3,3,3-Trifluoro-N′-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,2-propanediamine (5) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-diazo-1,1,1-trifluoro-3-nitropropane or 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-nitropropene with 3-aminobenzotrifluoride followed by the reduction of the nitro group. The Michael 1,4-addition of diamine 5 to acrylic acid occurs only at the N(1) atom and affords N-mono-or N,N-dicarboxyethyl derivatives 6 and 7, depending on the reactant ratio. Protolytic equilibria 5–7 in aqueous solutions were studied by pH-potentiometry and UV spectroscopy. Only the aliphatic amino group can be protonated in an aqueous solution, while the aromatic amino group remains unprotonated even in 12 M HCl. The stability constants of transition metal (Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+) complexes with ligands 5–7 were determined by pH-potentiometric titration. The stability of the complexes and selectivity of the ligands toward Cu2+ ions increase with an increase in the number of N-carboxyethyl groups. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The solubility of risperidone (Risp) in aqueous buffered cyclodextrin (CD) solution was investigated for α-, β-, γ- and HP-β-CD. The effects of pH, ionic strength and temperature on complex stability were also explored. Neutral Risp tends to form higher order complexes (1:2) with both β- and HP-β-CD, but only 1:1 type complexes with α-, and γ-CD. The tendency of Risp to complex with cyclodextrins is in the order β-CD > HP-β-CD > γ-CD > α-CD. The 1:1 complex formation constant of Risp/HP-β-CD increases with increasing ionic strength in an opposite trend to the inherent solubility (S 0) of Risp, thus indicating significant hydrophobic effect. The hydrophobic effect contributes to the extent of 72% towards neutral Risp/HP-β-CD complex stability, while specific interactions contribute only 4.7 kJ/mol. Thermodynamic studies showed that 1:1 Risp/HP-β-CD complex formation is driven by a favorable enthalpy change (ΔH 0=−31.2 kJ/mol, ΔS 0=−7 J/mol.K) while the 1:2 complex is largely driven by entropy changes (ΔH 0=−5.0 kJ/mol, ΔS 0=42 J/mol.K). Complex stability was found to vary with pH, with a higher formation constant for neutral Risp. Molecular mechanical computations using MM (atomic charges and bond dipole algorithms) and Amber force fields, which were carried out to explore possible sites of interactions between Risp and CDs and to rationalize complex stoichiometry, produced similar results concerning optimal inclusion complex geometries and stoichiometries.  相似文献

The K ion lies on the least-squares plane formed by the six oxygen atoms in the macrocyclic ring. Macrocyclic Lewis acidic hosts with structures incorporating electron-withdrawing icosahedral carboranes and electrophilic mercury centers bind a variety of electron-rich guests. These compounds, the so-called mercuracarborands, are synthesized by a kinetic halide ion template effect that affords tetrameric cycles or in the absence of halide ion templates, cyclic trimers. Both types of mercuracarborands form stable host–guest complexes with anionic and neutral electron-rich molecules. The multidentate structure of mercuracarborand hosts has made these unique molecules ideal for catalytic and ion-sensing applications as well as for the assembly of supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

The tris-bipyridine ligand3a and its stoichiometric Rh3+ complex have been prepared. Cyclovoltammograms of the complex at pH 7.4 using a glassy carbon disk electrode reveal a strong reduction peak at –620 mV and two weak reduction peaks at more negative voltage. The reduction potential of the new complex is shifted by 300 mV to more positive values as compared to [Rh(bipy)3]3+. There is no reversible reoxidation peak of the Rh(I) complex formed due to the decomplexation of one of the three bipyridine units in the course of the transition Rh(III)Rh(I). The Rh(III) complex of3a was also studied with respect to its function as a possible redox mediator for the electrochemical regeneration of NADH from NAD+. The preparative electrolysis of the Rh3+ complex of3a in the presence of NAD+ yields a selective formation of NADH, whereas NAD dimers were not detected. On the other hand, a significant acceleration of this reaction compared to [Rh(bipy)3]3+ was not observed.  相似文献

