressure on the peak position of the emission shows a similar trend, red shift with the increase of pressure. But at higher pressures, the intensity of emission drops down dramatically. The Raman spectra of OXD-2 indicate that there appears a structural change at ca 3GPa.  相似文献

A series of extended 6‐substituted quinoxaline AB monomer mixtures, 2‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐3‐[4‐(4‐hydroxyphenoxy)phenyl]‐6‐substituted quinoxaline and 3‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐2‐[4‐(4‐hydroxyphenoxy)phenyl]‐6‐substituted quinoxaline, were prepared and polymerized to afford phenylquinoxaline oligomers. High‐molecular‐weight polymers could not be obtained because of the formation of cyclic oligomers. On the basis of matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight analysis and molecular modeling results, the formation of a cyclic dimer could be a favorable process resulting in low‐molecular‐weight oligomers. They were completely soluble and amorphous, with glass‐transition temperatures varying from 165 to 266 °C, and they had thermooxidative stability, with samples displaying 5% weight loss temperatures of 419–511 °C in nitrogen. The thermal properties of the monomers and resultant polymers dramatically depended on the polarity of the substituents. The monomers and resultant oligomers displayed high fluorescence in tetrahydrofuran solutions and N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone solutions, respectively. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Direct- and pulse-current (DC and PC) chromium electroplating on Cr-Mo steel were performed in a sulfate-catalyzed chromic acid solution at 50 °C using a rotating cylinder electrode (RCE). The electroplating cathodic current densities were at 30, 40, 50 and 60 A dm−2, respectively. The relationship between electroplating current efficiency and the rotating speed of the RCE was studied. The cross-sectional microstructure of Cr-deposit was examined by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results showed that DC-plating exhibited higher current efficiency than the PC-plating under the same conditions of electroplating current density and the rotating speed. We found the critical rotating speed of RCE used in the chromium electroplating, above this rotating speed the chromium deposition is prohibited. At the same plating current density, the critical rotating speed for DC-plating was higher than that for PC-plating. The higher plating current density is, the larger difference in critical rotating speeds appears between DC- and PC-electroplating. Equiaxed grains, in a nanoscale size with lower dislocation density, nucleate on the cathodic surface in both DC- and PC-electroplating. Adjacent to the equiaxed grains, textured grains were found in other portion of chromium deposit. Fine columnar grains were observed in the DC-electroplated deposit. On the other hand, very long slender grains with high degree of preferred orientation were detected in PC-electroplated deposit.  相似文献

闪光X射线机技术在中国工程物理研究院(下称CAEP)已有三十年的发展历史在爆轰物理学和y射线辐照效应研究中发挥了重要作用。本文总结了CAEP几种类型闪光X射线机的研制概况,阐述了高压脉冲技术、场发射技术、强流束聚焦等的研究进展,并介绍几种装置的主要技术参数。闪光X射线机是研究爆轰物理过程及其它高速瞬变过程的重要工具。国防科学技术研究中,大型闪光X射线机的研制具有很大的意义。文中对开拓强流电了束新的应用领域提出了展望。  相似文献

In this work we present the behavior of a very compact XeCl laser system.Itconsists of an oscillator and an amplifier,both with lateral UV-preionization.Both dischargeelectrodes are contained in a single vessel.An unstable optical cavity is applied to the oscilla-tor.An output beam of 105 mJ,with a brightness of 5.5× 10~(l3)Wcm~(-2)Sr~(-1) and with a diver-gence of 0.9 mrad has been obtained.  相似文献

The nonhydrolyzable fluorescent diether analog of phosphatidylcholine, 1-O-hexadecyl-2-0-pyrenedecyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, has been synthesized as a stable probe for the determination of phospholipid transfer to different lipoprotein classes with potential phospholipase activities. After incubation of total human serum with the new probe at 37°C for 3 hours a characteristic partition equilibrium between the main lipoprotein fractions was observed. The fluorescent lipid was not degraded under these conditions and, therefore, served as a marker for choline glycerophospholipid distribution between and transport to serum lipoproteins.  相似文献
