The absorption spectrum of the 16O3 isotopologue of ozone has been recorded in the 7000-7920 cm−1 region by high sensitivity CW-Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy. This report is devoted to the analyses of the 7065-7300 cm−1 region dominated by the ν1 + 2ν2 + 5ν3 and ν1 + 5ν2 + 3ν3 A-type bands at 7130.8 and 7286.8 cm−1 respectively. 289 transitions were assigned to the ν1 + 2ν2 + 5ν3 band. The corresponding line positions were modeled with an effective Hamiltonian involving Coriolis resonance interactions between the (1 2 5) upper state and the (4 4 0), (0 2 6) and (6 1 0) dark states, and an anharmonic resonance interaction with the (2 0 5) state. The very strong interaction (up to 50% mixing of the wavefunctions) between the (1 2 5) and (6 1 0) states leads to the observation of two extra lines of the 6ν1 + ν2 band due to a resonance intensity transfer. 213 transitions of the ν1 + 5ν2 + 3ν3 band were assigned and modeled taking into account a Coriolis resonance interaction with the (3 6 0) state.We take the opportunity of the present work to report the analysis of the very weak 4ν2 + 4ν3 B-type band at 6506.1 cm−1 which was assigned from previously recorded CRDS spectra. 286 transitions were modeled using the effective Hamiltonian approach.The dipole transition moment parameters of the three analyzed bands were determined by a least-squares fit to the measured line intensities. For the three studied band systems, the effective Hamiltonian and transition moment operator parameters were used to generate line lists provided as Supplementary Materials.  相似文献

Compatibilizers belong to the most important internal factors which influence the degradation process of polymer matrix. For this reason in the current study, polylactide (L), polylactide with 5% of poly(ε-caprolactone) (LK) as compatibilizing agent and samples with 5%wt. of montmorillonite (MMT) (LS5 and LS5K respectively) before and after various time of ozone exposure have been analyzed. The results from infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography, atomic force microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis have been presented. It has been established that microstructural changes during ozone exposure of the samples with the presence of compatibilizer increase in relation to the samples comprising PLA and PLA filled with montmorillonite. Moreover it has been determined that the introduction of poly(ε-caprolactone) into pure polymer as well as into PLA-montmorillonite material accelerates ozone-induced degradation, although it does not change the mechanism of the degradation process.  相似文献

Adsorption of SO2 and O3 molecules on pristine boron nitride (B12N12) and Ni-decorated B12N12 nano-cages has been systemically investigated through density functional theory (DFT) methods. Adsorption energies (thermodynamics), bond distances, charge analysis, dipole moments, orbital analysis and density of states are calculated by van der Waals DFT method (MPW1PW91) functional. The adsorption energies of O3 and SO2 on pristine B12N12 are about −143.8 and −14.0 kJ mol−1, respectively. The interaction energies of O3 and SO2 with pristine B12N12 are indicative of chemisorption and physisorption, respectively. Ni-decorated B12N12 (Ni@BN) enhances adsorption of both O3 and SO2 species. The interaction energies for adsorption of SO2 are about −166 and −277 kJ mol−1 whereas the corresponding energies for O3 are −362 and −396 kJ mol−1 for configuration A and B, respectively. These observations show that functionalized B12N12 are highly sensitive toward SO2 and O3 molecules.  相似文献

ZnO particles about 200 nm were prepared through a facile hydrothermal method.Compared with single ozonation,the degradation efficiency of phenol increased about 23.7%and the degradation efficiency of intermediates improved about four times in the presence of ZnO at 298 K.In addition,the catalyst had good stability in the ozonation process.The influence of temperature was investigated and it was found that the better catalysis efficiency could be obtained at lower temperature.  相似文献

The average tropospheric volume mixing ratio of CHF2Cl (HCFC-22) has been retrieved from a time series of high spectral resolution ground-based infrared solar absorption spectra recorded with the McMath Fourier transform spectrometer located at the U.S. National Solar Observatory facility on Kitt Peak in southern Arizona (31.9°N, 111.6°W, 2.09 km altitude) for the time period October 1987–November 2002. The retrievals are based on fits to the well-isolated, unresolved 2ν6 Q branch at 829.05 cm−1 and the SFIT2 retrieval algorithm. The measured daily averages show a near linear rise per year in the mean tropospheric volume mixing ratio as a function of time with a best fit yielding an average increase rate of (5.66±0.15) parts per trillion (10−12) by volume per year, corresponding to (6.47±0.17)%yr−1, 1 sigma, at the beginning of the time series. The tropospheric mixing ratios retrieved from the solar spectra have been compared with monthly average surface flask sampling measurements from the Climate Monitoring and Diagnostic Laboratory (CMDL) station at Niwot Ridge, Colorado (40.0°N, 105.5°W, 3013 m altitude), archived measurement from the same location, and early CMDL northern hemisphere Pacific cruise measurements. The average ratio of the retrieved tropospheric mixing ratio relative to the CMDL surface mixing ratio is 1.053 for the overlapping 1987 to 2002 time period. The retrieved mean tropospheric mixing ratio is consistent with the surface measurements within the errors estimated for the remote sensing observations.  相似文献

The ozone etching of thin films of a commercial polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene (PS-PI-PS) triblock copolymer (Vector 4111) was studied using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and ellipsometry. The major phase of the copolymer consists of PI (82 wt.%) and the copolymer forms a cylindrical structure upon annealing. Moderate ozone doses (1.4% wt/wt) were used to etch the copolymer. This revealed two stages of the ozonation: rapid etching of the PI fragments followed by slow compacting of the remaining PS cylinders. Under certain conditions ozone treatment results in the formation of nanosized grooves in a PS matrix which is suitable for lithographic processes.  相似文献

Summary. A novel chemical source of singlet oxygen based on the conversion of ozone by 1,1-bis(triphenylphosphino)ferrocene as catalyst was developed into a feasible method for a preperative scale. Ozone has become the oxidant of choice for water disinfection, especially in large water treatment facilities. This paper describes a fast and sensitive method for the determination of ozone content by reaction with photoactivated chromotropic acid (CA, 4,5-dihydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid), which results in intense chemiluminescence (CL). Freshly ozonated water from a recirculating ozonizer/reservoir is injected into a carrier stream of deionized water in the flow-injection mode. This flow mixes with a stream of photoactivated CA solution in a spiral cell placed directly on top of an inexpensive miniature (8 mm diameter active area) photomultiplier tube (PMT). Alkaline CA is photoactivated by passing it through a FEP-Teflon® coil (residence time ∼ 50 s) wrapped around a 1 W UV lamp emitting at 254 nm; without photoactivation, the signal is ∼70-fold lower. The S/N = 3 limit of detection for aqueous ozone is 3 μg l−1 and good response slope is obtained up to an ozone concentration of 1.4 mg l−1, the highest that could be made in this study. The response obeyed a quadratic equation with r2 = 0.9984. No interference from permanganate ion is observed. The proposed system was applied to the monitoring of ozonation status of a playa lake water that exhibited significant ozone demand.  相似文献

In this review molecular field-effect transistors are described and compared with their gate-modified inorganic counterparts. The different processes involved in gas sensing are summarized. The advantages of transistors on resistors are demonstrated. The sensitivity of molecular field-effect transistors to strong oxidizing species, for example ozone, is detailed and compared with their sensitivity to humidity and volatile organic compounds. Application to ozone monitoring in urban atmospheres is also described.  相似文献
