稀土掺杂PbO2电极的制备及催化性能研究   总被引:8,自引:4,他引:8  
以SnCl4.5H2O,Sb2O3,La(NO3)3(或Nd(NO3))为前驱体(摩尔比分别为Sn∶Sb∶La(Nd)=100∶6∶(0.5,1,2),制备稀土(La,Nd)掺杂Sn,Sb溶胶,以钛电极为基体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备稀土(La,Nd)掺杂SnO2中间层,热处理温度为450和500℃,热处理时间共5 h;采用电沉积法制备PbO2表面层,得到改性PbO2阳极,优化了制备改性PbO2电极的稀土掺杂量。以含油污水为目标有机物,借助于CODCr去除情况分析电极的电催化氧化能力;分析了电极结构与电催化特性之间的关系。采用SEM和XRD分析了制备电极的表面形貌、晶体结构并通过电化学工作站对其析氧电位进行了表征分析。结果表明,中间层掺杂La元素的电极,掺杂比为Sn∶Sb∶La=100∶6∶1时电极性能最好;而中间层掺杂Nd元素,掺杂比为Sn∶Sb∶Nd=100∶6∶2时电极的性能最好,此比例时电极对目标有机物CODCr去除率分别为91.90%和90.93%。  相似文献

The nanotitanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalytic and porous ceramic filtering technique is one of the advanced methods to effectively treat organic wastewater. The TiO2 sol doped with Fe^3+ ions was prepared by sol-gel processing. The influences of the process conditions of coating nanophotocatalytic material- Fe^3+-TiO2 film on the surface of porous ceramic filter by dipping-lift method on the performance of porous ceramic filter were studied. The porous ceramic filters have two functions at the same time, filtration and photocatalytic degradation. The results of this study showed that the pH and viscosity of the sol, amount of Fe^3+ ions doped as well as the coating times greatly affect the quality of coating film, the performance parameters and the photocatalytic activity of the porous ceramic filter. When the pH of the sol is 3-4, the viscosity is about 6 mPa.S, the amount of doped Fe^3+ ions is about 2.0 g/L, the porous ceramic filter has been shown to have the best filtering performance and photocatalytic activity. In this condition, the porosity of porous ceramic is about 42.5%, the pore diameter is 8-10μm. The degradation of methyl-orange is 74.76% under lighting for 120 rain.  相似文献

Five cassava flour wastewater (manipueira) preparations were tested as culture media for biosurfactant production by a wild-type Bacillus sp. isolate. No-solids (F), no-solids diluted (F/2), natural (I), natural diluted (I/2), and decanted (IPS) were the tested manipueira media. The microorganism was able to grow and to produce biosurfactant on all manipueira preparations. The media whose solids were removed (F and F/2) showed better results than preparations with the presence of solids (I, I/2, and IPS). No-solids medium (F) showed a surface tension of 26,59 mN/m and reciprocal of critical micelle concentration of over 100 and was selected as a potential substrate for biosurfactant production.  相似文献

将铁丝缠绕在活性炭纤维(简称ACF)上制成电极,并在阴极鼓入空气,用电解生成的Fenton试剂处理墨绿B染料模拟废水.研究了电压、pH值、温度、空气流量、支持电解质的浓度等因素对染料脱色率的影响.结果表明,pH值越低,温度越高,处理效果越好,气流量的改变对于处理效果影响不大.室温时处理浓度为50mg·L-1的活性染料墨绿B,在实验电压为11V,中性条件下,无水硫酸钠的浓度为20g·L-1,通入空气流量为60L·min-1时,处理60min,色度去除率达到95%左右.55℃时,电解30min色度去除率就达到96%,60min时达到100%.  相似文献

Membrane electrodes based on 2,2-dithiobis(benzothiazole), DTBBT, as a neutral carrier for silver ions are described. Silver-selective membrane electrodes formulated with 2wt% DTBBT ionophore and 50mol% TFPB in an FPNPE plasticized poly (vinyl chloride) exhibited near-Nernstian responses towards silver ions (60.3±0.5mVdecade–1) over a wide silver ion activity range of 0.83µM to 94mM. Increasing the amount of anionic sites, TFPB, to 100 or 150mol% (relative to the DTBBT weight) resulted in super-Nernstian responses toward silver ions. Membrane electrodes prepared using a low dielectric constant plasticizer, however, exhibited sub-Nernstian responses. Polymer membrane electrodes with optimal composition (i.e., 2wt% DTBBT, 50mol% TFPB in FPNPE plasticized poly(vinyl chloride)) exhibited high potentiometric selectivity towards silver ions over alkali, alkaline earth, transition metal ions, as well as heavy metal ions such as Hg2+ and Pb2+. A good correlation was found between the potentiometric selectivity coefficients and the change in the UV-visible spectra of the ionophore upon exposure to different metal ions. The overall performance of the silver-selective membrane electrodes based on DTBBT ionophore, which is available at low cost, was found to be comparable to the performance of silver electrodes prepared with Fluka silver ionophore-IV. A DTBBT-based silver electrode was used as an indicator electrode for titrations of silver ions using standard sodium chloride solutions. Sharp inflections occur at the end point, and the data obtained showed 99.4% recovery with a standard deviation of 0.7% (n=3). In addition, the applicability of the DTBBT-based silver-selective electrode is illustrated by measuring the silver concentrations in natural water spiked with silver nitrate and by analyzing the silver in electroplating wastewater samples. The results obtained utilizing a DTBBT-based silver electrode showed very good agreement with the standard methods of analysis.  相似文献

