This work was undertaken in order to increase the understanding of the mechanism responsible for fiber/matrix interaction in carbon fiber/thermoplastic composite. From results of previous study on carbon fiber/PEEK composite, which suggested that the formation of the fiber/ matrix interaction was primarily related to a chemisorption mechanism, a study was done of the conditions required to obtain efficient fiber/matrix interaction in PA-12 and PP/carbon fiber composites. The interest in studying carbon fiber composite based on PP and PA-12 was that these two matrices are very different in terms of reactivity, polyamide having many more reactive groups than polypropylene. As expected, due to the non-reactive chemical structure of the polypropylene, fiber/matrix interaction in carbon fiber/PP composite occurred only when the matrix was thermally degraded, i.e. when the composite was molded at high temperature or under long residence time at the melt temperature. For the carbon fiber/PA-12 composite, strong fiber/matrix interaction occurred readily at relatively low molding temperature, i.e. well before thermal degradation of the matrix. It was also found that the short beam shear strength in these composites seems to evolve with molding temperature, and a maximum interfacial strength was observed at a molding temperature corresponding to the thermal degradation of the matrix. This indicates that although matrix degradation often results in strong reduction in the composite performance, some matrix degradation can be beneficial in terms of interfacial mechanical properties. Finally, this work demonstrated that while the formation of fiber/matrix interaction seems to be primarily related to a chemisorption mechanism, the contribution of interphase crystallinity to the interfacial strength is not negligible. 设计了一种铅硅酸盐SF57 材料的光子晶体光纤, 利用有限元法数值模拟了该光纤的 色散特性. 研究结果显示在整个透明波段光纤具有正常色散. 利用自适应分布傅里叶法求解非线性薛定谔方程, 对中心波长为1550 nm, 初始脉宽为150 fs 的脉冲在该光纤中传输进行了模拟, 获得了关于入射脉冲中心波长对称的展宽范围超过了600 nm 的超平坦连续光谱, 并且光谱具有极其稳定和 相干的特性.

本文建立了偏分复用系统中偏振模色散与信号偏振态变化引起信道串扰的数学模型, 分析了偏振模色散对偏分复用信道射频功率的影响, 并提出了适用于偏分复用系统的光域偏振模色散补偿与偏分解复用同时进行的方案: 用信道的射频功率作为反馈控制信号, 监测链路中偏振模色散和偏振态变化引起的信道串扰的大小, 用改进的粒子群优化算法对偏振控制器进行自适应控制, 同时完成偏振模色散补偿与偏分解复用. 在112 Gb/s偏分复用-差分正交相移键控(PDM-DQPSK)传输系统中仿真验证了该方案的有效性. 结果表明该方案可以使112 Gb/s-PDM-DQPSK传输系统完成自适应偏分解复用的同时, 在1 dB的光信噪比代价下, 使系统对偏振模色散的容忍度提高20 ps.

考虑1-3型垂直异质铁电P(VDF-TrFE)基复合薄膜结构,利用非线性的热力学理论分析和讨论了平面外应变对复合薄膜电热性能的调控作用. 结果表明,在施加的垂直电场下,平面外应变可以有效地调控电极化、热释电系数、绝热温差等铁电、电热性能. 通过合理的调控平面外应变可以在很大的温度区域范围内获得比纯平面外延薄膜结构更高的绝热温差. 研究结果预示着垂直异质P(VDF-TrFE)基复合薄膜结构在一定的工作温度范围内具有优异的电热性能,在微电源、光通信二极管、红外传感器等微型元件方面有着广泛的应用前景.

光子晶体光纤由于其灵活可调的色散特性用作色散补偿具有极大的应用潜力. 设计了一种色散补偿光子晶体光纤, 并运用频域有限差分法模拟了其色散特性,从理论上分析了其结构参数孔间距Λ和空气占空比d/Λ对该光子晶体光纤的色散系数的影响, 并且实际制备出了3种不同结构参数的光子晶体光纤. 通过对其色散曲线对比分析表明: 当光子晶体光纤孔间距在1 μm附近时, 其色散系数随着孔间距Λ和占空比d/Λ的增大而增加, 但对于孔间距Λ的变化比占空比d/Λ更为敏感, 并且随着孔间距Λ的增加,其对色散系数的影响能力逐渐减小. 设计并制备的光子晶体光纤在1550 nm处的色散系数为-241.5 ps·nm-1·km-1, 相对色散斜率为0.0018, 具有较好的色散补偿能力.

Cohesive-zone models have been successfully applied to predicting the damage from notches in engineering materials loaded
intension. They have also been used to determine the growth of fibre microbuckling from a hole in a composite laminate under
compression. The usual strategy is to replace the in elastic deformation associated with plasticity or microbuckling with
a line crack and to assume some form of stress-displacement bridging law across the crack faces. This paper examines recent
published experimental data for notched glass-fibre epoxy/honey comb sand wich panels loaded in uniaxial compression. A plastic
fibre kinking analysis and a linear softening cohesive-zone model are used for the prediction of the unnotched and open-hole
compressive strength and the theoretical results are found to be in a good agreement with experimental data.

The polycondensation of p-aminobenzoic acid by the use of triphenylphospine and hexachloroethane is described. One way to obtain a mixed solution of rigid rod and flexible coil polymers is the polycondensation of the rigid chains in a solution of a flexible polymer matrix. Results on matrix polycondensation of poly(p-benzamide) in solutions of poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(methyl methacrylate-co-styrene), polystyrene and polyacrylonitrile are reported. It is shown that there exists an interrelation between the phase behavior of the mixed polymer solutions and the influence of the matrix polymer on the synthesis of poly(1.4.-benzamide). This paper analyzes the high bit-rate optical pulse trasmission in single mode optical fiber with chromatic dispersion, polarization mode dispersion (small random birefringence) and nonlinearity. Numerical method employed can precisely describe their interactive effect on transmission performance. Different dispersion maps and the related performance are analysed. Various simulation results and discussion are given. The results show that chromatic dispersion compensation should be carefully designed. Appropriate dispersion management can also alleviate the effect of polarization mode dispersion. 相似文献
