用褪色分光光度法(测定药物制剂和生物样品中吡罗昔康含量。)在pH8.75的tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,甲酚红与吡罗昔康反应形成离子缔合物,使甲酚红溶液褪色,最大褪色波长位于570nm,吡罗昔康浓度在0.06628~11.60μg/mL范围内遵循比尔定律,回归方程为ΔA=0.1404c+0.0067,相关系数为r=0.9996,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.703×104L·mol-1.cm-1。据此建立了方法,样品测定平均回收率为97.51%~101.4%。  相似文献

Solid solutions of Eu3+-doped metal tungstate and molybdate phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reactions. The crystal structure of the solid-solution phosphors was determined to be tetragonal with a space group of I41/c. The red-emitting solid-solution phosphors exhibited a broad absorption band in the range 220-340 nm and sharp excitation peaks in the near UV to green region. The emission intensities of the solid-solution phosphors were enhanced due to the stiff lattices, as a result of the ordered distribution of cations and anions according to differences in ionic size. The increase in the energy transfer is discussed in terms of metal-ligand distances, ionization potential of Mo and the relatively large overlap between the excitation and emission spectra. Such solid-solution phosphors with a bright red emission intensity, relatively short decay time and appropriate color chromaticity have potential for use as red-emitting materials for white LEDs.  相似文献

Spherical SrTiO3:Pr3+,Al3+ phosphor with high crystallinity and uniform particle size distribution was formed from the glycolate precursor. The glycolate precursor was obtained by heating the mixed solution of metallic nitrates and titanium oxychloride in ethylene glycol up to 200 °C. The thermal decomposition of the glycolate precursor proceeded through three major stages, i.e., (i) evolution of glycols (∼200 °C), (ii) decomposition of glycolate precursor, and (iii) decomposition of strontium carbonate and crystallization of SrTiO3:Pr3+,Al3+ phosphor.SrTiO3:Pr3+,Al3+ phosphor exhibited a strong red emission, peaking at about 617 nm. SrTiO3:Pr3+,Al3+ phosphor obtained from the glycolate complex has higher luminescent properties than the conventional solid state reaction and the Pechini method in terms of photoluminescence (PL) and cathodoluminescence (CL). High crystallinity, low residual carbon content and small grain size with uniform shape would enhance the luminescence intensity of phosphor by the glycolate method due to high surface area per unit volume and low organic content compared with the Pechini method. Also, Al3+ ion is more effective than Ga3+ ion to enhance PL intensity of SrTiO3:Pr3+,Al3+ phosphor because of smaller Al3+ ion radius. Therefore, the glycolate method has been demonstrated to be a convenient and unique process for the production of muticomponent oxide with smaller grain size and higher crystallinity compared with the conventional mixed oxide reaction and the polymer precursor method.  相似文献

In this paper, multilayer structures of porous silicon were fabricated by using electrochemical etching and characterized for its optical properties and surface morphology. Samples of monolayer of porous silicon were grown to study the characteristics of porous layer formation with respect to applied current density, etching time and hydrofluoric acid concentrations. Photoluminescence peaks of red emission at wavelength 695 and 650 nm were observed from multilayer porous silicon structures. By atomic force microscopy measurement, hillocks like surface were clearly observed within the host material, which confirmed the formation of pores.  相似文献

The electronic structures of carbazole, N-phenylcarbazole (NPC), cyanophenylcarbazole (CPC) and N-ethylcarbazole (NEC) have been calculated using the quantum chemical semi-empirical MINDO/3 method. In this paper, electronic ground states and first singlet excited states of the systems mentioned were investigated. It is observed that the excitation energy of carbazole based on the calculated difference in heats of formation agrees quite well with experimental data obtained from supersonic expansion studies. Calculated energy levels of molecular orbitals and their graphical forms are used qualitatively in elucidating the S0S1 excitation electronic origin red shifts observed in carbazole derivatives with respect to the electronic origin of the parent carbazole. It is noted that the red shifts are not just a result of the destabilization of the HOMO of carbazole but are also determined by the nature of the substituting moieties. It is also observed that the LUMO of CPC is not derived from the parent carbazole which partially explains the difference in electronic behaviour as compared with the other derivatives.  相似文献

The characteristics of harmonic radiation due to electron oscillation driven by an intense femtosecond laser pulse are analyzed considering a single electron model. An interesting modulated structure of the spectrum is observed and analyzed for different polarization. Higher order harmonic radiations are possible for a sufficiently intense driving laser pulse. We have shown that for a realistic pulsed photon beam, the spectrum of the radiation is red shifted as well as broadened because of changes in the longitudinal velocity of the electrons during the laser pulse. These effects are more pronounced at higher laser intensities giving rise to higher order harmonics that eventually leads to a continuous spectrum. Numerical simulations have further shown that by increasing the laser pulse width broadening of the high harmonic radiations can be limited.  相似文献

利用化学还原的方法制备了银溶胶,通过测定活性艳红浓度从10^-4-10^-8mol/L在粗糙的银表面上的表面增强拉曼光谱的变化,地活性艳红浓度与表面增强拉曼强度的关系及活性艳红在银溶胶表面的吸附取向。结果表明,活性艳红在10^-5mol/L时,表面增强拉曼信号最强,说明在此浓度时,活性艳红在银溶胶上的吸附量达到饱和;而大于此浓度后,过量的活性艳红分子在银溶胶上发生叠加,拉曼信号减弱,这种现象符合“稀溶液效应”。  相似文献

A design of diode-pumped high efficiency Nd:YVO4/LBO laser with a compact linear cavity was reported. Employing a type-II noncritical phase-matched LBO crystal, we generated 520 mW of 671 nm in single transverse mode at 6 W of incident pump power, the optical conversion efficiency being 8.7%.  相似文献
