A simple and versatile protocol, based on use of solid phase extraction on strong ion exchangers and off-line detection by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, was devised to fractionate iron and zinc in common dietary food and beverages products, i.e., bee honeys, fruit juices and tea infusions. In the procedure proposed, cation exchanger Dowex 50Wx4 and anion exchanger Dowex 1x4 were used separately for distinguishing broadly meant the cationic metal fraction and the fraction of stable anionic metal complexes, respectively, after retention of metal species and their exhaustive elution by means of a 4.0 mol l−1 HCl solution. The third fraction, referred to the residual metal species, was retrieved by difference between total soluble metal contents and sum of metal quantities in separated cationic and anionic fractions. The fractionation pattern observed for both metals was described and discussed.  相似文献

简单介绍了硅橡胶的阻燃和瓷化机理。依据阻燃剂、填料及炭层结构的不同,将硅橡胶分为阻燃和可瓷化两大类.综述了阻燃硅橡胶和可瓷化硅橡胶的阻燃性能和成炭结构的研究进展。分析表明:添加物理或化学膨胀型阻燃剂的硅橡胶,燃烧过程中形成的炭层疏松多孔,阻燃隔热性能优异,但炭层强度差;添加非膨胀型阻燃剂的硅橡胶,炭层结构相对密实,但表面不平整,存在孔洞和裂缝,阻燃效果不好;添加可瓷化填料的硅橡胶燃烧形成的陶瓷炭层坚硬而致密,具有优异的耐火持久性,但在隔绝热量方面不如膨胀炭层。炭层的疏松隔热与坚固耐久兼顾是阻燃硅橡胶未来可能的发展方向。  相似文献

对火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定乳品中铜、锌、铁、锰的条件进行了试验和优化。对方法的干扰因素,准确度和精密度也作了试验。乳品试样用HNO3-HClO4混合酸消化处理。所得溶液蒸发至近干,用稀硝酸(1 99)溶解盐类,溶液经定容后供作FAAS测定。对4元素的测定时,吸光度与浓度之间呈良好线性关系,所求得的线性回归方程及其相关系数可作佐证。应用所提出的方法测定了3种不同的乳制品中的铜、锌、铁及锰,测定值的RSD值均小于3.5%,回收率在93.0%~103.0%之间。  相似文献

研究了用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)为沉淀剂,以Ni(Ⅱ)为载体离子的共沉淀体系快速共沉淀分离富集铜、铅和镉,并用火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)测定的方法。通常情况下,内标元素和载体离子选择不同的元素,本文尝试将Ni既作为载体又作为内标元素。实验证明,该体系在pH=3.0的条件下,能够定量共沉淀试样中的铜、铅和镉。当试液为100 mL时,铜、铅、镉的检出限分别为9.7×10-3、3.3×10-2,1.01×10-3μg.mL-1,加标回收率为95.8%~101.8%,取得了较为满意的结果。本法只需快速收集部分沉淀,与传统的共沉淀方法比较,具有快速、简便、重现性好的优点。  相似文献

The vibronic origin of dynamic instability of molecular systems considered earlier, is here given a more complete and rigorous treatment. It is shown that the nonvibronic contribution to the curvature of the adiabatic potential arising due to nuclear displacements under fixed electronic density distribution, is always positive, and hence the only reason for dynamic instability is the pseudo Jahn-Teller effect. For some examples of special interest (planar equilateral NH3, planar square CH4 and linear H 3 + ) the molecular excited states, responsible for the instability of the ground state, are revealed by means of ab initio calculations.  相似文献

A flow injection (FI) method with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) detection was developed for the determination and speciation of nitrite and nitrate in foodstuffs and wastewaters. The method is based on the oxidation of nitrite to nitrate using a manganese(IV) dioxide oxidant microcolumn where the flow of the sample through the microcolumn reduces the MnO2 solid phase reagent to Mn(II), which is measured by FAAS. The absorbance of Mn(II) are proportional to the concentration of nitrite in the samples. The injected sample volume was 400 μL with a sampling rate of analyses was 90 h−1 with a relative standard deviation better than 1.0% in a repeatability study. Nitrate is reduced to nitrite in proposed FI-FAAS system using a copperized cadmium microcolumn and analyzed as nitrite. The calibration curves were linear up to 20 mg L−1 and 30 mg L−1 with a detection limit of 0.07 mg L−1 and 0.14 mg L−1 for nitrite and nitrate, respectively. The results exhibit no interference from the presence of large amounts of ions. The method was successfully applied to the speciation of nitrite and nitrate in spiked natural water, wastewater and foodstuff samples. The precision and accuracy of the proposed method were comparable to those of the reference spectrophotometric method.  相似文献

