A new synthetic method for triazatruxenes from indoles is developed using N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) as a user-friendly reagent. Major reaction parameters including the amount of NBS, substrate concentration, temperature, addition rate and addition method are investigated. Additional experiments are also conducted in order to gain access toward the reaction mechanism. Compared to the use of Br2 in the conventional method, this reaction requires less reaction time, provides better yields, and displays excellent reproducibility. The reaction can be conveniently performed at 10 g scale and it is also applicable to several substituted indoles, benzoindole, and N-alkyl indoles. 相似文献

Zirconacyclopentenes reacted with isocyanates to give aza- or oxazirconacycles which were conveniently coverted into the corresponding haloamidation products of alkynes after halogenation. 1,4-Bistrimethylsilyl substituted zirconacyclopentadiene afforded a low yield of iodoamidation product, whereas zirconium-alkyne complexes stabilized with phosphine gave the iodoamidation products in moderate yields. Typically induced by the mechanical processing of powders in ball mills, mechanochemical transformations are considered to result from the application of mechanical force to solid reactants. However, the undeniable deep connection between the dynamic compaction of powders during impacts and the overall transformation degree has yet to be disclosed. In the present work, we show that the square planar bis(dibenzoylmethanato)NiII coordination compound undergoes trimerization when its powder experiences even a single ball impact. Based on systematic experiments with individual ball impacts and analysis by Raman spectroscopy, we provide here quantitative mapping of the transformation in the powder compact and deduce bulk reaction kinetics from multiple individual impacts. 相似文献
