采用HNO3-HClO4作为消解剂,在微波消解炉中消解样品,原子荧光光谱法测定食品中的微量元素硒.在最佳测定条件下测定元素硒的线性回归方程为:IF=95.4853C 9.2045,线性范围为0.5-10.0μg/L,相关系数r=0.9997.回收率2.0μg/L为95.65%-103.04%,6.0μg/L为95.61%-102.42%;相对标准偏差2.0μg/L为2.18%-3.55%,6.0μg/L为2.22%-3.98%.食品样品采用微波消解后,可用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定其中的微量元素硒.  相似文献

In this paper, the recovery of iodine effluent in chemical reaction rate and equilibrium experiment was studied. From the analysis, it could be found that the presence of iodine in the wastewater was relatively simple after three months and there was no I-. A sublimation method could be chosen directly to recycle the iodine after the pretreatment of the wastewater. The recycling method had simple steps and was easy to operate. It involved less equipment, is low cost, and more environmental friendly. The recovery rate of the obtained iodine element was 96.1% and the purity reached 98.9%. It can be used as a teaching experiment or interest experiment to promote applications.  相似文献

含氟的锗富集物的利用,由于氟对玻璃,搪瓷设备的腐蚀以及影响锗的分离,受到了很大限制,作者根据物料中氟存在的不同状态,摸索出用专用试剂,使物料中氟“激活”得易用硼酸将其除去,然后再使“钝”化的锗“活化”,以提高四氮化锗的回收率。用这种综合处理法,可使难处理的含氟固体锗富集物,氯化蒸馏GeCl4的回收率达91%以上,并彻底消除了对搪瓷反应釜的腐蚀。  相似文献

采用固相萃取,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了水中27种磺酰脲类除草剂的分析方法。通过对固相萃取柱、淋洗液、流动相等的优化,确定以Oasis HLB固相萃取柱、乙腈为淋洗液、0.1%乙酸-甲醇(7∶3,V/V)为流动相做水样预处理。在最优条件下,目标物回收率均为79.8%~124.5%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为6.9%~9.6%,线性范围均为1~2 000μg/L,线性相关系数(R2)在0.999以上。该方法具有检测限低、回收率高等优点,经实际样品测试,可适用于水中27种磺酰脲类除草剂残留的同时检测。  相似文献

A key property of rubbers for sealing applications is their ability to rapidly recover the deformation during a fast movement of the counterparts, occurring in a transient deformation phase. In this work, a simple experimental test method (recovery test) is put forward to mimic the transient phase and to get insight into the behavior of the material during such phase. The effect of the addition of small quantities of carbon nanotubes (CNT) to a carbon black filled nitrile butadiene rubber on the sealing ability of the material was studied. The recovery tests show that the overall recovery behavior is related mostly to the material stress relaxation behavior, while the recovery behavior at very short times, which is indicative of the performance during a transient deformation phase, is strongly influenced by the material elastic modulus and, therefore, it is improved by the presence of CNT in the elastomeric composite.  相似文献

Ruthenium residues can be easily and rapidly removed from Grubbs metathesis products by washing with 15% aqueous hydrogen peroxide, which converts any ruthenium complexes into highly insoluble ruthenium dioxide, which then catalyzes the conversion of excess peroxide into water and oxygen. Ruthenium levels lower than 2 ppm can be routinely obtained; an additional advantage is that any phosphines are also rapidly oxidized to the corresponding, more polar phosphine oxides thereby facilitating their removal as well in many cases.  相似文献

We consider the problem of modelling the term structure of defaultable bonds, under minimal assumptions on the default time. In particular, we do not assume the existence of a default intensity and we therefore allow for the possibility of default at predictable times. It turns out that this requires the introduction of an additional term in the forward rate approach by Heath et al. (1992). This term is driven by a random measure encoding information about those times where default can happen with positive probability. In this framework, we derive necessary and sufficient conditions for a reference probability measure to be a local martingale measure for the large financial market of credit risky bonds, also considering general recovery schemes.  相似文献

The azo dyes are commonly used in the leather and textile industries as they are quite versatile in nature. However, they are neither totally utilised during the process, nor are they recovered at the end of the process. In fact, in the leather industry, typically about 10–15% of the dye is discharged with the effluent creating both environmental and economic issues. Hence, there is a need to remove the residual dye from the large volume of aqueous effluent. In this study, for the first time, azo dyes employed in the leather industry have been successfully extracted into a neutral ionic liquid, with an extraction efficiency of 98%, potentially providing a method of minimizing pollution of waste-waters. The extraction of the dye into the ionic liquid also provides a potential analytical approach to determination of these dyes.  相似文献

将经过多级破碎分选所得的废线路板粉末过60目筛,以2 mol/L HCl溶液、超纯水洗涤,并用丙酮脱水.将预处理后的滤渣、滤纸填入萃取池,或者用新滤纸包裹后置于索氏提取管内,添加5 μL内标物,分别用加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)或索氏提取(SE)法进行萃取,依次采用多层硅胶柱和活性炭柱对萃取提取物进行净化、洗脱,得到二噁英测试样品.用同位素稀释-高分辨气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析样品中二噁英的含量.考察两种提取方法及不同氯代数对15种13C-2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs回收率的影响,比较两种方法的准确度和精密度.结果表明,ASE和SE对15种13C-2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs的回收率分别为54.3%~113.0%和28.3%~77.7%, 实测废线路板中二噁英毒性当量(Toxic equivalent quangtity,TEQ)分别为0.075 ng TEQ/kg和0.266 ng TEQ/kg.在方法精密度允许范围内,ASE相对具有简单快速、溶剂用量少和准确的优势.  相似文献

In this work, a new type of sorbent (low density polyhydroxy polyurethane Foam, LPPF) was synthesis by using water hydrolysis of polyurethanediazonium chloride salt. LPPF was characterized using different tools e.g. elemental analysis, UV–vis and IR spectra, TGA, SEM, density and pHZPC. It was tested for separation, preconcentration and determination of gold in environmental samples using batch and dynamic techniques. The sorption experimental data was fitted by the pseudo-first kinetic mathematical equation (R2 = 0.991). The sorption rate of the Au (III) ions is very fast, the half-life (t1/2) ≈ 34 s. The equilibrium process is well described by the Freundlich isotherm model, the R2 value is 0.967, which attributed to the heterogeneous surface structure of the LPPF. The breakthrough capacity of LPPF and the recovery of gold ions were 0.36 mmol g−1 (70.5 mg g−1) and 99–100%, respectively. The lower detection limit of gold by using spectrophotometric method is 3.3 ng L−1 with preconcentration factors ≈ 450 (RSD ∼ 1.66%, n = 4). The values of ΔG and ΔH for the sorption of gold onto LPPF were −12.5 and −103.5 kJ mol−1, respectively, which indicate that the sorption of Au (III) onto LPPF is spontaneous and exothermic reaction. The obtained results indicate that the ion chelation and ion association might be the most probable mechanism of gold sorption onto LPPF. The study shows LPPF has the potential of application as an efficient sorbent for the extraction and determination of gold in water, gold alloys pharmaceutical and granite samples.  相似文献
