Magnetic and Transport Properties of Ferromagnetic Semiconductor GaDyN Thin Film

Magnetic properties and temperature dependence of electrical transport properties of rare-earth-metal Dy-doped GaN thin film are experimentally studied with a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer and van der Pauw method. It was found that this thin nitride film has both semiconductor properties and ferromagnetism from 1OK to room temperature. The dopant-band (conducting band due to doping) electron conduction dominates the transport properties of this film at low temperatures. These results indicate that Dy-doped GaN is an n-type ferromagnetic semiconductor at room temperature.     

Atomic-scale simulation of nano-grains:structure and diffusion properties

Nanograins are characterized by a typical grain size from lto 100 nm.Mclecular dynamics aimubations have been carried out for the nanograin sphere with the diameters from 1.45 to 10.12 nm.We study the influence of grain size on structure and diffusion properties of the nanograins.The results reveal that as the grain size is reduced,the fraction of grain surface increases significantly,and the surface width is approximately constant；the diffusicn coefficlent is increased sharply,and the relation of the diffusion coefficient and the grain size is close to exponential relation below 10nm.     

核参数敏感度的Monte Carlo研究

对核参数敏感度和不确定性分析的理论方法进行了探讨，在敏感度系数的基础上所定义的积分指标Esum能定量地表示出两个不同核裂变装置的相似性，即可用于定量地比较一个基准核裂变实验装置与一个欲评估核裂变装置的相似程度。不确定性的分析提供了一个计算核裂变系统中由于截面数据方差而导致系统中七疆方差的方法，并且也提供了一个计算不同核裂变系统中Keff协方差的方法。不确定性的分析方法是将截面数据的方差信息通过与能量有关的敏感度系数传播给Keff行。某一材料截面数据的方差可以传播给所有含有该材料的临界装置。有着相同材料的临界装置将产生关联。     

介孔网络电路

用二次阳极氧化法制备纳米多孔氧化铝板,然后用磁控溅射方式在纳米多孔氧化铝板表面镀金得到介孔网络电路,对该介孔网络电路进行输运测量,发现其具有非线性电阻.     

Raman properties embeddedof GaSb nanoparticlesin SiO2 films

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.

Spectral property and its shape transition on ^72-84Kr isotopes in microscopic core plus two-quasiparticle approach

By using a microscopic sdIBM-2 2q.p, approach, the levels of the ground-band, 7-band and partial two-quasi-particle bands for ^72-84Kr isotopes are calculated. The data obtained are in good agreement with the recent experimental results, and successfully reproduce the nuclear shape phase transition of ^72-S4Kr isotopes at zero temperature.The ground-state band is described successfully up to J^π=18^ and Ex=10.0MeV. Based on this model, the aligned requisite minimum energy has been deduced. The theoretical calculations indicate that no distinct change of nuclear states is caused by the abruptly broken pair of a boson, and predict that the first backbending of Kr isotopes may be the result of aligning of two quasi-neutrons in orbit g9/2, which galus the new experimental support of the measurements of g factors in the ^78-86Kr isotopes.     

Local Lyapunov Exponent for the Bak-Sneppen Model

The chaotic Property of the Bak-Sneppen model is studied from the local Lyapunov exponent in the same way as for dynamical nonlinear systems.Similar behaviour is found for the one- and two-dimensional Bak-Sneppen models.The Lyapunov exponents for the two cases have the same order of magnitude and both decrease at early evolution but show a slow increasing saturation at late evolution.     

Temperature-Dependent Dynamic Properties of LixMn2O4 in Monte Carlo Simulations

Monte Carlo (MC) simulations are used to simulate the voltage profile and the ionic conductivity s of Li ions in LixMn2O4 and its dependence on the lithium concentration x. The open circuit potential shows clearly the two plateaus in the charge/discharge curve, which agrees well with the experimental results. The two plateaus become more and more steep when the temperature is increased. The simulated ionic conductivity shows an M-shaped curve in the plot of ionic conductivity cr versus x when the simulation temperature is low. Interestingly,the minimum valley, which lies at the middle single-phase area near x=0.5, disappears gradually when the temperature increases to 453K.
