在有机溶剂为主的含草酸电解质中,研究了大孔径有序度高的阳极氧化铝(AAO)的一步法电化学制备.实验证实,电解质中水含量的降低能够有效抑制铝的电氧化速率和溶解速率,使得其氧化膜孔道的生长能够稳定进行,所得到的六方孔道排列有序度明显高于纯水溶剂制备的电解质体系下的产物.考察了水含量、有机溶剂种类以及电解质浓度对AAO模板孔道形貌的影响.结果表明,有机溶剂贫水电解质体系使得电氧化电压的选取范围比水溶液电解质体系更宽,孔径连续可调,反应条件温和.该方法适合于制备均匀大孔径的AAO模板. 相似文献

Natural graphite samples with average particle sizes of 5, 10 and 15 μm (NG5 μm, NG10 μm and NG15 μm, respectively) were fluorinated by ClF3 (3 × 104 Pa) at 200 and 300 °C for 2 min. X-ray photoelectron spectra of surface-fluorinated samples showed that surface fluorine concentration increased with increase in the particle size of graphite and reaction temperature. Small amounts of chlorine were also detected in all the fluorinated samples. Raman spectra of original and surface-fluorinated samples indicated that the surface disordering was increased for NG10 μm and NG15 μm. Surface areas were decreased by the fluorination for NG5 μm and NG10 μm but unchanged for NG15 μm. The mesopores with diameter of 1.5-2 nm increased while those of 2-3 nm decreased for all the samples. First coulombic efficiencies for NG10 μm and NG15 μm were highly increased by surface fluorination in 1 mol/dm3 LiClO4-EC/DEC/PC (EC: ethylene carbonate, DEC: diethyl carbonate, PC: propylene carbonate) solution. 相似文献

About the Structure and Reactivity of Diammonium Hexafluoromanganate(IV) Electrolytic oxidation of an aqueous suspension of MnF2 containing NH4F, and subsequent crystallization in 40% HF yields yellow crystals of (NH4)2MnF6. It crystallizes in the hexagonal K2MnF6 type structure with the space group P63mc and a = 5.903; c = 9.565 Å; Z = 2. With in situ powder diffraction studies it is shown, that (NH4)2MnF6 is gradually reduced in a NH3 atmosphere between 30 and 230 °C to afford (NH4)3MnF6, (NH4)2MnF5, and finally NH4MnF3. (NH4)3MnF6, thereby, forms a hitherto unknown cubic (a = 9.082 Å) high temperature modification with the cryolite type structure. In this work, low pressure glow discharge O2 plasma has been used to increase wettability in a LDPE film in order to improve adhesion properties and make it useful for technical applications. Surface energy values have been estimated using contact angle measurements for different exposure times and different test liquids. In addition, plasma-treated samples have been subjected to an aging process to determine the durability of the plasma treatment. Characterization of the surface changes due to the plasma treatment has been carried out by means of Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to determine the presence of polar species such as carbonyl, carboxyl and hydroxyl groups. In addition to this, atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis has been used to evaluate changes in surface morphology and roughness. Furthermore, and considering the semicrystalline nature of the LDPE film, a calorimetric study using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has been carried out to determine changes in crystallinity and degradation temperatures induced by the plasma treatment. The results show that low pressure O2 plasma improves wettability in LDPE films and no significant changes can be observed at longer exposure times. Nevertheless, we can observe that short exposure times to low pressure O2 plasma promote the formation of some polar species on the exposed surface and longer exposure times cause slight abrasion on LDPE films as observed by the little increase in surface roughness. 相似文献

A novel approach to the fabrication of metal ring-disk (RD) microelectrodes is presented that employs flexible chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and electrode modification techniques. Specifically, the development of a copper ring-disk microelectrode is described utilizing a combination of CVD coating, electroetching, and electroplating. Initially, a 25 μm diameter tungsten wire is concentrically coated by CVD with an insulating layer of silica, a layer of tungsten metal, and finally, a second outer layer of silica. The copper surface was prepared by first creating micrometer cavities by electrochemical etching the tungsten in hydroxide solutions followed by electrodeposition of copper from aqueous solutions of Cu(II). Each step of the process was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy, and cyclic voltammetry, demonstrating the preparation of a viable metal-based dual ring-disk microelectrode system. For the purpose of demonstrating the concept of introducing specific selectivity into the device, amperometric detection of galactose in 0.1 M NaOH was performed at +0.60 V in bulk solution and after flow injection analysis in a capillary column. 相似文献
