合成了新氨基酸席夫碱试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基吡唑啉酮-5缩β-丙氨酸(HL)及其UO22 ,Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)配合物.元素分析与摩尔电导值表明,新配合物的组成为[UO2HL2].H2O,[CuHL2].H2O,[NiHL2].2H2O和[ZnHL2].2H2O.运用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱、热谱和磁矩对配合物进行了表征.并考察了铜配合物的极谱行为.结果表明席夫碱以3齿形式配位,配合物中心离子的配位数(除UO22 以外)均为6. 相似文献

A diaphragm cell has been used to measure mutual diffusion coefficients at 25°C for four binary nonelectrolyte mixtures: ethylbenzene + n-hexane, carbon tetrachloride + ethylbenzene, cyclohexane + p-xylene, and 1,2-dichloroethane + cyclohexane. A free-volume predictive approach for binary mutual diffusion coefficients was developed and tested. Only infinite dilution diffusion coefficients, some readily available pure substance data, and UNIFAC group contribution parameters are used in the model. No binary equilibrium thermodynamic information is required. For 73 binary systems with an overall average absolute deviation of 5.2%, it has been shown that the developed method is better than two commonly available reference methods for the prediction of liquid diffusion coefficients. 相似文献

A comparison of different nebulisers for direct hyphenation of capillary and nano liquid chromatography (Cap-LC, Nano-LC) and quadrupole-based collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (CC-ICP–MS) for phosphorylation profiling of tryptic protein digests is described. Helium was used as cell gas and specially tuned instrumental conditions were used to achieve background minimisation at the mass of phosphorus, because of kinetic energy discrimination of the interfering polyatomic ions. The proposed set-up is based on a modified capillary electrophoresis interface and a home-made 4 mL spray chamber. It enables the use of gradient conditions with a highly concentrated organic mobile phase as often used in protein phosphorylation analysis, without the need to apply membrane desolvation for removal of the organic phase or further background minimisation. No significant signal suppression or other negative effects caused by the organic mobile phase occur, because of the low flow rates used in Cap-LC and the robust plasma conditions of the CC-ICP–MS instrument. A tryptic digest of beta-casein was investigated as model compound to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed set-up for phosphorylation profiling in protein analysis using quadrupole based collision-cell ICP–MS as phosphorus-specific detector. Detection limits for phosphorylated peptides down to the sub picomole level were obtained. As a complementary technique, electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometry (ESI–MS–MS) with data base searching was used for further characterisation of the phosphorylated peptides detected. 相似文献

A series of novel bidentate pyrazolone based Schiff base ligands were synthesized by interaction of 4-benzoyl-3-methyl-1-(4′-methylphenyl)-2-pyrazolin-5-one with various aromatic amines like aniline, o-,m-,p-chloroaniline and o-,m-,p-toluidine in a ethanolic medium. All of these ligands have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR data. The molecular geometries of five of these ligands have been determined by single crystal X-ray study. Crystallographic study reveals that these ligands exist in the amine-one tautomeric form in the solid state. NMR study also suggests the existence of the amine-one form in solution at room temperature. Ab initio calculations for representative ligand HL1 has been carried out to know the coordination site of the ligand. Novel vanadium Schiff base complexes of these ligands with general formula [OV(L1–7)2(H2O)] have been prepared by interaction of aqueous solution of vanadyl sulfate pentahydrate with DMF solution of the appropriate ligands. The resulting complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, vanadium determination, molar conductance and magnetic measurements, thermo gravimetric analysis, infrared and electronic spectral studies. 考察了在钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物催化剂上,氢气中一氧化碳选择氧化的催化性能,发现该催化剂具有优良的催化活性和选择性。LaMnO3中的锰被铜部分取代后可以提高其催化活性,当其中的镧再被锶或钡部分取代后所得的催化剂的催化活性进一步提高。其中以La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.5Cu0.5O3的催化活性为最佳,在该催化剂上,在40 000 mL·g-1·h-1下,155 ℃时CO可被完全转化为CO2,此时的选择性达54%,与铂催化剂的性能相近。反应气中加入CO2时,CO转化率下降,但选择性有所提高;加入水蒸气则使CO的转化率和反应选择性均下降。 相似文献

