硅色敏器件对复色光色差辨识能力的数值分析 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1
对复色光的光谱功率分布和色敏器件光谱响应的实验曲线进行了函数拟合,采用Mathematica 4.2计算了具有不同峰值波长和半高宽的高斯分布的复色光在色敏器件中产生的电流比.计算结果表明,待测复色光的峰值波长和半高宽变化对两种典型的色敏器件的输出信号影响的权重比分别为100:1和10:1。权重比说明色敏器件的输出电流比随峰值波长和半高宽的变化非常灵敏,但两者权重不同,其中峰值波长的变化影响更为显著,是影响复色光颜色变化的主要因素.数值分析的结果表明,硅双结色敏器件对复色光色差有良好的辨识能力.两种器件权重比的差异说明了器件制作工艺与其辨识能力的关系,为器件合理设计提供了理论依据. 相似文献

The 3-D modeling of heads by using optical triangulation techniques is of great interest in the context of virtual reality, telecommunication and computer animation. This paper presents a structured light-based system mainly for human heads. It is named “3-D Laser Color Scanner” (3DLCS). A 3-D model is obtained with a cylindrical scan. The laser beam is switched on and off using a “light valve” and two successive CCD frames are captured, one with the laser line showing and one without. We can simplify the laser line extracting by subtracting these two images.In this system, two CCD cameras are used to avoid occlusion problems. Color information is read from the CCD when the laser light is absent. Since traditional laser scanner will miss the range data in the low-reflectance areas such as the hair area of human head, a shape from silhouette algorithm is presented to overcome this problem. We have studied the spectral properties and morphology of thin films (TVD films) formed by thermal vacuum deposition of 4,4′-bis[(E)-1-(1,3-benzoxazol-2-yl)-2-ethenyl]-1,1′-biphenyl
and its substituted derivatives. We have shown that introducing bulky 2,2′-oxyhexyl substituents into the biphenyl units leads
to a shift of the fluorescence maximum for the TVD films toward shorter wavelengths, a decrease in their photostability, and
aggregation of the films during storage.

A statistical theory of light scattering from deformed isotropic and textured heterogeneous polymer materials is formulated. Two types of textured structures are analyzed: assemblies of optically isotropic and anisotropic rods and a spatially anisotropic distribution of isotropic spherical inclusion centers. The small-angle Hv light-scattering patterns are calculated. The appearance of scattering from isotropic rods and spheres in deformed materials has been demonstrated. Two lots of mangoes of the Nahng Glahng Wahn variety from Thailand were irradiated at the Thai Irradiation Center (TIC) at 0.49 to 0.77 kGy. Following this, one batch was retained in Thailand while the other was shipped to the Canadian Irradiation Center (CIC) for investigation of the same variables during storage. This way, it was hoped to compare the effects of gamma radiation with hot water dip (HWI) or without (I) before and after transportation on the ripening, vitamin C and vitamin A content and sensory qualities of mangoes. The results indicate that the I and HWI treatments delayed the ripening of the mangoes. The irradiated groups appeared to have a slightly higher content of ascorbic acid on the first day after irradiation than their corresponding controls. The sensory evaluation indicates that the panelists mostly favoured the I and HWI irradiated groups for the overall appearance and texture of whole mangoes and pulp and in taste and palatability of the pulp alone. Transportation stress did not appear to have much of an effect on the ascorbic acid and dehydroascorbic acid levels and the sensorial tests. 本文报道在国内首次采用离子束铣技术研制自集成透镜InGaAsP/InP DH LED的实验结果。采用烘烤正性光致抗蚀剂来形成球状掩膜适合于离子束铣,且重复性很好。为了获得光洁的刻蚀表面,刻蚀条件均已最优化。 相似文献