Efforts were made to assess the efficiency of an anaerobic filter packed with porous floating ceramic media and to identify the optimum operational condition of anaerobic filter as a pretreatment of swine wastewater for the subsequent biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. A stepwise decrease in hydraulic retention time (HRT) and an increase in organic loading rate (OLR) were utilized in an anaerobic filter reactor at mesophilic temperature (35°C). The optimum operating condition of the anaerobic filter was found to be at an HRT of 1 d. A soluble chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency of 62% and a total suspended solids removal efficiency of 39% at an HRT of 1 d were achieved with an OLR of 16.0 kg total COD/(m3·d), respectively. The maximum methane production rate approached 1.70 vol of biogas produced per volume of reactor per day at an HRT of 1 d. It was likely that the effluent COD/total Kjeldahl nitrogen ratio, of 22, the COD/total phosphorous ratio of 47, and the high effluent alkalinity >2500 mg/L as CaCO3 of the anaerobic filter operated at an HRT of 1 d was adequate for the subsequent biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.  相似文献

Physicochemical and biologic analysis of dairy wastewater showed that the effluent had a high organic load (chemical oxygen demand [COD]: 5095 mg/L), an acidic pH (6.4), and a high probability of coliforms (most probable number [MPN]>1100). The various bacterial strains isolated and purified were identified as Sporolactobacillus sp., Citrobacter sp., Pseudomonas sp., Alcaligenes sp., Bacillus sp., Staphylococcus sp., and Proteus sp., as per the Bergey’s manual of systematic bacteriology. Among the five selected bacterial strains, the strain designated as MMRR7 and identified as Alcaligenes sp. was found to give a maximum reduction in COD (62%) in 5 d of incubation. Chemical coagulation using alum at a concentration of 0.5 g/100 mL was found to be effective in the primary treatment of the effluent. Studies on free-cell treatment of the coagulated effluent with the selected bacterial strain Alcaligenes sp. MMRR7 gave a maximum COD reduction of 91% in 120 h. This study clearly indicates the possibility of using Alcaligenes sp. MMRR7 for the effective treatment of dairy wastewater.  相似文献

Membrane bioreactors (MBR) combine biological processes with membrane filtration. Advantages of MBR in municipal wastewater treatment include high effluent quality and reduced space requirements. Steady operation of membrane plants requires careful management of membrane fouling. Even though it might be impossible to prevent, fouling can be limited by techniques such as gas sparging. The injection of gas bubbles increases the shear stress and removes fouling material from the membrane surface. Most cited literature on air sparging refers to short-term experiments, often times in bench scale. The aim of this study was therefore long-term investigations in pilot plant scale of a 70 L reactor fed with glucose-based synthetic wastewater. The main focus was on enhancing permeate flux by air sparging. The results showed that using air sparging significantly increased the permeate flux was doubled even over several weeks. The findings were interpreted using the dimensionless fouling and shear stress number. The fouling resistance was found to decrease significantly with air injection ratios between 0.4 and 0.5. When air sparging was applied after a period without air sparging, the shear stress number doubled. This increase in shear led to a reduction of the fouling number by approximately 30%. During several weeks air sparging only a slow fouling number increase was. In contrast to that after air sparging was ceased, an exponential increase of the fouling number was observed.  相似文献

 制备了催化湿式氧化处理有机废水用铜基催化剂,并用XRD,XRF和TG-DTG等手段对催化剂进行了表征,对催化剂及其前驱体的组成和结构进行了分析鉴定.结果表明,由类水滑石结构的前驱体焙烧得到的催化剂Cu-Al-Zn-O,其活性组分铜的流失得到了控制;在氧化降解苯酚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和磺基水杨酸时,在初始氧分压0.5MPa和160~220℃的反应条件下,催化剂活性组分铜的流失量小于0.3mg/L.对催化剂活性组分不易流失的原因进行了理论解释和计算.  相似文献

采用固相合成法制备了Bi2O3-WO3光催化剂,研究了Bi2O3-WO3光催化与臭氧氧化协同降解糖蜜酒精废水的多相催化降解过程,并采用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、紫外漫反射光谱(DRS)、热重-差热扫描(TG-DSC)等手段对Bi2O3-WO3催化剂进行了表征.研究发现:Bi2O3-WO3是一性能良好的光催化剂,臭氧强化了Bi2O3-WO3光催化氧化过程,反应2 h后,糖蜜酒精废水的脱色率可达90.2%.Bi2O3-WO3光催化剂的禁带宽度为2.92 eV,其中γ-Bi2WO6和Bi2W2O9是其活性中心.焙烧温度对Bi2O3-WO3光催化剂的活性有较大的影响,其中1 073 K为适宜的焙烧温度.  相似文献
