Effects of cobalt-60 γ-ray irradiation on fresh-keeping and storage of kiwifruits

The boxes contained kiwifruits were irradiated with cobalt-60 γ-rays at different dosages (0.6 , 1.8 and 3.6 KGy) and stored in a room ventilated at night, the natural ambient air being used as cool source.The results showed that the treatment which fruits irradiated with 0.6 KGy was the best after 85 days. It gave the normal-fruit rate of 95.10%, fruit flesh hardness of 4.10 Kg · cm^-2, fresh and plump fruits, good quality and less Vc loss.     

Rapid Protein Hydrolysis by Microwave Irradiation Using Heat-Resistant Teflon-Pyrex Tubes

A rapid peptide-bond hydrolysis by means of microwave irradiation is introduced for the facile preparation of protein hydrolysates used for amino acid analysis. The optimal hydrolysis condition has been determined using several enzymes with known amino acid compositions. The effects of hydrolysis time on the recovery of various labile and hydrophobic amino acids are also exemplified in the microwave heating of standard amino acids. The method has been applied to the complete amino acid analysis with a single nonvolatile solvent of methanesulfonic acid with good recovery of tryptophan and half-cystine. It provides a radical expedition of protein and peptide hydrolysis via commercial microwave ovens and specially-designed Teflon-Pyrex tubes, circumventing the tedious procedures using vacuum-sealed pyrex lubes heating at 110°C for more than 24 h. This novel type of microwave chemistry associated with rapid peptide-bond cleavage is of great potential in the automation of the complete process of amino acid analysis starting from the preparation of protein hydrolysates.     

An Efficient and Green Synthesis of 5-Oxo-5, 6, 7, 8-tetrahydro- 4H-benzo-[b]-pyran Derivatives Promoted by InCl_3·4H_2O Under Microwave Irradiation

超高效合相色谱法快速检测塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂

建立了一种同时检测塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的超高效合相色谱法。以甲醇为溶剂对塑料食品接触材料样品进行超声提取，经C18固相萃取柱净化，过0.22 μm有机滤膜，采用超高效合相色谱仪分析。选择ACQUTY UPC² HSS C18 SB色谱柱（150 mm×3.0 mm，1.8 μm），以超临界二氧化碳为流动相，异丙醇为改性剂进行梯度洗脱，在最优色谱条件下，13种紫外吸收剂能够在4 min内实现有效分离。结果表明，在各自线性范围内，13种紫外吸收剂的线性关系良好，标准曲线相关系数不低于0.9985，检出限（S/N=3）为0.05~0.15 mg/kg，加标回收率为86.8%~115.7%，相对标准偏差为0.73%~5.61%。该方法快速简便，准确可靠，同时大大减少了有机溶剂的消耗，可用于塑料食品接触材料中13种紫外吸收剂的快速检测。     

Microwave Assisted Deprotection of N,N-Dimethylhydrazones in Water Using Palladium Chloride–Tin Chloride as Catalyst

Summary.  N,N-Dimethylhydrazones of ketones and aldehydes undergo facile cleavage to the corresponding carbonyl compounds upon exposure to microwaves in water containing a catalytic amount of PdCl₂–SnCl₂ in high yields. An efficient method for the oxidation of benzylic alcohols with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene under solvent-free microwave irradiation conditions is described.

对咪喹莫特的红外(IR)、紫外(UV)、质谱(MS)、氢-氢相关谱(^1H--^1H COSY)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道。对所有的^1H NMR、^13C NMR谱的信号进行了归属；讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。

Microwave promoted amination of 3-bromoisoxazoles

This Letter describes the amination of 3-bromoisoxazoles by a nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction. We have found 3-bromoisoxazoles to be inert to substitution under thermal conditions, however, the employment of phosphazene bases under microwave irradiation facilitates the amination process and allows the corresponding 3-aminoisoxazoles to be isolated in moderate yield.     

过碳酸钠-醋酸酐作用下的Baeyer-Villiger反应

在醋酸酐介质中, 过碳酸钠可以与酮进行Baeyer-Villiger反应, 将它们氧化成相应的酯。其中脂环酮的反应结果较好, 环内酯的产率约为80%。芳香酮除芳环被活化的以外, 效果欠佳。当反应施加超声辐射后可显著加快反应速度, 并对过碳酸钠的作用机理进行了讨论。
