采用铝溶胶晶种引入、结合相分离的方法制备了具有三维贯通多级孔道结构的大孔氧化铝材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、压汞、核磁共振波谱(NMR)等测试方法对所得材料进行了表征。结果表明,该氧化铝材料具有200-600 nm的均匀分布且贯通的连续大孔孔道,经550℃焙烧即可得到结晶态γ-氧化铝。大孔氧化铝比表面积达到366 m2/g,具有以5 nm及400 nm为中心的较为集中的介孔-大孔多级孔道分布。焙烧后的样品中,铝具有四、六两种配位状态。制备过程中,聚环氧乙烷(PEO)作为诱导剂引发固-液两相分离,形成具有三维贯通多级孔道结构大孔氧化铝,而凝胶中引入铝溶胶时,AlOOH晶粒与铝交联水合物均相伴生,在凝胶过程诱导铝交联水合物转变为AlOOH,最终使大孔氧化铝在较低的焙烧温度即可转化为γ-氧化铝。 相似文献

The unseeded non-hydrolytic sol-gel synthesis of ZrW2O8 and ZrMo2O8 produces trigonal ZrM2O8 (M = W, Mo) at 740 and 300–400°C, respectively. Cubic ZrW2O8 can be prepared using non-hydrolytic sol-gel methods by seeding with small amounts of preprepared cubic material, and the formation of the trigonal polymorph can be suppressed completely. Seeds with a small particle size are necessary for the preparation of cubic ZrW2O8. In contrast, seeding of ZrMo2O8 gels with either cubic ZrMo2O8 or cubic ZrW2O8 only lowers the temperature at which the trigonal phase crystallizes. 相似文献

Using the flicker-noise method (FNM), we investigated the oscillations of clusters in aqueous solutions of NaCl in the range
of concentrations from 0.1 to 26.0 mass %. It has been established that in the solutions oscillators whose masses are similar
to the masses of the models of aggregates of solvate clusters of ion pairs (SCIP) of salt with a different water content are
present. In diluted solutions (<10%), the elementary SCIP has the form NaCl· 40H2O. For the entire range of concentrations the SCIPs are given by structures based on the cubic system of the sodium chloride
system. The base structure for them is a cube formed from 12 SCIPs of salt. The largest cluster revealed by the FNM method
for all investigated concentrations of salt had a mass of ≈1.5 million D. The presence of NaCl in water leads to a collapse
of its cluster structure, except for the smallest clusters (H2O)10…11, whose concentration increases with temperature or solution concentration. The distribution of SCIPs changes dramatically
at a temperature above 300 K. The possible structures of SCIPs are given and the mechanism of their formation is discussed.

The possibility of using a statistical model to estimate the ratio of TAG types formed by oleic, linoleic, and -linolenic acids was discussed. 铁蛋白是广泛存在于动物、微生物及植物体中的一种铁贮藏蛋白, 具有去除二价铁的毒性以及调节机体细胞铁代谢平衡的作用. 本文以黄豆种子为原料, 开发出黄豆铁蛋白提取新方法, 即将黄豆粗提液在55 ℃下加热15 min, 再将冷却后的上清液分别用500 mmol/L MgCl2和700 mmol/L柠檬酸三钠进行盐析. 离心得到的铁蛋白粗提液经透析后, 用DEAE-cellulose弱阴离子交换层析和Sephacryl S-300凝胶过滤层析进一步分离, 得到电泳纯的铁蛋白. Native-PAGE电泳测得分子量约为560000, SDS-PAGE电泳结果表明, 黄豆铁蛋白含有两种亚基, 分子量分别为28000和26500. 活性研究显示, 黄豆铁蛋白与豌豆铁蛋白铁氧化沉淀和还原释放反应的活性明显不同. 相似文献

In seeded emulsion polymerization, during the second stage, new interfaces appear and the surface area changes. A thermodynamic equilibrium approach is presented which predicts particle morphology of a whole range of non-spherical particles upon polymer conversion. Simulation takes into account swelling ratio, molar volumes and interfacial tension. As the particle geometry is complex, a new mathematical procedure is detailed.The computed data are useful to discuss either the stability or the instability of the particles morphology.