The unexpected effects of Ca(2+) on the free-radical chain reactions of dopamine, norepinephrine, isoproterenol, and pyrocatechol oxidation are studied using oxygen consumption measurements, EPR-spectroscopy, UV/VIS spectrophotometry, and by potentiometric titration. It is found that the formation of Ca(2+)-catecholate complexes is accompanied by an increase in the dissociation constants (K(ai) ) of their phenolic hydroxyls. At pH>pK(ai) and in the presence of alkaline-earth metal cations, the rate of catecholate oxidation increases (Ca(2+), Mg(2+)> Sr(2+), Ba(2+)), whereas on addition of Zn ions the rate decreases. The effects of Group II metal cations on catecholate autoxidation are concomitant with a transient increase of the EPR signal for metal-semiquinonate complexes. Therefore, the effects of Ca(2+) and other alkaline-earth metal cations on catecholate autoxidation can be defined as 1) additional deprotonation of catechol OH-groups involved in the formation of M(2+)-catecholate complexes, the latter exceeding catechols in the susceptibility to dioxygen-induced oxidation and 2) formation of relatively stable free-radical intermediates responsible for chain propagation. 相似文献

Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) has a low critical solution temperature (LCST) at 32°C in water and the hydrophilicity changes through the LCST. The microspheres whose surface was composed of PNIPAM exhibited phase transition behavior around 32°C. Therefore, the interactions between PNIPAM micropheres and granulocytes depended on the temperature. That is, the oxygen consumption and active oxygen production by cells in contact with PNIPAM-containing microspheres and adhesion of the microspheres to the cell surface were more enhanced above the LCST of PNIPAM than below it, whereas no significant temperature dependence of cell–microspheres interaction was observed in nonthermosensitive microsphere systems. Cell division (mitosis) is one of the basic requirements for multicellular oranisms. The capability of a cell to replicate enables a complex assembly to be created. Faulty regulation of the control mechanism in the cell cycle leads to an excessive cell proliferation and is the cause of cancer. The key position of the cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and their direct partners, as well as the fact that the majority of malign illnesses show defects in at least one of these key players of the cell cycle, is of great interest for the development of low-molecular-weight CDK inhibitors. In this Review an overview of the different structural classes of ATP-competitive inhibitors of CDKs are given, whose devlopment was aimed at battling cancer. The Review shows how far the development of selective CDK inhibitors has progressed and to what extent the expectations for such drugs have so far been fulfilled. 相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations of double-helical DNA oligomers have been performed to investigate differences in the structure, dynamics, and hydration of F-F and T-T mispairs. Hexamers containing F-F pairs were found to be more dynamic, especially in the region of the mispair itself. This dynamic variability derives from greater flexibility of F-F pairs. The T-T mispairs, on the other hand, were found to be comparatively tightly bound as wobble pairs. The major and minor groove edges of the T-T pairs were observed to be solvated at exposed carbonyl positions by at least one water molecule, while F-F pairs lacked solvating waters. Stacking interactions were nearly identical for T-T and F-F pairs, leading to similar average structures, even though F stacking was more dynamically variable. Solvation differences between F-F and T-T therefore support the steric exclusion model for nucleotide incorporation in DNA replication. Large differences in the orientation of minor groove functional groups, in addition to differences in solvation, further rationalize why F bases present during DNA extension events induce stalls. The filtration performance of yeast cell harvesting was greatly improved by using an oscillatory flow mixing technique in both tubular and flat sheet membrane systems; flux increases of several fold were achieved. The effects of various operating parameters such as frequency, amplitude and ratio of net forward flow rate to oscillatory flow rate were investigated. A simple alternative to the dual head pump, which involved the use of solenoid valves for producing flow reversal, was developed. The flux was significantly increased using this new operating mode. As the only increase of power consumption was from inertia loss due to change of flow direction the additional power consumption is minimal. 相似文献
