银络合物在催化核上的还原反应

研究了尿嘧啶银络合物在胶态金属及其硫化物核上被对苯二酚还原的反应，并以Ａｇ和Ｐｔ电极代替催化核与对苯二酚显影剂和银络合物组成原电池作为电化学模型，分别测定该络合物阴极反应和对苯二酚阳极反应的电流。结果表明，原电池的电流大小与反应速度成正比关系，从而为物理显影电极理论提供实验依据。     

Synthese und Strukturuntersuchungen von Ba2H[α-FeO4W12O36] · 26 H2O

Synthesis and Structure Studies of Ba₂H[α-FeO₄W₁₂O₃₆] · 26 H₂O The heteropolyanion compound Ba₂H[α-FeO₄W₁₂O₃₆] · 26 H₂O (I) crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4 n2 with the lattice parameters a = 12.398(6), c = 18.721(6) Å; Z = 2; D_x = 4.128 g · cm^?3. The structure was solved on a twinned crystal from 1029 observed reflections and refined to an index R of 7.6%. The calculations were done by means of a modified ORFLS-programme by Eitel and Bärnighausen. The heteropolyanion [α-FeO₄W₁₂O₃₆]^5? has the well known α-Keggin structure. The average distance of the four central oxygen atoms to the Fe^III position (0, 0, 0) is 1.84 Å. The angles ? O? Fe? O are 112.3° (4X) and 103.9 (2X), respectively, which leads to an disphenoidal distortion of the FeO₄ tetrahedron. The powder and single crystal ESR spectra of I show the anisotropy of the Fe^III fine structure transition 1/2 ? ?1/2. The Mößbauer spectra confirm the tetragonal distortion of the central FeO₄ tetrahedron (quadrupole splitting Δ ≈ 0.50 mm · s^?1).     

含氮给体结构对丙烯腈电荷转移光聚合的影响

<正> 对于正性烯类单体,主要是乙烯基咔唑的电荷转移聚合,诚田已作过详细综述。负性烯类单体的电荷转移聚合主要研究的单体是丙烯腈(AN)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)。Barton等研究了芳烃为引发剂的MMA光聚合。我们研究了芳胺为引发剂的光聚合。 芳胺,尤其是芳叔胺,是较强的电子给体,与负性单体在光照下经激基复合物而引发聚合,我们的实验表明,吡啶及其同系物(喹啉与吖啶)并不象吡咯及其同系物(吲哚与咔唑)那样有效地引发AN等负性单体的光聚合(见表1)。从图1所示的结构看,它们有     

2,2′-(1,2-亚苯基二氧)二(N-苯基乙酰胺)及其稀土配合物的合成、表征与荧光性质

合成了一种新的芳香族酰胺配体2，2’-（1，2-亚苯基二氧）二（N-苯基乙酰胺）及其稀土（La，Eu，Tb，Dy，Sm，Gd）硝酸盐配合物，通过核磁共振谱、元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、差热等测试技术对其进行了结构表征。结果表明，稀土配合物的可能结构为：[REL（NO3）3]·H2O（RE：La^3＋、Sm^3＋、Eu^3＋、Gd^3＋、Tb^3＋、Dy^3＋）．配合物产率约为78％。在稀土配合物中，作为抗衡阴离子的3个硝酸根均以双齿的配位方式与稀土配位，稀土配位数为10，并且还有1个结晶水。在298K下对配合物[EuL（NO3）3]·H2O和[TI）L（N03）3]·H2O的固体荧光性质进行了研究。结果发现，它们分别发射Eu^3＋和Tb^3＋稀土离子的特征荧光，且配合物[TbL（NO3）3]·H2O的荧光比[EuL（NO3）3]·H2O的荧光强。说明此芳香族酰胺配体敏论Tb^3＋发光比敏化Eu^3＋发光程度大。     

4,4'-二氨基三苯胺的合成与纯化

以苯胺和对硝基氯苯为原料, K₂CO₃作催化剂, 合成出了中间产物4,4'-二硝基三苯胺(DNTPA). 将中间产物用10%(质量分数)的Pd/C催化剂加氢催化还原, 得到纯度为96.6%的目标产物4,4'-二氨基三苯胺(DATPA), 合成总产率为38%. 与其它方法相比, 该方法原料便宜易得, 纯度很高, 产物可作为反应的单体原料.     

小分子配体诱导合成N,N-二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸镉(II)配合物及晶体结构

4,4'-联吡啶与二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸镉配合物[Cd(DBTC)₂]₂ (1)反应得到加合物[Cd(DBTC)₂(4,4'-bipy)] (2) (DBTC＝N,N-二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸), 通过晶体结构分析及红外光谱等研究其结构与性质. 结果表明: 引入小分子配体会破坏[Cd(DBTC)₂]₂ (1)的二聚结构, 加入吡啶则得到单核的吡啶加合物[Cd(DBTC)₂py] (3), 而引入4,4'-联吡啶后其结构变为新型的一维链状结构的配位聚合物2, 这种结构在二硫代氨基甲酸金属配合物中少见报道. 也比较了不同配体如吡啶及4,4'-联吡啶对Cd(II)及Zn(II)配合物结构的影响.     

NMR spectroscopic study of the inclusion complex of desloratadine with β-cyclodextrin in solution

Desloratadine (DES) is an antihistamine used in the treatment of allergies and chronic urticaria. ¹H NMR spectroscopic study of varying ratios of DES and β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) in D₂O suggests the formation of a 1:1 inclusion complex formed by the penetration of Cl-substituted aromatic ring into the β-CD cavity. The stoichiometry and binding constant of the complex were determined by Scott’s method.     

An Environmentally Benign System for Synthesis of β-Hydroxylketones： L-Histidine Asymmetrically Catalyzed Direct Aldol Reactions in Aqueous Micelle and Water-like Media

The first histidine catalyzed direct aldol reactions of ketones with nitrobenzaldehydes in water and in poly（ethylene glycol） （PEG） were reported. It reveals that histidine is a good aldol catalyst for synthesis of β-hydroxylketones in water and in PEG, giving good to excellent yields of the respective products. Better enantioand regioselectivity were achieved using low molecular weight PEG as the media. The results show that histidine and PEG-200 or -300 may constitute a promising environmentally benign system for asymmetric synthesis of β-hydroxylketones.     

First enantioselective synthesis of (−)-neplanocin F

(−)-Neplanocin F, the natural isomer of a component of the neplanocin family was enantioselectively synthesized starting from d-γ-ribonolactone. The synthetic approach was based on the preparation of a suitable carbocyclic precursor bearing three hydroxyl groups orthogonally protected. The key steps of the synthesis were the regioselective protection of a secondary allylic alcohol over a homoallylic one and the coupling of the nucleobase with a triflate intermediate.
