In recent years, the textile industry must go towards sustainable technologies and developing environmentally safer methods for textiles processing. One way is the processing with enzymatic system, rather than conventional chemical methods. The aim of this work was to investigate the changes induced on nylon 6,6 fiber by enzymatic system using different proteolytic enzymes. Technical measurements were studied including Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermal, dyeability, and fastness properties. For this purpose, nylon 6,6 fabrics were first treated separately with different concentrations of four protease enzymes. The dyeing process was then carried out on the treated fabrics with two reactive and acid dyes. The intensity of major peaks in FTIR spectra of the protease treated samples is in favor of chemical changes of the polypeptide functional groups in fabric. Thermal studies also show significant decrease in thermal degradation temperature of the treated polymer. Reactive and acid dyes showed higher dyebath exhaustion on the enzyme treated samples compared to raw material. The results of color measurements showed that the more concentration of enzyme used, the darker the color of dyed sample is. Interesting results were obtained in the studied topic. 相似文献

Dirac wave equation for electrons. Therefore meson algebras too should have geometrical properties after the manner of Grassmann.
Actually it is possible to define interior multiplications with similar properties, and deformations too. Every meson algebra
is a deformation of a neutral meson algebra, in the same way as (almost) every Clifford algebra is a deformation of an exterior
algebra. Some applications follow: the PBW-property is proved for all meson algebras, the injectiveness of Jacobson’s diagonal
morphism is proved with the minimal hypothesis, and the existence of Lipschitz monoids is established at least for meson algebras

A new, simple and highly sensitive method for spectrofluorimetric determination of amiloride (AMI) and furosemide (FUR) in pharmaceuticals is presented. The proposed method is based on the separation of AMI from FUR by solid-phase extraction using a nylon membrane, followed by spectrofluorimetric determination of both drugs, on the solid surface and the filtered aqueous solution, respectively. AMI shows low native fluorescence, but its separation-preconcentration by immobilization (solid-phase extraction) on nylon membrane surface provides a considerable enhancement in fluorescence intensity. The fluorescence determination is carried out at λex = 237, λem = 415 nm for FUR; and λex = 365, λem = 406 nm for AMI. The calibration graphs are linear in the range 3.20 × 10−4 to 0.8 μg mL−1and 1.33 × 10−3 to 4.0 μg mL−1, for AMI and FUR, respectively, with a detection limit of 9.62 × 10−5 and 4.01 × 10−4 μg mL−1 (S/N = 3). The commonly found excipients in commercial pharmaceutical formulations do not interfere. The developed method is successfully applied to the determination of both drugs in pharmaceutical formulations. 相似文献

To begin with, we identify the equations of elastostatics in a Riemannian manifold, which generalize those of classical elasticity in the three-dimensional Euclidean space. Our approach relies on the principle of least energy, which asserts that the deformation of the elastic body arising in response to given loads minimizes over a specific set of admissible deformations the total energy of the elastic body, defined as the difference between the strain energy and the potential of the loads. Assuming that the strain energy is a function of the metric tensor field induced by the deformation, we first derive the principle of virtual work and the associated nonlinear boundary value problem of nonlinear elasticity from the expression of the total energy of the elastic body. We then show that this boundary value problem possesses a solution if the loads are sufficiently small (in a sense we specify). 相似文献

The effect of multiple extrusions on nanostructure and properties of nylon 6 nanocomposites was investigated. Nanocomposites at different silicate loadings were produced by melt compounding and submitted to further reprocessing by using single and twin screw extruders. Rheological, morphological and mechanical analyses were carried out on as-produced and reprocessed samples in order to explore the influence of the number and the type of extrusion cycles on silicate nanodispersion.Rheological measurements, correlated to TEM analyses, were used to probe the nanoscale arrangement developed with the reprocessing as well as the thermo-mechanical degradation involving both the neat matrix and the organoclay. The results have shown that the reprocessing by single screw extruder can modify the initial morphology since the re-agglomeration of the silicate layers can occur. On the other hand, a better nanodispersion was observed in the hybrids reprocessed by twin screw extruder. This was attributed to the additional mechanical stresses able to realizing a dispersive mixing that contributes to avoid re-agglomeration phenomena. The high shear stresses produced with twin screw geometry determined also a significant degradation of neat matrix, principally based on chain scission mechanism.A strong correlation between the rheological behaviour and mechanical properties was observed and all as-produced and reprocessed hybrids showed a substantial enhancement in tensile modulus with the adding of silicate. However, the entity of performance enhancements displayed by the reprocessed hybrids was found to be highly dependent on the degradation of both organoclay and polymer matrix as well as the silicate amount, the number and the type reprocessing. 相似文献

The molecular weight of biopolymers such as peptides or proteins is vital information for understanding their physical/chemical properties. The matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and size-exclusion chromotography-multi-angle laser light scattering (SEC-MALLS) techniques each with its advantages and limitations were used for molecular weight determination of the SPf66 peptide. The precision of each method was studied using a two-factor fully-nested design with all the analyses performed by the same operator on a single instrument. The overall precision corresponded to the time-different intermediate precision (i.e. time and repeatability conditions). In the case of SEC-MALLS, all potential uncertainty components were carefully evaluated in an Ishikawa diagram, then included and mathematically combined with the uncertainty arising from the accuracy assessment to provide the overall uncertainty. In this case, the refractive-index increment with solute concentration value (dn/dc) provided the most significant contribution to the combined uncertainty. A method for its quantitation is proposed. The accuracy of method B (SEC-MALLS) against reference method A (MALDI-TOF-MS) was assessed using the interval testing hypothesis to limit the risk of unacceptable bias. The results indicate that the bias of B is higher than the limit established at 5%, and is therefore not traceable to A under the studied conditions. 相似文献

We study the dynamics of moving discrete breathers in an interfaced piecewise DNA molecule.
This is a DNA chain in which all the base pairs are identical and
there exists an interface such that the base pairs dipole moments at each side are oriented in opposite
directions.
The Hamiltonian of the Peyrard-Bishop model is augmented with a
term that includes the dipole-dipole coupling between base pairs.
Numerical simulations show the existence of two dynamical regimes.
If the translational kinetic energy of a moving breather launched
towards the interface is below a critical value, it is trapped in
a region around the interface collecting vibrational energy. For
an energy larger than the critical value, the breather is
transmitted and continues travelling along the double strand with
lower velocity. Reflection phenomena never occur.
The same study has been carried out when a single dipole is oriented
in opposite direction to the other ones.
When moving breathers collide
with the single inverted dipole, the same effects appear. These
results emphasize the importance of this simple type of local
inhomogeneity as it creates a mechanism for the trapping of
energy.
Finally, the simulations show that, under favorable conditions,
several launched moving breathers can be trapped successively at the interface
region producing an accumulation of vibrational energy. Moreover,
an additional colliding moving breather can produce a saturation
of energy and a moving breather with all the accumulated energy
