5,6—二亚甲基双环[2.2.1]庚—2—醇及其衍生物的旋光与构型

从（－）－（１Ｓ，２Ｒ，４Ｓ）－５，６－二亚甲基双环［２．２．１］庚－２－醇（Ｉ）和（－）－（１Ｓ，２Ｓ，４Ｓ）－５，６－二亚甲基双环［２．２．１］庚－２－醇（Ⅱ）出发，合成了它们的醚类和取代苯甲酸酯类光学纯的衍生物。通过［α］Ｄ测定和构型分析，发现它们是含有３个手性碳（Ｃ１，Ｃ２和Ｃ４）的桥环化合物，其旋光性与构型的关系均符合可极化度多级圆球不对称性模型。     

On Bateman's method for second kind integral equations

Summary Under suitable conditions, we prove the convergence of the Bateman method for integral equations defined over bounded domains inR ^d ,d1. The proof makes use of Hilbert space methods, and requires the integral operator to be non-negative definite. For one-dimensional integral equations over finite intervals, estimated rates of convergence are obtained which depend on the smoothness of the kernel, but are independent of the inhomogeneous term. In particular, for aC kernel andn reasonably spaced Bateman points, the convergence is shown to be faster than any power of 1/n. Numerical calculations support this result.

手性3,5-二甲基-2-芳基-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐的合成及其晶体结构

以(S)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与α-溴-3-氯苯丙酮反应, (R)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与6-甲氧基-2-(2-溴丙酰基)萘反应, 分别合成了手性纯化合物(2R,3R,5S)-3,5-二甲基-2-(3-氯苯基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4a)和(2S,3S,5R)-3,5-二甲基-2-(6-甲氧基-2-萘基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4b), 利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了两化合物的晶体结构和两化合物的空间结构, 并初步分析两化合物空间结构, 化合物4a晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P2₁2₁2, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.8718(2) nm, b＝0.7883(2) nm, c＝2.0247(6) nm, Z＝4, V＝1.3915(7) nm³, D_c＝1.328 g/cm³, F(000)＝584, R₁＝0.0399, wR₂＝0.0797, S＝1.042. 化合物4b晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P2₁2₁2₁, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.71035 (9) nm, b＝0.77703(10) nm, c＝2.9820(4) nm, Z＝4, V＝1.6318(4) nm³, D_c＝1.318 g/cm³, F(000)＝688, R₁＝0.0520, wR₂＝0.1108, S＝0.994.     

Reactions of bis(hexamethylbenzene)iron(0) with carbon monoxide and with unsaturated hydrocarbons

Thermal decomposition of bis(hexamethylbenzene)iron(0) in the presence of carbon monoxide yields a novel carbonyl iron complex, [C₆(CH₃)₆]Fe(CO)₂. The cyclohexadiene complex [C₆(CH₃)₆]Fe(C₆H₈) is obtained from reaction of bis(hexamethylbenzene)iron(0) with either 1,3-cyclohexadiene or benzene, and the yield is much greater in the presence of hydrogen gas. Interaction of bis-(hexamethylbenzene)iron(0) with 2-butyne induces a catalytic cyclotrimerization to give more hexamethylbenzene. Kinetic and isotope distribution studies indicate that the primary step in these reactions is not a direct loss of one ring ligand, but rather an insertion of the iron center into one of the ligand methyl CH bonds, leading to a benzyl hydride complex species. Mechanisms for the subsequent reactions of this iron hydride species are proposed.

2-甲基-4-庚醇和2-甲基-4-辛醇是西印度蔗螟(Metamasiushemipterus)聚集信息素的次要组份，本文以天然产物(S)-亮氨酸为原料合成出了2-甲基-4-庚醇及2-甲基-4-辛醇的所有对映异构体，其关键步骤是由(2S)-4-甲基-1,2-戊二醇合成出(2S)和(2R)-4-甲基-1,2-环氧戊烷两种重要中间体，目标产物光学纯度可达95%以上。

利用新手性源,5-(l-孟氧基)-3-氯-2(5H)-呋喃酮4与亲核试剂吗啉通过串联不对称双Michael加成/分子内亲核取代反应合成了一般方法难以得到的含有多个手性中心的螺-环丙烷双内酯化合物C32H50O7NCl.其单晶为C32H50O7NCl(OC3H6)0.5,正交晶系, 空间群为P212121, 晶胞参数a = 17.149(3), b = 20.384(4), c = 10.831(2) , V = 3786.1(12) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.097 g/cm3, F(000) = 1352, μ= 0.144 mm-1; 射线类型为MoK?( = 0.71073 ?, 偏离因子R = 0.0755, wR = 0.1956, 独立衍射点3710个, 其中可观测点数2318个.分子中共有六个环, 12个手性中心, 3个六元环呈椅式构象, 两个五员内酯环呈信封式构象, 并分别与环丙烷形成[2.4]螺环和 [3.1.0] 稠环, 4个新生成的手性中心的绝对构型为C(3)(S), C(4)(S), C(5)(R), C(8)(R).     

一类新型荧光化学敏感器形成激基缔合物的温度效应

对一类具有分子识别功能的荧光分子敏感器化合物，在水溶液中形成的分子内激基缔合物的温度效应进行了研究。进而提出该类化合物在水溶液中进行了内单体和分子内激基缔合物转化的机制。通过分析所得的热力学数据，同文献值相比较，推导出该类化合物在水溶液中可能存在的几何构型，为该类化合物在作为探针应用时提供理论依据。     

Highly tilted antiferroelectric (R) enantiomers useful for the formulation of eutectic mixtures

ABSTRACT

Novel chiral three-ring (R) enantiomers were synthesised using optically active (R)-(?)-2-octanol. Properties, such as the sequence of phases, the transition temperatures and enthalpies, were tested by a polarising optical microscope and differential scanning calorimeter. An antiferroelectric smectic phase (SmC_A*) with a direct transition from the antiferroelectric to the isotropic phase (SmC_A*-Iso) was observed for three esters with an achiral C₃F₇CH₂O(CH₂)₃O– terminal chain. Bi- and multicomponent mixtures with a broad temperature range of the antiferroelectric phase and good electro-optical properties were formulated. Helical pitch of pure esters and mixtures was measured by spectrophotometry method.
