建立了水样中7种萘二酚的涡旋辅助分散液液微萃取-悬浮固化/高效液相色谱(VA-DLLMESFO/HPLC)测定方法。以乙醚-十二醇为二元微萃取剂,通过涡旋分散方式协同萃取水样中的目标化合物,采用C18色谱柱分离,HPLC测定。优化了萃取剂及用量、萃取时间、氯化钠用量等条件。最佳萃取条件为:萃取剂为100μL乙醚和50μL十二醇,氯化钠用量为0.2 g/m L,涡旋萃取3 min。在优化条件下,7种萘二酚在一定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.997,方法检出限(S/N=3)为1.7~6.0μg/L;3个加标水平下的平均回收率为82.1%~106.0%,日内相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.2%~4.1%;中间添加水平的日间RSD(n=5)为2.5%~5.7%。该方法前处理简单,涡旋分散大大提高了物质传质速率,增大了萃取效率,缩短了萃取时间,是一种适用于水样中萘二酚类物质富集检测的绿色方法。  相似文献

Angelica sinensis (danggui in Chinese) is a common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and its essential oil has been used for the treatment of many diseases such as hepatic fibrosis. Z-Ligustilide has been found to be an important active component in the TCM essential oil. In this work, for the first time, headspace single-drop microextraction (HS-SDME) followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed for the determination of Z-ligustilide in rabbit plasma after oral administration of essential oil of danggui. The extraction parameters of solvent selection, solvent volume, sample temperature, extraction time, stirring rate, and ion strength were systemically optimized. Furthermore, the method linearity, detection limit, and precision were also investigated. It was shown that the proposed method provided good linearity (0.02-20 microg/mL, R2 = 0.997), low detection limit (10 ng/mL), and good precision (RSD value less than 9%). Finally, HS-SDME followed by GC/MS was used for fast determination of Z-ligustilide in rabbit plasma at different time intervals after oral administration of danggui essential oil. The experimental results suggest that HS-SDME followed by GC/MS is a simple, sensitive, and low-cost method for the determination of Z-ligustilide in plasma, and a low-cost approach to pharmacokinetics studies of active components in TCMs.  相似文献

The tensor-force effects on the evolution of spin-orbit splittings in neutron drops are investigated within the framework of the relativistic Hartree-Fock theory.For a fair comparison on the pure mean-field level,the results of the relativistic Brueckner-Hartree-Fock calculation with the Bonn A interaction are adopted as meta-data.Through a quantitative analysis,we certify that the π-psendovector(π-PV) coupling affects the evolutionary trend through the embedded tensor force.The strength of the tensor force is explored by enlarging the strength f_π of the π-PV coupling.It is found that weakening the density dependence of f_π is slightly better than enlarging it with a factor.We thus provide a semiquantitative support for the renormalization persistency of the tensor force within the framework of density functional theory.This will serve as important guidance for further development of relativistic effective interactions with particular focus on the tensor force.  相似文献

The electrochemical behaviour of the pesticide metam (MT) at a glassy carbon working electrode (GCE) and at a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) was investigated. Different voltammetric techniques, including cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV), were used. An anodic peak (independent of pH) at +1.46 V vs AgCl/Ag was observed in MT aqueous solution using the GCE. SWV calibration curves were plotted under optimized conditions (pH 2.5 and frequency 50 Hz), which showed a linear response for 17–29 mg L−1. Electrochemical reduction was also explored, using the HMDE. A well defined cathodic peak was recorded at −0.72 V vs AgCl/Ag, dependent on pH. After optimizing the operating conditions (pH 10.1, frequency 150 Hz, potential deposition −0.20 V for 10 s), calibration curves was measured in the concentration range 2.5×10−1 to 1.0 mg L−1 using SWV. The electrochemical behaviour of this compound facilitated the development of a flow injection analysis (FIA) system with amperometric detection for the quantification of MT in commercial formulations and spiked water samples. An assessment of the optimal FIA conditions indicated that the best analytical results were obtained at a potential of +1.30 V, an injection volume of 207 μL and an overall flow rate of 2.4 ml min−1. Real samples were analysed via calibration curves over the concentration range 1.3×10−2 to 1.3 mg L−1. Recoveries from the real samples (spiked waters and commercial formulations) were between 97.4 and 105.5%. The precision of the proposed method was evaluated by assessing the relative standard deviation (RSD %) of ten consecutive determinations of one sample (1.0 mg L−1), and the value obtained was 1.5%.  相似文献

