In the set of graphs of order n and chromatic number k the following partial order relation is defined. One says that a graph G is less than a graph H if ci(G) ≤ ci(H) holds for every i, kin and at least one inequality is strict, where ci(G) denotes the number of i‐color partitions of G. The role of the tunneling mechanisms in metal-disordered layer-semiconductor structure under spin injection at the interface is investigated. The non-ideal metal-semiconductor structure as prepared by ionized cluster beam deposition is considered, and it is shown that the depletion region of the semiconductor can be tailored to include a suitably heavily doped region near the interface. The tunneling is described within a simplified model in which the expression for the interface resistance of the metal-disordered layer-semiconductor structure is obtained. It is argued that in the case of ionized cluster beam deposited non-ideal Schottky structure a significant spin injection is achieved.  相似文献

A new and rather trivial model is suggested with mechanism that implies simultaneous violation of the zeroth and the second laws of thermodynamics. Mathematically rigorous quantum theory reduces to a trivial application of the Golden rule formula. It yields exciton on-energy-shell diffusion caused by bath-nonassisted excitation hopping between tails of different exciton site levels ε1 < ε2 broadened by bath-assisted finite life-time effects. The elastic character of the hopping implies 1 ↔ 2-symmetric transfer rate W. Thus the net diffusion exciton flow W(P 1 - P 2) and also, as argued, the net energy flow are possible due to different near-to-equilibrium exciton populations P 1 > P 2. As the sites are provided with two different baths, the population imbalance and the flows survive even for slightly different local bath temperatures T 1 < T 2 < T 1ε21. Thus spontaneous exciton and also energy flows against temperature step become possible, in contradiction with the Clausius form of the second law. We investigate Co/Nb multilayers to explore the spontaneous π-phase shift between the superconducting (SC) layers, which is attributed for causing the non-monotonic change of the SC transition temperature (Tc) with the ferromagnetic (FM) layer thickness (tFM) in several FM/SC multilayered systems. The issue of interfacial roughness is also explored by growing Co/Nb multilayers at various sputtering pressures. Transport measurements show a non-monotonic dependence of Tc on tFM, and this dependence is insensitive to the structural variation present in the samples, as measured by X-ray scattering.  相似文献

An amperometric immunosensor for hemoglobin-A1c (HbA1c) determination has been developed utilizing membrane-immobilized haptoglobin as affinity matrix fixed in front of a Pt-working electrode. The HbA1c assay was carried out in a two-step procedure including the selective hemoglobin enrichment on the sensor surface and the specific HbA1c detection by a glucose oxidase (GOx) labeled anti-HbA1c antibody. Hydrogen peroxide generated by the enzyme label was oxidized at +600 mV versus Ag/AgCl. A standard curve for HbA1c was obtained with a linear range between 0 and 25% HbA1c of total hemoglobin which correspond to 7.8–39 nM. ELISA studies confirmed the advantage of a sandwich-type format with haptoglobin as capture molecule for selective hemoglobin binding over the direct adsorption method. Results by the sandwich immunoassay showed a linear correlation within the clinically relevant range 5–20% (CV < 3). For sensor application the immobilization procedure of haptoglobin onto CDI-activated cellulose membranes was optimized.  相似文献

In order to study the influence of the adsorption of fulvic compounds on voltammetric signals and to understand better the adsorption of these compounds on hydrophobic natural water interfaces, adsorption studies of macromolecules such as poly(ethylene glycol) (HO(CH2CH2O)n) with molecular weight of 8000 were done on the mercury/water interface by a.c. voltammetry at the potential of zero charge. The maximum surface concentration, adsorption equilibrium constant and adsorption rate constant have been determined from the global adsorption mechanism, controlled by two determining steps: diffusion and kinetics of adsorption at the interface.  相似文献
