A New HPLC Method to Determine Carbonyl Compounds in Air

In this paper,a new HPLC method was established to determine the earbonyl compounds in air.As the absorbent,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazint(2,4-DNPH)reaeted with earbonyls specifieally,which form the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones,then analyzed by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions,the recovery rate,stability of samples,reagent blank,sampling efficiency were all studied systematically.The results showed that this established method had high sensitivity and good selectivity compared with other analytical methods,and it can detemine ten earbonyl compounds in air in 26 min simultancously.     

A new route of the reaction of EtAlCl2 with α-olefins catalyzed by Ti complexes

A new method for the synthesis of dialkyl(ethyl)alanes by the reaction of EtAlCl₂ with -olefins in the presence of Mg and a catalytic amount of Cp₂TiCl₂ (Ti(OPrⁱ)₄, Ti(OBuⁿ)₄) in THF was developed.     

基于ZnO溶胶-凝胶固定的酪氨酸酶传感器的研制

通过使用带正电荷的ZnO溶胶-凝胶在玻碳电极表面固定酶,研制了一种简单有效的酪氨酸酶传感器。结果表明,ZnO溶胶-凝胶的等电点为酪氨酸酶的固定提供了有利的微环境,酪氨酸酶能很好地保持其生物活性。所研制的传感器达到95%稳定状态电流的时间在10 s以内。酚类化合物可通过酶催化产生的醌在-200 mV(对饱和甘汞电极)直接还原而测定,传感器对苯酚测定的灵敏度为168μA.mmol-1.L-1,线性范围为1.5×10-7~4.0×10-5mol.L-1,检出限为8.0×10-8mol.L-1。该传感器使用二周后活性仍保持原有活性的75%。     

Synthesis of Spiropyrimidodiazepines and Spirodiazepinopurines by Tandem Nitroso‐ene/Diels–Alder Reactions

New spirocyclic heterocycles 8, 16, 19/20, 25, 27 , and 30 derived from pyrimido[4,5‐b][1,4]diazepin]‐8′(9′H)‐one were synthesised by a tandem nitroso‐ene/Diels–Alder reaction of 4‐(alkenoylamino)‐5‐nitrosopyrimides. The crystal structure of 16 was established by X‐ray analysis. It is characterised by four pairs of intermolecular H‐bonds linking every two molecules in the unit cell. Sequential imine reduction and intramolecular condensation of the C(4′)‐(acylamino)‐pyrimido[4,5‐b][1,4]diazepines 27 and 30 led to the [1,4]diazepino[1,2,3‐gh]purines 28 / 29 and 31 , respectively.     

The "invisible" 13C NMR chemical shift of the central carbon atom in [(Ph3PAu)6C]2+: a theoretical investigation

The experimental 13C NMR chemical shift of the central carbon atom in the octahedral [(Ph3PAu)6C]2+ cluster was investigated on the basis of relativistic density functional calculations. In order to arrive at independent model conclusions regarding the value of the chemical shift, a systematic study of the dependence of the cluster structure on the phosphine ligands, the chosen density functionals, and the basis set size was conducted. The best structures obtained were then used in the NMR calculations. Because of the cage-like cluster structure a pronounced deshielding of the central carbon nucleus could have been expected. However, upon comparison with the 13C NMR properties of the related complex [C{Au[P(C6H5)2(p-C6H4NMe2)]}6]2+, Schmidbaur et al. have assigned a signal at delta=135.2 ppm to the interstitial carbon atom. Our calculations confirm this value in the region of the aromatic carbon atoms of the triphenylphosphine ligands. The close-lying signals of the 108 phenyl carbon atoms can explain the difficulties of assigning them experimentally.

Synthesis of Oxathiacrown Compounds by the Reactions of Sulfur Dichloride with Unsaturated Compounds and Their Extraction Characteristics. (Review)

Published data of the last 10-15 years on the use of the reactions of sulfur dichloride with various unsaturated compounds for the synthesis of oxathia- and thiacrown compounds and study of their extraction characteristics toward various transition and heavy metals are reviewed. Some previously unpublished results and associated experimental data are also included.     

锆氢化反应研究2.羰基化合物的选择性还原

本文对芳香醛和酮的锆氢化反应及水解产物进行了研究。产物经NMR证明为相应的醇。并以苯甲醛为代表,初步探讨了锆氢化反应的过程。还研究了含有其他官能团的苯甲醛对锆氢化反应选择性的影响,以及含有较大取代基酮类的锆氢化反应。     

Geometry,stability and aromaticity of β-diketiminate-coordinated alkaline-earth compounds

Alkaline-earth (Ae) metals have attracted a wealth of interdependent research from synthetic chemists. In Ae-catalyzed organometallic reactions, β-diketiminate is a typical ligand used to stabilize Ae catalysts by forming six-membered rings comprising Ae metals. Herein, studies focusing on the configuration of β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds observed that the CC and CN bonds are homogeneous and unchanged. Furthermore, energetic studies observed that the formation of the Ae-incorporated six-membered rings results in enhanced stability of >20 kcal/mol. The nucleus-independent chemical shifts, anisotropy of the induced current density, and molecular orbital analyses demonstrated the non-aromaticity of the β-diketiminate-coordinated Ae compounds. The improved stability of these compounds can be explained by the delocalization of the π electrons derived from the β-diketiminate moiety.