The flame retardant effect of newly synthesized phosphorus-containing reactive amine, which can be used both as crosslinking agent in epoxy resins and as a flame retardant, was investigated. The effect of montmorillonite and sepiolite additives on the fire induced degradation was compared to pristine epoxy resin. The effect of combining the organophosphorous amine with clay minerals was also studied. It could be concluded that the synthesized phosphorus-containing amine, TEDAP can substitute the traditional epoxy resin curing agents providing additionally excellent flame retardancy: the epoxy resins flame retarded this way reach 960 °C GWFI value, 33 LOI value and V-0 UL-94 rating - compared to the 550 °C GWFI value, 21 LOI value and “no rate” UL-94 classification of the reference epoxy resin. The peak of heat release was reduced to 1/10 compared to non-flame retarded resin, furthermore a shift in time was observed, which increases the time to escape in case of fire. The flame retardant performance can be further improved by incorporating clay additives: the LOI and the HRR results showed that the optimum of flame retardant effect of clay additives is around 1 mass% filler level in AH-16-TEDAP system. Applying a complex method for mechanical and structural characterization of the intumescent char it was determined that the flame retarded system forms significantly more and stronger char of better uniformity with smaller average bubble size. Incorporation of clay additives (owing to their bubble nucleating activity) results in further decrease in average bubble diameter.  相似文献

A particular pathology of certain W5Si3-type A5B3 structures (I4/mcm) appears to arise because of unduly close approaches of the A1-type atoms on the cell faces at , 0, () that occur with the larger and more electropositive A and/or in the presence of smaller B atoms. A structure refinement of binary Ba4.81Pb3 indicates such a marginal stability in that the Ba atoms in the facial Ba0.81 chains exhibit an extreme displacement ellipsoid along . Although Ca5Sn3 and La5Ga3 binaries are unknown in this structure type, five stable ternary derivatives of these have been synthesized via substitution reactions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction means: Ca4Sn3.223(4)Mg0.777, Ca4Sn3Cu1.30(4), Ca4.66(6)Sn3Zn0.704(4), La4.81(1)Ga1.38(2)Al1.62, and La4.762(5)Ga1.5(1)Zn1.5. Only the Ca-Sn-Zn phase exhibits lower symmetry, P4/mbm. The problematic A1 sites exhibit diverse changes in these, whereas the surrounding B2 tetrahedra are largely unaltered. The Ca-Sn results are, respectively: direct Mg/Sn substitution at the Ca1 site; mixed fractional distribution of the smaller Cu at two sites around the A1 position with an unresolved disorder; a pair of apparently independent modes, fractional Ca in the normal position and fractional Zn rectangles thereabout. The two La-Sn phases contain normal Ga,Al (Ga,Zn) tetrahedral chains with pairs of fractional disordered La atoms along , 0, z. Each can be rationalized in terms of a reasonable incommensurate structure. Electronic effects may also be operable.  相似文献

A multidimensional GC-system containing two capillary columns of different polarities, operated within a double oven instrument, was used for the optimized separation of complex isomeric mixtures of various types of chlorinated aromatic compounds such as PCB, PCDD, or PCDF. Electron capture was applied parallel to flame ionization detection to obtain sensitive signals of the PCB or PCDD and the n-alkane standards required for identification by Kovats indices, respectively. Electron capture detection within a valvelessly operated MDGC system forced changes in the usual instrumental set-up, the live-switching coupling piece being located within the second oven of the double oven instrument. This oven is operated isothermally to ensure optimal and interference-free detection, for stable flow conditions within the coupling piece and for the determination of the isothermal retention indices (Kovats), which are much more suitable for identification by retention than the so-called “linear” indices.  相似文献
