We have investigated in detail the mechanism of infrared emission and upconversion emission of Er3+ in tellurite glass as a function of the dopant concentration. Both the infrared and upconversion emissions are competing processes and the efficiency of infrared emission at 1534 nm is 100% at the lowest Er content (0.5 mol%) and reduces to 50% at higher dopant concentration (>2 mol%). The green upconversion emission at 548 nm is mainly due to the excited state absorption (ESA) from 4I11/2, which populate the 4F7/2 level. In addition to this, the possible energy transfer (ET) through Er3+(4I11/2) + Er3+(4I11/2) → Er3+(4F7/2) + Er3+(4I15/2) can also results in the green emission as is noticed from the concentration dependent efficiency change of the green emission. The fluorescence quenching of green emission with Er concentration may be related with the cross relaxation (CR) process 2H11/2 + 4I15/2 → 4I9/2 + 4I13/2. The red emission is due to the combined effect of the ESA from level 4I13/2 to 4F9/2, the energy transfer process described by Er3+(4I13/2) + Er3+(4I11/2) → Er3+(4F9/2) + Er3+(4I15/2) and the cross relaxation process. 相似文献

本文报道了以1313nmNd:YLF激光脉冲泵浦掺饵(Er3+)单模GeO2/SiO2光纤而产生多波长可见光的实验,在该光纤中观察到(463~510)nm间的多波长放大自发辐射过程,此过程对应于Er3+离子的2G7/2等几个激发态到4I13/2亚稳态的跃迁.其激发过程是分步的四光子吸收过程,同时,掺饵光纤的红外发射峰1530nm(4I13/2-4I15/2)与1313nm泵浦光之间的三波混频过程也对这一区间的连续多峰的光谱结构有贡献.实验中还观察到540nm附近的绿光辐射. 相似文献

A method which employs an integrating sphere and a single-wavelength (1.6 μm) pyrometer for measuring the spectral effective emissivities of superalloys in the temperature range (=650–1050°C) is described. The spectral effective emissivities for five superalloys, namely, MARM-247, MARM-509, CMSX-4, Inconel-718, N-155 and two René-N6 samples coated with YSZ thermal barrier coating were measured. Correcting the pyrometer measurements for the variations in the object emissivity would reduce the uncertainty in the temperature measurements to <±1%. 相似文献

A large‐eddy simulation methodology for high performance parallel computation of statistically fully inhomogeneous turbulent flows on structured grids is presented. Strategies and algorithms to improve the memory efficiency as well as the parallel performance of the subgrid‐scale model, the factored scheme, and the Poisson solver on shared‐memory parallel platforms are proposed and evaluated. A novel combination of one‐dimensional red–black/line Gauss–Seidel and two‐dimensional red–black/line Gauss–Seidel methods is shown to provide high efficiency and performance for multigrid relaxation of the Poisson equation. Parallel speedups are measured on various shared‐distributed memory systems. Validations of the code are performed in large‐eddy simulations of turbulent flows through a straight channel and a square duct. Results obtained from the present solver employing a Lagrangian dynamic subgrid‐scale model show good agreements with other available data. The capability of the code for more complex flows is assessed by performing a large‐eddy simulation of the tip‐leakage flow in a linear cascade. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Electroluminescent porous Si (PS) diodes exhibit various useful functions under a high-electric field. The experimental PS diodes are composed of thin semitransparent metal films, PS layers (about 500 nm thick in minimum), p- or n-type Si substrates and ohmic back contacts. Definite nonlinear electrical behavior (negative resistance and nonvolatile bistable memory effects) and cold electron emission phenomena appear in these PS diodes associated with the EL emission. Both the negative resistance and memory effects are related to the charging of Si nanocrystallites by field-induced carrier injection. The electron emission observed in the PS diodes formed on n+–Si substrates is caused by hot electrons tunnelling through the top contact. By an appropriate structural control of PS, the effective drift length under a high-field conduction is significantly increased, and then electrons are emitted ballistically. These functions reflect the activity of PS as a nanocrystalline confined system. 相似文献

有机电致发光器件(OLED)的量子效率是衡量器件发光性能的一个非常重要的参数,考虑到提高OLED量子效应的基本前提是能精确测得器件的量子效率。本文工作采用美国Keithley公司的系列产品,设计与组建了一套精确测量OLED量子效率的测量系统(主要由真空系统和测试系统组成)。应用本系统测量时,由测量软件通过数据采集卡来实时地对K-2400(稳压源)和K-485(微检流计)进行控制,得到流经器件的电流和器件输的光电流,再经过换算得出注入器件的电子数和从器件输出的光子数,从而能够得到器件的量子效率值,最后由计算机动态地绘制出器件的性能曲线。此外,我们还利用本测量系统对以MEH-PPV为基质的橙红色OLED进行测量,该测试样品在0.0117A/cm^2的电流密度下,测量量子效率为0.39%。 相似文献

报道计算高温高密等离子体吸收谱和发射谱(光学薄)的理论方法;该方法基于相对论原子理论,可以计算任何单元素以及多元素等离子体的谱分辨X射线吸收谱和发射谱(光学薄);应用了量子亏损理论,可以减少计算量。利用该方法计算金等离子体LTE吸收谱,计算结果与实验符合良好。本文还对金等离子体LTE的光学薄发射谱进行了研究, 这将有利于对实验进行进一步的诊断分析。该理论计算方法还可提供等离子体内各电离度能级布居等重要物理参数。因此经“标准实验”检验的该理论计算方法将是提供ICF“精密”物理辐射参数的重要基础。 相似文献