Isomerization at the Complexation of 3-Acetyltetramic Acid: Structure and Magnetic Properties of the CuII- and NiII-Complex of 2,7-Bis (1′, 5′, 5′ -trimethylpyrrolidin-2′,4′ -dion-3′ -yl)-3,6-diazaocta-2,6-dien 2,7-Bis(1′, 5′, 5′ -trimethylpyrrolidin-2′, 4′ -dion-3′ -yl)-3,6-diazaoctadien formes CuII and NiII complexes with different constitutions (because of the Z/E isomerization). Results of X-ray analysis of N,N′ -ethylenbis(1′, 5′, 5′ -trimethylpyrrolidin-2′, 4′ -dion-3′ -acetiminato)nickel(II) 1 respectively -copper(II) 2 shows, that the complexing agent in 1 occurs in the E-form, whereas the ligand of the CuII complex forms the Z-form. Magnetic susceptibility and shift effects of the 13C-NMR signals point to a weak paramagnetism of the NiII complex. ESR-spectra are obtained from 2 only. Furthermore, the CuII complex reduces the relaxation times T1 and T2 of 1H and 17O nuclei spins from water. From the temperature dependence of the shortening of the relaxation times an activation energy is calculated which describes the reorientation of the copper complex in the “water matrix”.  相似文献

The relationship among intrinsic surface reaction constant (K) in 1-pK model, point of zero net charge (PZNC) and structural charge density (σst) for amphoteric solid with structural charges was established in order to investigate the effect of σst on pK. The theoretical analysis based on 1-pK model indicates that the independent PZNC of electrolyte concentration (c) exists for amphoteric solid with structural charges. A common intersection point (CIP) should appear on the acid-base titration curves at different c, and the pH at the CIP is pHPZNC. The pK can be expressed as pK=-pHPZNC log[(1 2αPZNC)/(1-2αPZNC)], where αPZNC≡σst/eNANs, in which e is the elementary charge, NA the Avogadro‘s constant and Ns the total density of surface sites. For solids without structural charges, pK=-pHPZNC. The pK values of hydrotalcite-like compounds (HTlc) with general formula of [Mg1-xFex(OH)2](Cl,OH)x were evaluated. With increasing x, the pK increases, which can be explained based on the affinity of metal cations for H^- or OH^- and the electrostatic interaction between charging surface and H^- or OH^-.  相似文献

Equilibrium constant (K), enthalpy change (H), and entropy change (S) values have been determined calorimetrically at 25°C in 90%MeOH 10%H2O (v/v) for the interactions of pyridino-18-crown-6 (P18C6) and diketopyridino-18-crown-6 (K2P18C6) with perchlorate salts of ammonium, benzylammonium,-phenylethylammonium,-phenylethylammonium, and-(1-naphthyl)ethyl-ammonium cations. The crystal structure of the complex of P18C6 with benzylammonium perchlorate was determined by X-ray crystallography. The1H 1D and 2D NMR spectra of some of these complexes were used to elucidate their structural features in solution. The logK values for the interaction of the ammonium cations with P18C6 are larger than those with K2P18C6, probably due to the higher degree of structural flexibility of P18C6. We have conducted a high-level quantum chemistry study of the interactions of 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) with water for complexes representing both hydrophilic and hydrophobic hydration. It was found that our previous quantum chemistry-based force field for poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and its oligomers in aqueous solution did a poor job in describing the hydrophobic binding of water to the ether, consistent with our recent calculations of the excess free energy and entropy of hydration of DME. Our original force field was revised to more accurately reproduce the interaction of water with the carboneous portions of DME. Molecular dynamics simulations of aqueous DME solutions using the revised quantum chemistry-based potential yielded good agreement with experiment for excess free energy, enthalpy, and volume as well as excess solution viscosity and the self-diffusion of water. Comparison with our original potential revealed that the relatively hydrophobic ether-water interactions in the new potential strongly reduced the favorable excess free energy and enthalpy but have relatively little influence on the excess entropy for dilute DME solutions. Other properties of DME and PEO solutions including conformational populations and dynamics, solution viscosity, hydrogen bonding, water translational and rotational diffusion and neutron structure factor as a function of solution composition were found to be largely unchanged from those obtained using the original potential.  相似文献