We construct a model of renormalizable electroweak interaction with (V+A) strangeness-changing charged current in the framework of the minimal spontaneously broken SU2 ⊗ U1 gauge theory, taking our motivation from the recently reported measurement of the electron asymmetry in polarizedΣ -hyperonβ-decay by Keller and co-workers. The model avoids strangeness-changing but admits charm-changing pieces in the neutral current. Several phenomenological consequences of the model are discussed together with a comparison with the standard model of electroweak interaction.  相似文献

The addition of electrons to form gas-phase multiply charged anions (MCAs) normally requires sophisticated experiments or calculations.In this work, the factors stabilizing the MCAs, the maximum electron uptake of gas-phase molecules, X, and the electronic stability of MCAs XQ-, are discussed. The drawbacks encountered when applying computational and/or conceptual density functional theory (DFT) to MCAs are highlighted. We develop and test a different model based on the valence-state concept. As in DFT, the electronic energy, E(N, vex), is a continuous function of the average electron number, N, and the external potential, vex, of the nuclei. The valence-state-parabola is a second-order polynomial that allows extending E(N, vex) to dianions and higher MCAs. The model expresses the maximum electron acceptance, Qmax, and the higher electron affinities, AQ, as simple functions of the first electron affinity, A1, and the ionization energy, I, of the "ancestor" system. Thus, the maximum electron acceptance is Qmax, calc = 1 + 12A1/7(I -A1). The ground-state parabola model of the conceptual DFT yields approximately half of this value, and it is termed Qmax, GS = ${}^{1}\!\!\diagup\!\!{}_{2}\; $ + A1/(I -A1). A large variety of molecules are evaluated including fullerenes, metal clusters, super-pnictogens, super-halogens (OF3), super-alkali species (OLi3), and neutral or charged transition-metal complexes, ABmLn0/+/-. The calculated second electron affinity A2, calc = A1-(7/12)(I -A1) is linearly correlated to the literature references A2, lit with a correlation coefficient R = 0.998. A2 or A3 values are predicted for further 24 species. The appearance sizes, nap3-, of triply charged anionic clusters and fullerenes are calculated in agreement with the literature.  相似文献

Through a new method, the following model is solved exactly in the framework of classical equilibrium statistical mechanics of two-dimensional Coulomb systems, for the special value=2 of the coupling constant: the mobile charges of a one-component plasma are attracted by a line of equidistant sticky adsorption sites embedded in a background, the density of which varies in the direction orthogonal to the line. First the general expressions are given for the densities and correlation functions of nonadsorbed and adsorbed particles. Then these results are used to investigate two models of electrodes with localized adsorption: the externally charged hard wall and the impermeable polarized membrane. In each case the influence of the adsorption upon macroscopic features is studied: the potential drop across the interface, the contact theorem, and the Lippmann equation, which involves the surface free energy.  相似文献

The photoionization of methyl iodide beam seeded in argon and helium is studied by time-of-flight mass spectrometry using a 25 ns, 532 nm Nd-YAG laser with intensities in the range of 2 × 1010–2 × 1011 W/cm2. Multiply charged ions of Iq+ (q = 2–3) and C2+ with tens of eV kinetic energies have been observed when laser interacts with the middle part of the pulsed molecular beam, whose peak profiles are independent on the laser polarization directions. Strong evidences show that these ions are coming from the Coulomb explosion of multiply charged CH3I clusters, and laser induced inverse bremsstrahlung absorption of caged electrons plays a key role in the formation of multiply charged ions.  相似文献

Simplicity, effectiveness, swiftness, and environmental friendliness – these are the typical requirements for the state of the art development of green analytical techniques. Liquid phase microextraction (LPME) stands for a family of elegant sample pretreatment and analyte preconcentration techniques preserving these principles in numerous applications. By using only fractions of solvent and sample compared to classical liquid–liquid extraction, the extraction kinetics, the preconcentration factor, and the cost efficiency can be increased. Moreover, significant improvements can be made by automation, which is still a hot topic in analytical chemistry. This review surveys comprehensively and in two parts the developments of automation of non-dispersive LPME methodologies performed in static and dynamic modes. Their advantages and limitations and the reported analytical performances are discussed and put into perspective with the corresponding manual procedures. The automation strategies, techniques, and their operation advantages as well as their potentials are further described and discussed.  相似文献
