1-Propyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C3MIm]Cl) ionic liquid and sulfamic acid (NH2SO3H), as a synergetic catalytic medium, were used for the transesterification of acetoacetate with alcohols of different structures. The efficiency of 3,5-bis(n-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (n-POX, n = 1, 2, 3), as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel in 1 M perchloric acid (HClO4) have been determined by weight loss measurements and electrochemical studies. The results show that these inhibitors revealed a good corrosion inhibition even at very low concentrations. Comparison of results among those obtained by the studied oxadiazoles shows that 3-POX was the best inhibitor. Polarisation curves indicate that n-pyridyl substituted-1,3,4-oxadiazoles are mixed type inhibitors in 1 M HClO4. The adsorption of these inhibitors follows a Langmuir isotherm model. The electronic properties of n-POX, obtained using the AM1 semi-empirical quantum chemical approach, were correlated with their experimental efficiencies using the linear resistance model (LR).  相似文献

15N isotopic enrichment was necessary for the unequivocal assignment of the 1H NMR lines to the protons in the NH–OH fragment of benzohydroxamic acid, BHXA, C6H5CONHOH, in dry dimethyl sulfoxide solutions. The assignment [δ(NH) = 11.21, δ(OH) = 9.01, 1J(15N,1H) = 102.2 Hz, 2J(15N,1H) <1.5 Hz], which is opposite to that used by other authors, confirms the assignment extended to BHXA by Brown and co‐workers from the spectra of acetohydroxamic acid. The enrichment allowed also assignment of the 29Si lines in the spectra of disilylated benzohydroxamic acid, (Z)‐tert‐butyldimethylsilyl Ntert‐butyldimethylsilyloxybenzoimidate (2) and (Z)‐tert‐butyldiphenylsilyl Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxybenzoimidate (3), and confirmed structure of the monosilylated products, Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxybenzamide (4) and Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxy benzoimidic acid (5). Nanometer MgO was prepared via a sol-gel auto-combustion technique using magnesium nitrate as raw material and citric acid as chelating agent. IR spectra of the dried gel were used to investigate the structure of the precursors. By studying the different TG curves of magnesium citrate gel prepared by different methods, we found that a combustion process occurred and the nitrate ions acted as an oxidant in the combustion process. TEM photographs of synthesized powders from the sol-gel auto-combustion showed that the crystallites were uniform in size. In addition, the XRD pattern of this sample showed that the particle size was 8.9 nm. The BET curves, in turn, showed that the specific surface of the sample was 26.34 m2/g. This study demonstrates the separation of active ingredients in acne formulations (salicylic acid, cloramphenicol and resorcinol in presence of azulene) by capillary zone electrophoresis. Factors affecting their separations were the buffer pH and concentration, applied voltage, sample preparation, and presence of additives. Optimun results were obtained with a 50 mM sodium tetraborate-50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 9.0. The carrier electrolyte gave baseline separation with good resolution, short migration times (<6 min), great reproducibility and accuracy. Calibration plots were linear over at least three orders of magnitude of analyte concentrations, the lower limits of detection being within the range 0.39-1.25 μg ml−1. The procedure was fast and reliable and commercial pharmaceuticals could be analysed without prior sample clean-up procedure.  相似文献

为了从本质上了解杂质与稀土元素对锌铝合金晶间腐蚀的影响 ,探索抑制合金晶间腐蚀的有效途径 ,依据晶界的大角度重位点阵理论编制出相应计算机软件 ,建立含稀土、杂质及 η相颗粒的α相大角度晶界原子集团模型 ,采用递归法计算了α相晶界间的电荷转移 ,由此讨论了杂质 (Pb、Sn、Cd)及稀土元素 (La、Y)对Zn、Al电极电位的影响 .结果表明 ,杂质Pb、Sn、Cd增大原子间的电荷转移量 ,提高Zn、Al电极电位差 ,加速合金的腐蚀 ,稀土元素减小原子间的电荷转移量 ,降低Zn、Al电极电位差 ,具有抑制晶间腐蚀的作用 .  相似文献

Isosteric derivatives and analogues of the 7-keto-8-aminopelargonic acid (KAPA), 7,8-diaminopelargonic acid (DAPA) and desthiobiotin (DTB) vitamer intermediates involved in the biosynthetic pathway of biotin were prepared and evaluated as potential herbicides. The most active compound was desmethyl-KAPA which displayed a GR50 (concentration of the active compound that causes a 50% growth inhibition) value of 8 ppm, where values <50 ppm are considered herbicidal. Other KAPA analogs where the terminal Me group was replaced by bulkier substituents such as Et, i-Pr and HOCH2 showed moderate activity.  相似文献
